Great Sales personnel. Great Team.Car however had a technical defect which was kind of hidden during the test drive and not known to the sales personnel as well.After the second time the Technical personnel was able to fix the issue. Since this can always happen with a used car I am very pleased how the Nissan Team of Wichita Falls handled the issue.👍🏾.

Leaving a review for my friend because shes too nice. they had her car for over a month when they said it would be a week which fine okay whatever stuff happens, she gets her car back and its TRASHED they rummaged through her middle console for literally no reason, she just had a broken fan or something, and her nice leather jacket and phone charger is now missing from her car. they then charged over 800 dollars for the full service fee when it was covered by a warranty with a deductible of 100 dollars causing her card to overdraft. beware coming here!!!!!

Our salesperson Muta was friendly and informative, and he went the extra mile to get us the best deal possible on our trade in. Wichita Falls Nissan offers a lifetime power train warranty on all their sales and their finance department is excellent. Go see them!

Ordered a 600$ part over the phone and went to pick up the part an asked if the part came with a warranty an I was told i have a year warranty for the part nothing else was said.. the Part came in a box an went to install the part & the part had a chip in it. from shipping and handling mind you I payed extra for shipping& I called the next morning to get the part warranty. I was told my WARRANTY part has been Void becuase of instalation. I was never told anything of the possibility of the part being voided. I only had the part for 4 days! No 7 day exception or anything. Adam compared themselves with oriley auto parts but these guys will buck you out of a replacement part any chance they can get. The box was not stuffed with any kind of stuffing to keep it from breaking. the only thing had a plastic bag and the part in the box. These guys are jokes compared to orileys auto! Thanks Adam! First time customer with the worst experience ever.

Do not buy a car from Nissan of Wichita falls. We purchased a vehicle and got the extended warranty and they try everything in their power not to honor it. Also post that had a cheaper price on oil changes with the warranty did not honor . Also the guy in the service department called said the battery was no good and need to be replaced The car started and crank just fine before it got there. After speaking with him he says oh I messed up and ran the test wrong the battery is good. This place is a joke!!!!

Husband’s first time getting it serviced there. They left the safety guard hanging off, when you drive you can clearly hear it dragging on the ground. Called to get it fixed and was told if we “got there in a timely manner”.. being that it was 15 till close. In my opinion, if you didn’t service a customer sufficiently, then you should be willing to fix it right then and there. Not our fault it wasn’t done right the first time. Overall, not a good first impression of Nissan of Wichita Falls.

My girlfriend and went to purchase a vehicle that she had seen online. We were on a limited time frame, but we managed to get an agreeable deal made. Once we got the paperwork signed I said we were leaving the vehicle so that they could get the stains on the backseat cleaned and have the vehicle detailed. Since my girlfriend works nights. I then proceeded to explain that she sleeps till 2 and then would be in with the trade vehicle. At 1 pm she was called and woke up to go to the dealership. Once she got there she realized she forgot the title to the traded vehicle and they insisted on following her to our home to get it. I happened to be only blocks away so I met her at our home. While looking over the vehicle I noticed just how dirty it still was even though it had supposedly been detailed. I followed her to the dealership where I was met by the sales manager and explained and he assured me it would be fixed. I left and returned to work only to receive a phone call telling me they had left her leave on a completely empty fuel tank. I mean the light was on. When I inquired I was told full fuel tanks are only for new vehicles. Well this vehicle is new to us. A $20.00 tank of fuel has lost me as a customer.

They rushed the application process, never called back when they said they would, and missed four appointment times THEY scheduled. We were patient, but our experience was highly unprofessional. We still do not know what happened to our application, and no one will return our calls after multiple attempts to answer our questions about the vehicle of interest. My wife stopped by to have the oil changed and the system was down Mr. Bennett advised the uncertainty of when system would be back on line suggest she go home and call later. Hour and half later I called he advised they’re back on line. Oil change within 35 minutes system went down instead of holding us he allowed us to leave and they would call to complete invoice when available. That professional approach made my decision easy to bring my other auto for oil change the next morning. Found my new service dealer for all of my vehicles here at Nissan of WF.

Sales department 1 star, maintenance department 4.5 stars. I knew what car I wanted when I went to the lot, salesman told be to take what was on the lot or leave it, I left it and bought the car I wanted from Nissan of Grapevine. The maintenance department on the other hand I have never had an issue with.Update 2020-06-26After a response from the management team I want to amend my review. One the issue with the sales team was from 2015 and there has be a overhaul of the staff since then. Two I also want to highlight the fact that management actually reached out to assist, this says a lot about the changes they are doing for the better.

Scheduled to have both my transmission fluid and power steering fluid changed. Mechanic came to me and informed me power steering fluid is self contained and I never have to replace it. He could have easily faked the repair and charged me. Instead he was honest and upfront. I greatly appreciate that. Told them I am coming back in a few months to replace brake fluid, replace spark plugs, oil change and antifreeze flush. Bottom line, because of his honesty....you will get more of my business.

Went in for services today and on the receipt I was supposed to receive a car wash and my truck was not only not washed, but also had greasy handprints all over the side and my gear shift and steering wheel were filthy as well. Every other experience I’ve had here has had excellent service. Maybe it was just a few bad workers this time.

I called and gave the vin # to service dept. they said they had the tire for my daughters car, so she drove 1 1/2 hours on the emergency donut tire for the replacement, an oil change and a electronic malfunction on her 1 year old Rouge. It turns out they did not have the tire, they where over booked in service dept. so they couldnt look at her stereo system but they did change the oil and refunded the over charge from her previous visit when they charged her for a state inspection on her 8 month old car. they dont have loaner vehicles, so they said just drive it home and bring it back tomorrow and we can try again. (1 1/2 hours one way)
