We had some water damage to our laminate wood floors from the big freeze in February. Service Master called Lane Landes for us on a Friday and we expected to hear from him maybe the following Monday. But, no, he called us that evening and came by. What a nice man. I made an appointment with him to look at what was available and he showed me what was new. Boy have things come a long way since 2004! We ended up with vinyl planks. It was put in this week and looks amazing! Lane even came by to check on things! He is honest and fair! I feel like we got a great deal for our home! I highly recommend Texas Flooring Gallery!!

We had floors put in a couple weeks ago and the are beautiful! however we weren’t please with a few things. Therefore we asked if someone could come out and fix them. The gentleman we spoke with on the phone said he would have someone come and take a look that Monday. However no one came and no reply to our email. We also paid a $75.00 fee to have our old carpet taken to the dump. The old carpet is still sitting in our backyard.Still pleased with the floor we picked out just wish these guys at Texas flooring would make this right.

We have had our house for sale for 10 months and finally had a successful buyer. The day before signing we allowed them to put their motorcycle in our garage and when they did that they saw water coming from underneath the front door! They immediately called the realtors involved and notified us of the disaster. When it first was investigated it seemed like it was going to be tens of thousands of dollars to repair. Once we got the drying out accomplished and carpets and flooring ripped out and wet walls cut out, it continued to be less and less of a disaster. In this weird world that we live in right now in the US of a, construction people from flooring to drywall to paving are booked out months in advance because of the shortage of workers. Lane Landes of Texas flooring gallery stepped up to the plate and understanding our dilemma right at signing the contract for sale, he got his crew right over there and instead of a five month project we had a three week project! It took everybody working together and a lot, and I mean a lot, of communication! Their team was exceptional and I highly and strongly recommend them for anybody and everybody’s flooring needs! From the minute I walked in the door I was treated as family. Nathan was extremely helpful in helping me decide on the best carpet for my house. He also explained the difference in the types of pads available. Who knew there were so many options. They made cleaning up after a leak a breeze.

Randomly called a flooring company out of my area. To seek information on a situation I had with an cat odor in the flooring. Even though I wasn’t in the area and not likely to purchase anything, Larry was very helpful and spent time on the phone giving advice.

Had car trouble, the men there were so wonderful, they took care of everything!! A true blessing. Thank you!!!

My husband and I did an entire house with Texas Flooring Gallery! They had tons of options and were knowledgeable in helping us pick out what hardwood we wanted. We did hardwood, carpet and tile. Their installers were also very friendly!

I rented a place from a guy name lane and I gave him $2758 cash and $750 deposit plus $750 twice and $508 for prorated rent for March but the other two $750 I gave him to pay up another 2 months so actually I paid up for 3 months and as I was reading our contract I only seen that he put that I gave him $508 for the month of March and the $750 deposit and he never added that I gave him and extra $1500 cash and he never gave me a receipt but wants us to move out and when I get the place clean up he will come and inspect the house and I keep trying to get ahold of him and all of sudden he out of town and no one knows when he coming back to even his workers Im really thinking he trying to steal my money I know he can hold my deposit but not the rest of my money I gave him and he and he told me not to go to his store again but I did anyways because I needed to get a receipt but again he aint there once again and he told my husband that when we clean the house he will come and look at it and then he will give me my money back after I got all my stuff out but I understand the deposit ok dit he has to hold but not all the money from the prorated rent

We used Texas Flooring Gallery to redo the floors in our previous house and they did a WONDERFUL job! We were sad to leave that house because the floors were so beautiful! Everyone at TFG was so helpful and made the process so easy. We will always use them for any flooring or tile redos!
