I received my order # 32***7 but the memory did not work. When I called I was told I ordered the wrong memory even though it was the only one offered for my model on the website. I was told that 4All Memory is limited on the items that are listed on the web and there is another speed available for my model and the correct memory could be shipped out on Monday. I agreed, paid, and now it appears that they have billed me twice for the new order and it is the exact same memory that I ordered in the first place. So Ive paid 3 times and still have nothing to show for it. I sent them an email and followed up with a phone call.Now Im told that the new order that was being processed according to your request, and that the original memory should of worked in my machine in the first place. The rep Dina was rude, condescending, and full of reasons why this entire screw up was not her fault.This is an obvious scam operation; they sell you the wrong memory to begin with, wait till you call in for a new order and then double bill you.I have still not been able to resolve this issue after numerous emails and calls to supervisors. I have reported this firm to the BBB, Attorney General in the state of MO, and now to all of you.Stay away

When my computer started running slower I wasnt sure exactly what I needed to do and found the staff at 4 All Memory very helpful. Once I received the memory, installed it and it worked perfectly. My computer is running better than ever.
