The service was great and so was the ice cream but this was a limited or no grill restaurant. It would be better not to serve food. The quality of the chicken sandwich was awful, its like get a grill and serve great food or dont serve any. I know it is because they dont have a grill. The server was super sweet. The blizzard was 100+

Bad customer service, super disappointed, guy didnt make you feel welcome, thr chicken bites i ordered were microwaved tasting, and there was a hair. Never dairy queen disappointed me so. Dont come to this one if you want a good meal.

Just whatever. Actually, wasnt impressed. To be honest, the chicken sandwich was tiny, and the chicken taste weird.$5.50 for 1 tiny sandwich that tasted funny? Wish I would have taken a pic. My boyfriends chili dog tasted funny too. The ice cream tasted good. I would hope so for the price. On a positive note, the staff were a couple of sweethearts!

Wish there were no stars to add! Was just there, and ordered an Orange Julius. Drink was not slushy, like they should be! The front guy was rude about it, so I walked out. Disgusting, nothing but sugar liquid!! Waste of money, avoid this DQ!!!!

Tasted amazing and the customer service was amazing. One worker who I believe is named Jessica was very sweet!

My girlfriend and I got some chicken bites here and after 2 we see hair on one of the pieces in the container! Instant loss of appetites super dissapointed and we wont be comming back.

The Red Velvet blizzard looks nothing like the picture on the billboard. It looks like a melted shake. I was told it was the cream cheese icing. I figure if the picture looks the an actual blizzard then when they make it, it should look nearly the same. I has to put it in the freezer for an hour to make it thick again.

I had visited this Dairy Queen on 9/13 around 4pm and it was so busy. Busy enough that there was a line outside the door. Once I made it to the counter, the young man, Dante, was so friendly. The other young man working at that time was busy making ice cream magic! If they were stressed out or frustrated, you couldn’t tell. Team work, genuine kindness and most importantly, a perfect blizzard served upside down! I hope management acknowledges the situation and their response. Job well done fellas!

Good neighbors place to go for cold and frozen treats. Service seems friendlier and faster than some other DQs Ive visited. Good sized parking lot and easy access from I 25 or 120th Street.

I recently visited this location, and always have. The ice cream is always wonderful, and they make it so fast. They have couches, comfy chairs, booths, and tables here. Customer service is always great. Definitely a place to come back to again and again.

This place really jacks up the prices compared to the Colorado Dairy Queen prices. I asked for their smallest original orange Julius and the lady was trying to charge me $4.87! Everywhere else it’s only like $3.85 max with tax! Just that extra dollar they charge for everything proves there something sketchy going on there. This is set for Colorado prices for Dairy Queen. The small orange Julius is $3.67. I noticed they bump up charge an extra dollar for all their items. Everyone is struggling financially right now, and it’s the wrong time to be greedy.

Waited for 5 minutes to be acknowledged after walking in with no other customers in sight. 2 teenage attendants busied themselves with their backs to the counter despite my vocalizations. An adult woman finally came out smiled at me and then disappeared again. The three of us walked out after the two girls said they were busy.

My daughter wanted an ice cream cake for her birthday party. There was a good selection to choose from. Although it was busy, the service was fast, the added the birthday message to the cake and it was quick to pick up and go. Enjoyed the service and the cake was a hit at the party.

This is a very clean facility and the employees are very nice. My recommendation would be that they are more generous with the toppings. My banana split had very little toppings and my sons small blizzard barely had flavor.

Called to ask if they had a specific kind of ice cream cake available and employee answered she wasn’t sure what was in the fridge.....tried to hint at her going to check but she just kept saying she wasn’t sure...so because she couldn’t walk 2 feet to the front to check, we should get in the car and take the trip and risk the virus to look for ourselves...thanks for zero customer service, we’ll take our business elsewhere.

The service was good but there was no soap in the bathrooms so we couldnt wash our hands which makes me wonder if their employees had been.

The last time I went there was only one person working and they got us our food relatively quickly and was polite! Nice employes and they even have a couch, and 2 tables, and 2 chairs. They also get you food quickly and are polite and if you go I hope you get the same experience as I did! 👍

Not the easiest parking lot to get into, the parking is good for the most part though. The girls at the counter werent the friendliest, not exactly terrible, but I expect a bit more. They have amazing soft serve although their prices are quite high for what it is.

Had a $10 gift card so got a Medium Hawaiian Blizzard $5.10 got $4.90 left on Card. So $10 is not enough $$$ to buy 2 Medium Hawaiian Blizzards. Unbelievable.Was in at noon ate inside only 1 other person cane in for a ice cream cone. Duh - - - -Maybe they should raise their prices.

There were three people behind the counter, one of which appeared to be the manager or owner making the schedule, another one staring into space. There was only on customer and neither one of the spare employees were willing to help. I am so happy when a small business can afford to wait on people as they see fit. I walked out.

Worst customer service I have received at any Dairy Queen. To turn away a customer because it’s not acceptable money to them. Money is money. Whether it’s a $10 or $100. A business should never turn away a customer because they don’t have proper change according to them. As for this I will never buy anything from Dairy Queen again. Corporate business are the worst in helping their customers. That’s what we have the BBB for, right?

Terrible customer service/lazy employees. I went in yesterday to pick up a simple cake and the Lady who went to cash me out couldn’t even completely do her job well my card was in the card reader she decided to wander off into the corner and talk to her coworker about something on Facebook (should’ve been a little more hush-hush over something that stupid). Then a different employeed had to come over to get me my receipt. I guess I’m just a little confused on how hard it is to take 60 seconds to do the whole process start to finish. When I called to talk to the “manager” he tried to give me some bs on how sometimes they have rotations and what not. That’s totally understandable and believable had I ordered them something to make but it was a freaking cake and I can guarantee that rotation doesn’t involve standing in a corner talking about nothing. And these are the type of employees expecting wages way more than they deserve...
