The commercial guys are great. They have very good availability of large truck parts available next day and if they dont have it they will find it.

They are willing to match the price of their competitors if you are able to show them a proof of the price. They guys here will to help always

I usually shop at the other part store (it shall remain onameless); but they didnt have what I needed (again), so I found myself pleasantly surprised at Advance. Super clean, well stocked, well merchandised store. Good looking aisles, full shelves and end-caps, good signage and pricing, a lot of attention to detail and it showed the moment you walked in the store. The staff was super helpful, very friendly, and went out of there way to spend 15-20 minutes in the back trying to match up some custom parts. (my jeep is a Frankenstein creation of part jeep, part ford, part gm, part tractor, etc.) Very few parts stores still employee parts guys most just have cashiers; it sure was nice to deal with someone with some knowledge. I will definitely be back.

Staff is always helpful when I have to inquire about car parts or accessories. If the store doesnt have the item you need, they are always willing to order it for you. The one time I had them order an item for me, they had it within a couple of days. Very speedy!

This place went COMPLETELY out of their way to help us when the water pump went out in our work truck. If not for them we would have missed several work orders. As far as I am concerned every staff member here deserves a raise.

Didnt have the part I was looking for in stock, but had it the next morning when they said they would, which fit into my schedule perfectly... and the price couldnt be beat in town on that particular part.

The first place I go for auto stuff. When looking for parts they are usually the cheapest. For ever day stuff, windshield wipers, oil, special fluids I go there first.
