This is the 2nd time Mr. Gibson has repaired our garage door & always is a pleasure doing business with him. He came last week to look @ the door & came back that afternoon & did the repair. Not to many people do that these days!

Admitted he was trying to retire and would not come to my area unless he had 3 or 4 jobs. He is 10 miles away! Would only install the opener he sells and he only sells one model of one brand. Its a 1/2 hp. My door is an 18ft wood door. There is no way that his opener is appropriate for my application. Yet, he still wanted to install it. He has an Im the only game in town attitude. Look elsewhere for someone who still wants to do this kind of work.
