I went to The Import Shop with high expectations.They are not careful, at least they werent with my vehicle.I believe that they did more damage to my vehicle than what I asked them to repair.Would not recommend them, and I definitely wont be going back.

I was in town for business and called the Import Shop thinking I needed a rear control arm for my Volvo because of tire wear and vibration. The gentleman who greeted me looked at the car, checked a few things and told me to get a new tire and get the tires re balanced. I truly appreciated the honesty. He could have told me I needed something replaced and worked on the car, but he didn’t. Stand up shop!
