The auto shop is good service and nice to customers employees are nice and do good service for there customers and they always come back .

They did a good job. Had to go back. They had vehicle 3 days and couldnt fix everything.

They very rarely ever even answer the phone regardless of the time I call, and their voice mail box is always full so I cant even leave a message. Being this frustratingly and unacceptably difficult to get a hold of just to even get STARTED on anything can not be a very viable business strategy. It takes zero time and should cost zero dollars to not have a full voice mail box so that people can at least leave call back numbers.

Last time, We went there and got problem fixed, we were so happy and made appointment for today’ oil change . Oil change for 20 years . Price is never same . I did not ask oil change price because I checked the price wheeling area and I trust them . At the end, they told me I need pay $93 for the full synthetic oil . I was shocked . The price is much higher than I paid highest $73 in our history . Back home I google online, it said Based on national averages before discounts, the price range for a full synthetic oil change is $45-$75, while a synthetic blend oil change costs $32-$53.
