Twice these guys left the dipstick hanging out of my transmission. Twice I lost most of the fluid. The second time my wife told them about it. They said they would check it. I brought it to my mechanic the next day and the transmission was bone dry. So, theyre either too stupid, or dont care enough. Very angry customer who will not return to have my car serviced by these retards!

So long story short, I got my oil changed here a little while back. Car started having oil pressure issues right after so Ive spent the past few months changing out all the sensors and the oil pump in my spare time with no change in the vehicles performance. Finally decided to take it in to a shop after I was stumped and I would have never guessed what they found to be the problem.. the people at Grease Monkey did my oil change with the wrong kind of oil for my vehicle. They used too thin of an oil so my car just couldnt build the correct pressure no matter what it tried. So after wasting a bunch of time, and money on parts I didnt need I will definitely never return to a quick service oil change spot like grease monkey. Better to just do it yourself when you have time. Youll atleast know what you are putting into your vehicle!

I just come here for an oil change every time. Ive been coming here for years and have not had any problems. I see the same faces every time and their whole team seems to work well together. Even when busy, they push people through quickly with great service! I moved further away and still come here for oil changes. Tried and true!

Quick service. In fact, I didnt even have to leave my vehicle. I drove into the bay while the techs scurried around doing their jobs. It was spending. $83 for 5w30 synthetic.

Grease Monkey on Wads is always great for a reliable oil change. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable and in-tune with your needs. I appreciate their speed, attention to detail and willingness to do the little things like top of your fluids and reset your maintenance light.

I didn’t know that all grease monkeys weren’t the same but I would go to this one when I lived in Arvada and loved it. Simple straight to the point. So last time I took it to one near where I live now in Denver. It took them an hour and fifteen minutes for a basic oil change that this location did in 20. I now drive out of the way to this location to get it done.

This Grease Monkey is the only place I take my car for an oil change. At most Ive only waited 20 minutes, but the guys there do a great job! They even helped me with some zip ties because my splash guard by the front bumper was busted and rubbing on my tire. I would recommend them to anyone, and have recommended them to my friends and family​ who use them as well.

I’ve dealt with these guys about five times now and it is hands-down the best grease monkey I’ve ever dealt with. I go out of my way to deal with these guys. They absolutely never upsell you and will only suggest things that are needed. I’ve observed their customer service with other people and they are just spot on and honest. I asked the guy how my air filters looked and he said they look really good and they’re about halfway so you’ve got time left. When does anybody ever say that in the auto industry? ! Wonderful....

Came to get an oil change and left. It seemed too fast and it was. They never replaced the filter or oil. They added 6qts of new oil on top of the 6qts of dirty oil. Truck started blowing white smoke. Looked at oil levels... Obviously way over full. Took it back next day. Manager never came out to talk to me after I talked to the initial mechanic. They just pulled it in and did the oil change. I asked what color their filters are, blue. So I said that the white one I came in with never got changed either? The guy shrugged and said I guess not. Not much more was said. No refund, no real apologies. After reading other reviews, this doesnt look like the first time this has happened either, probably wont be the last. Good luck if you bring your vehicle here.

Took my 2011 bmw to get an oil change two weeks ago. Immediately after the oil change, my cars check engine light came on and the electrical system was completely tampered with since my car kept saying my doors were open when they were not. I took it to the dealership and after two weeks of trying to figure it out, they told me the wiring underneath the car right car close to where the oil change took place was damaged. Never going back here again, these mechanics couldnt even perform a simple oil change properly and ended up costing me a lot of money to fix their issues. Would recommend taking your car anywhere else, because if they cant get an oil change done right, I dont even want to imagine how bad they would perform other mechanical work.

The staff at this Grease Monkey are great. I went to get my oil change very close to closing, I was in and out within 20 minutes. The next week I hit my undercarriage pretty hard on a rock and I had a huge oil leak I went back to Grease Monkey in the hopes it could be an easy fix. They had no problem checking out my undercarriage with me. We quickly realized this was a much bigger problem. They recommended a great mechanic close by and even filled my oil so I could make it there. Great group there, I look forward to continuing to do business here years to come.

