I was a regular customer here until this morning when I went in for a cup of coffee and to use the bathroom and Vicky, for no other reason than Im homeless, ordered me not to steal her toilet paper like thats what she was expecting me to do. Then she called the police on me for holding her accountable, but she didnt know its illegal to accuse law abiding citizens of stealing, so the joke was on her...I mean, she SAID her name was Vicky, but she struck me more as a Karen.EDIT: I spoke to Debbie about this who said Im not welcome while shes there... Ive had issues out of Debbie before. Every time Im in there, shes always abusive to the customers. Im surprised shes still working there, as shes been doing this since Ive been coming in.#homelesslivesmatter

Jeannine was rude and nasty at the Kipling and 27th . She refused to give me a pack of cigarettes even though I had a government issued ID that says I am 31! And I was using my bank card that has MY name on it. Rude as hell. I had to take turns with the person I was in the car with (whom is 31) because our two year old was asleep. Jeannine then proceeded to tell me that if I get out of the same car as someone not 21, its against the law to sale to me and she doesnt have to sale to me. Well I just research the law and it actually states that advertising toward youth is against the law, selling or giving to minors is against the law. Not being around a said minor. Yes, my kid is two but her father is 31. And both of us look our age, if not older. We both have started getting grey hairs and he had a beard. All I know is Im not spending my money at this Sinclairs again. Luckily you guys have other good gas station associates or you would have completely lost my business.

Worst customer service ever. Never been treated so unfair and rudly. I hope you retrain the woman who was on clock this after noon. I will never come back to this gas station ever again. And I will make sure to tell everyone how your cashiers act and not to go there either.
