Took my vehicle in to be repaired- a job estimated to take 4 days. 2 weeks later they hadn’t started yet I asked why the delay and they were unable to provide reasoning.

Great personnel, but theyre quite busy and as of now the earliest appointment to repair a bumper is 2 weeks out . On a side note messages had to be left via voicemail during business hours due to what I assume is that theyve only got one person on staff for the management of secretarial duties .

Went to pick up my moms car two times and both times it was not fixed correctly. Im no car expert but the quarter panel was sticking out very obviously and the service manager when asked said he inspects all the cars but this some how slipped by. We still have not got the car back the the shop offered nothing for our inconvenience.

My car so far i have had no problems, but after dropping my rental car off that i had and had dropped off that i babied. 4 hours later i recieve a phone saying it looks like there was paint missing? Not really sure what is meant. I know when i dropped it off it was in mint shape, i even had it cleaned and detailed it! A bag of my personal items were left in the trunk of a few antiques given to me from family. I guess we will see if its still there monday.But the ladies there are super super nice!!

Service manager is vary rude, and his boss will sit there and do nothing about it. Decided to take my business elsewhere after him arguing with me as I was trying to drop off my car.