I usually go to the one in golden. This one has none of the frills, no car wash. Refrigerator is empty. The don’t participate in the grease monkey loyalty program. They have some cookies that tast like they are 6 months old. Won’t be be back

Atrocious customer service at 4620 Wadsworth location in Wheat Ridge. Had to repeat myself over and over again to the greeter, who also tried to ring me up for the wrong services and seemed completely oblivious to any of the rideshare company discounts they offer (their website offered a discount for Uber, but she just shruģged it off and wouldnt even look it up or ask her manager). Needless to say I was very frustrated by her ignorance and having to repeat myself constantly. When I tried to escalate it to management she played the victim. Find a different location for your vehicle maintenance needs.

I came here a few weeks ago and got my oil changed because they carry Mobil 1 synthetic. I own a Mercedes and Mobil 1 synthetic is the only oil my mechanic recommends be used in it. Oil got changed and i went on my way happy enough. Today I went in to have them check fluids and they discovered i was half of a quart low on oil. Then they inform me that they are OUT of Mobil 1 synthetic but some guy is running to Pep Boys to buy more so I wait. And wait. And after what seems like an eternity the technician comes to me with some other brand of synthetic oil and says this is all they had. Is this ok?I kindly refused. My Mercedes uses Mobil 1 synthetic only. It is the reason i came here after calling 8 other places who do not carry Mobil 1 synthetic.So the technician informs me that someone forgot / not real sure why / no Mobil 1 synthetic was ordered on the last truck shipment. So I ask when does the next truck come?They inform me it will be here on Wednesday but then add the footnote that this week they didnt order any either so it will be at least 10 days to 2 weeks before they have any more Mobil 1 synthetic.I left like I arrived; half a quart low.If you need Mobil 1 synthetic or if you appreciate people that do a great job working somewhere they love paying attention to details this may not be the place for you. I will be taking my car and my money elsewhere from now on and i will recommend anybody else who will listen to do the same.One could expect more from this business. Details matter. Especially when my car and my money are on the line.

Worst place to go!! They broke my oil plug and didn’t pay for it!! Now am with no car thanks to them and have 2 small kids on top of that one of the worker was smocking in my truck veryDisrespectful! All I wanted was an oil change I took a perfectly running truck and ended up walking home and now on the bus! STAY AWAY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING!!!

Amazing how my last two times here there lift is broken for tire rotations. Why continue to offer a coupon for the service if you cant or wont do the service? This use to be a very friendly shop, now it seems they are just looking for quick transactions.

Went in for a simple oil change and the guy of course tries to sell me on something I dont even need. Which isnt a crime in and of itself but the fact that instead of changing my oil, They just added more oil into my engine and circulated it a bit so the change oil light would go off... that is completely messed up. My car started making Extremely Loud clunking sounds and when I took it into the mechanics they said that I had way too much oil and that the engine needed to be completely flushed and new oil needed to be added. So with the cost of the time and labor of repairing the damage that they cost plus the outrageous price for a simple oil change, even with a coupon, this place ended up costing me over 300. So thank you for that.

I got my oil changed on 8/5/2017 and paid $90.96 for an oil change. I noticed that I was slowly leaking oil, and since this was a new car to me, I assumed that it was just using it. When I went to change the oil the next time on my own, I found that the leak was from the drain plug. I assume the crush washer had not been replaced like it should have been and that caused the slow leak. After I changed the oil and replaced the crush washer, the leak stopped. For the cost of the oil change something so simple should not have been missed, or ignored.

Stripped the drain plug on my oil pan when doing an oil change. Only plus side is that they did pay for the repair.

I sat at this place for over an hour and then they told me they didn’t have the correct oil filter to change my oil for my Lexus. They also almost hit some old gentlemens car as they attempted to drive it out of the garage, While I sat in the filthy waiting room. Some lady in the garage yelled and threw things the whole time! She scared people. I felt bad. Stay away!

The team that works at this store is efficient, honest, and nice. Today, I saw one of the employees let a family know that they were in early for their oil change and that they only needed one every 5000 miles.

Wrong oil?!?!? Got oil change a week ago here, 2 days later my car started making sound like a diesel truck. Either they put in wrong oil or just not enough either way this helps to ruin my car. Bad idea to go here.
