The installer performed and placed the window, very nice person examined all they needed to do, after job done demonstrate the window function. very professional and good knowledge. Now the person that been trying to contact me about referral has been too pushy and keep calling even after I told him what I would do. I appreciate them not calling for that.

Crawford Windows & Doors gave me a free estimate to repair my window. The technician promised to return back with the spare parts. The work quality was excellent. He went into the details and addressed all possible issues. He was also prompt in communicating about schedules. A great choice in terms of work quality and affordability. Highly recommended.

And he was there for us throughout the entire process, answering and returning calls promptly and making the whole project manageable. Replaced 4 old custom sized leaded glass windows with thermal. Great product and service. Had a rock from lawn mower shatter one just 3 weeks after installation-team was right on it and window replaced promptly. Highly recommend.

Was not impressed right from the start. I called the Crawford team to come and take a look at our old patio which needs to be replaced. I wanted them to give me their estimate as to how much theyd charge to replace it. They said there is a $89 fee just to have someone come out to provide an estimate. All the competing sliding door companies will come out for free to take a look, do measurements, and provide their quote. The fact that this company wont provide a free quote is a big turn off right away.
