Pretty much every Ulta Ive ever been to has the same problem - they greet you at the door (wonderful) but then I can almost never find someone to help me if I need it. Great selection of products as usual, even though they didnt have what I was looking for today.

First time to this Ulta a few days ago. The manager Mary was extremely helpful and kind. Made me feel appreciated. I will only come to this Ulta from now on and I live in Thornton. I’ll drive the extra 25 minutes out of my way for good customer service. Thank you for all your help!

Disappointed with the staff this visit. The staff on the floor were very friendly and helpful but my issue came at checkout. I had picked out some shampoo and conditioner that had a Buy One, Get One 50% off advertisement sign in front of it. When I went to check out, the discount did not apply so I asked the cashier about it. She said, no, this product is not on sale. I told her that I must have misread the sign and went back to pick a different product. When I went back to the aisle, there indeed was a sign advertising a sale on the brand I had picked out. So, I headed back up to the checkout and told the cashier that the product was on sale per the advertisement. This time, she said well, some sizes may be excluded. Did you check the sizes that were on sale?. I had picked out two full size bottles so I assumed that this wasnt the case but I once again headed back to the aisle to check. This time, I took a picture of the sign and headed back up to the cashier. She looked at the picture for awhile and said yep, this promotion expired on 01/25 and then handed my phone back to me. I did miss this detail on the sign but seeing how I had just walked back to the aisle a couple times to check on a sign that should have been taken down on the 25th, I asked if they would honor that price. She rudely said, no, because the sale ended on the 25th. It is no longer this price. She didnt even bother to ask a manager or apologize for the sign being up and misleading me to believe it was still on sale.I did end up talking to a manager after the fact, who said that they would have honored that price for me. Another staff member that was standing near by while I was talking to the manager, heard my conversation and felt the need to chime in and remind me that all signs have an expiration on them and in the future I will need to check the date on the sign to make sure the sale is still going. Goodness gracious!!

Love Love Love this location. Always greeted. Very friendly staff. Always have what I need. If they dont, they check the back, or offer me something else that may fit my needs. Very interactive staff and always a clean store. This is my favorite new location!

First off the ladies were very helpful and nice one of the ladies that helped us went above and beyond to find the product I was looking for. I wish I could remember her name she was awesome. I also told her Id leave a review for the extreme bleach recovery product I purchased.. I have black hair so I lightened with bleach and naturall I fried it. But I used the three part bleach recovery by redken and it really works my hair feels so much better I would recommend this to anyone especially if they have dark hair like mine. Give this product 5 stars. Thanks ladies for your help and great customer service Ill definitely be shopping at this ULTA store again

Did Christmas shopping there for the wife. The smell from all the product in there can give you a headache. So only shop there when I cant find what I am looking for anywhere else.

They really did that. This store is awesome. They weren’t fully open quite yet (still getting stuff out) but regardless they hired awesome people. I don’t think I’ve ever been so satisfied with a trip to ulta.

Got my hair done by Jeanelle and it is so perfect!!! She took me as blonde as possible while keeping the integrity of my brunette hair. She’s is the best!

Today we had the best Kiehl’s facial by Christina that was recommended by our favorite manager, Alina. Both Alina and Christina brighten our Black Friday by providing us the most amazing customer service! Honest, sincere, and a ton of fun! We highly recommend that you visit them for any of your beauty needs. We will definitely be back soon. BTW they have a whole wall of Kiehl’s!

They were short staffed and seemed very disorganized. I was pawned off from the manager to some lacky. They didnt have the products advertised in the flyer or products available at other locations for that matter. The person at the registers was rude and condescending. Doubt I will ever set foot in that store again. Id rather go back to ordering online from other stores.

Helpful staff and great product selection.

Very well stocked with items..a new store, but some of their staff was lacking customer service. I spent at least ten minutes wandering the store by myself and looking for one product, passing three employees who were into their own conversations, and not wanting to assist. I understand people get sidetracked, but with being a new store it was bothersome

Terrible customer service. I was one of 3 customers in the store. The sales associate gave me a glare instead of a friendly welcome. I will not be back.

Place was very nice, but out of quite a bit of products i was looking for. When in doubt call or order for online pick up.

I have been here probably 5 times since this store has opened, and each time it took me at minimum 15 minutes to check out with only one person ahead of me. Im hoping this is because this location is new, but they really need to improve their checkout process, training, or both.

The store manager Alma was very helpful!
