I had a problem with a particular manufacture of a garage door. Checked online for the manufacturer, found a major supplier of parts, watched their video and suggested repair, engaged in online chat with service tech, ordered the recommended part, and tried to repair the problem myself...to no avail. Checked online again for suggested service for that manufacturer; the nearest was 50 miles away. Portal to portal labor cost would have eaten me alive. Saw name of this local service company. Called. Owner arrived this afternoon and made repairs without new parts. Very friendly, knowledgeable guy. Highly recommend!
