Ash was incredibly helpful and gave me great advise for my hair! She answered all my questions without skipping a beat, she knows her stuff!! When I go to Sallys, its nice to know that I will be helped by someone who knows the products and has tried them before. I will definitely be returning!
Store hours say that they open at 10 AM on Saturdays. Door was locked lights were on back closet door was open, as if somebody was clearly there but they did not answer the phone or repeated knocking on the door. Multiple customers were waiting at the door. This occurred on October 30th. Pleas speak to your staff.
I stopped by in a panic to get some toner for my hair, and the person (Ash os her name) helped me honestly more than all the years I’ve gone to sally’s for things HANDS DOWN! She showed me what to get to prevent more damage to my hair which was a worry for me, and she made me getting a sally’s card super easy which saved me money, and gave me some financial relief since they are tight right now. I’ve never written a review for sally’s, but Ash made my experience so enjoyable with some relief as well. Highly recommend!

Google says youre open at 10. The sign on your window says youre open at 10. And here it is 10:25 and the door is locked. No one answers the phone. So either someone is not doing their job or management needs to update their store information.
This store is well stocked and kept clean. I was able to find everything I needed. The associate was very kind and engaging. My daughter and I complimented her hair, particularly the sparkles. She showed us the product she used, and we couldnt help but to buy it for ourselves. She was very knowledgeable about products and could easily navigate the store.
Sallys always have great products and fair prices. I love shopping there, they have great new products. Sallys is one of my favorite stores😄

There are a couple of young woman who work in the Westminster location on Kipling named Nicole and the pretty woman with long purplish hair, 🤭😁 are always working at this location when I go. They are always super nice and very helpful and it is clear that they know what theyre talking about, and if they dont know they find out for me every time. This location is actually further then the other Sallys but I would rather go to this one any day because of these employees at this location. 💯😁

Horrible customer service. Nonexistent. Went in for a “quick trip” just to get things needed to make a ballet bun for a recital. Had my 4 year old and very cranky 2 year old. I couldn’t find anything. Asked for help locating an item and was offered little help. The girl was literally standing at the register just watching me try to rally my kids up and locate things in their store. Asked if she could show me where the hair gel was and she pointed down the isle, “it’s down this isle” which would have taken 2 steps for her to just show me where the gel was. She saw I couldn’t find it and still offered NO help. I’m upset I even bought what I did from this store. Just go next door to target, you’ll get better assistance and actually find what you’re looking for. Also, I just came from a big department store and the exact same brush was marked $3 more at Sally’s.
Celeste was very friendly and very helpful! She helped my friend and I find hair color, bleach, shampoo, and oils. She was very informative and knew a lot about each different product and brand to help us decide which ones to get. She was very, very nice and amazing!
First of all, Im a guy. Second, I have a Masters in Business. I went in to get something for some fine hairs. I tried a product and returned it the next day. On that item, I am still waiting for a refund and its been over a week now. Will something show up in my bank account? I dont know. Maybe. Well see. Then, I wanted another product that they had online. They had to order it in. A week later I went back to check. They said it was in but I had to wait for them to unpack the shipment. Not too long afterwards, Tessla gave me a call and said that it was not in. Tessla has been the one who seemed to be the most level-headed and straight forward person there who I have met thus far. Have I been discriminated against? I dont know. My recommendation is that a person go somewhere else. Tessla should be the manager if you ask me. You might be a number on Amazon but at least they should truthfully let you know if a product is available or not. Lee Stroud, MBAUpdate: March 14, 2020--Im still not sure about the refund. I need to check my checking account. I stopped in and was given a customer service number just in case that I needed that. The woman(Lush?--something like that was her name) was kind and attentive. Both she and Tessla were nice and tried to to make up for archaic processes of the company. So my new update is that the women seem to care; its not their fault that their company is ran lousy. Buy in store merchandise only and do not buy stock in this company. I wish the women well in life--they deserve to work at a better place. Therefore, Im changing my review to 5 stars for the women and 1 star for the company that they work for. You go, girls!
Didnt really think I wanted to go there, but I got everything I wanted and then some. Oh and the prices couldnt be beat. But the best part was the customer service!!!!! Ill be back tomorrow!
Called just to ask a simple question. And while my question was answered fully and was informative, it didnt come without the CSR first screaming in my ear at someone that she was on the phone with a customer. I sure hope theyre more polite in person...
Girls are wonderful here.Very nice helpful. Knowlegeable. I know this to be true...as I am a Cosmetologist myself,...amoung other things.Great store to go to ❤
I just went to purchase one item and the girl behind the counter flat out stole $5 from me so i just paid $15 for a $9 item.... When i confronted her about it she just played dumb. I dont appreciate that kind of service at all. I will spread the word around to other people.

The hair samples under the dyes do NOT match the dye, I picked up a bottle of emerald ion dye expecting it to be like the dark green hair sample underneath and am now stuck with light blue hair.
Google sats they open at 10 on Sundays and the sign on the window says 11...its now almost 11:15am and still no employee in sight...there are people other than myself waiting!! This isnt the first time employees have been late to this location...this is terrible! Have to go to the one on 64th and Ward, At least they answered the phone and are open for business!

I bought hair and the lady at the counter did not tell me that it was not returnable or refundable. It was still in the package and everything when I brought it back and the lady at the counter was very rude about it when telling me that it was not refundable.
