Great service and prices

Unfortunately I didnt end up buying anything from them but they were so incredibly helpful. They spent probably a good 45 minutes showing me different tiles we could use for our backsplash. I learned I have expensive tastes, more expensive than my budget thats for sure! They were still absolutely wonderful trying to help me find lower priced options that I would like. In then end we went a completely different direction and Im not sure where my contractor bought the tile from. I would definitely shop here again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Will never buy from them, horrible customer service if your job isnt a big one. Walked in to buy more tile that was used throughout my house on a remodel. Didnt know the brand but knew it was purchased there. Didnt receive much help locating but found it myself. Gina Culprit quoted me a price that was higher than anywhere else online (and later found a local place cheaper as well) and a shipping cost that doubled the price. I asked her if she did a military discount or price matching because I found it cheaper elsewhere. She told me to buy it there, then. I asked her if I did something to irritate her, she responded Im working on a different $7,300 job and youre bickering over $0.50. Actually, Gina, Im bicker about your price being 30-40% more expensive that even a local competitor.

Friendly staff who answered all my questions and gave me options.
