Reviews aren’t really my thing but I just wanted to take the time out of my day to say how amazing the service was here, I had originally went to the Verizon on 92 and Sheridan but the lady was rude from the beginning and was not willing to help because of the time she closed, so with that being said I went to this location and I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have had in a while, being that I work as a sales rep over the phone I know what kind of service I would like to receive and that’s exactly what happened, the service was so great that I did more than I originally went in there for, all of the workers in there were great, outgoing, and had a sense of humor, that is what made the experience even better. Keep it up!

Brandon was a less then helpful, unenthusiast, bro. I came to Verizon to save myself and parents some money by adjusting their plans adding a line and military discount. Brandon put me on the wrong plan, didnt adjust my parents plans and was very content getting me in and out, while quickly referring me to the app or 611. Now there are issues getting the military discount and I had to adjust the admin and all of the account plans.

One of the bigger locations I have been to. Wheelchair acessible and has wheelchair parking. I went in there because it was on my way to my next destination and to try to exchange my phone case that I have for my note 10 plus that is broken. The gentleman who helped me had exceptional customer service. Even though they did not have the product I needed, he recommended me to a location that might. Overall, good experience.

The night started out fine, then my boyfriend, at 8:15 threw his phone off of our balcony. It was obviously shattered, so I got on google to find a place to get a phone at that hour and this place was open for 40 more minutes and close to our house. Off we went arriving at 8:30 thinking we were going to be met with annoyed people wanting to go home, but boy was I wrong. We were greeted with 3 of the most friendly people we could have hoped for. They helped us quick, efficiently and not upset at all that he didn’t throw his phone off of said balcony an hour sooner. Great service, great conversation. If you need a new phone, come here!

I went to Verizon wanting to just look at new phones and Chase helped me get a brand new Iphone 12. Chase was very knowledgeable and professional in the sales process.

My Verizon has closed on 120th & Sheridian:( So I have had the privilege of working with this location 3-times now. First time to get our daughter a new cell phone. The rep was so nice to her. We are not tech savvy people and he was so patient with our questions. Then I had to go & get some tiny gravel out of my plug in port. The rep was also Awesome! Today I met the store manager with a Tennessee accent who was Extremely nice and Pleasant to speak with. The lady rep who I worked with was Genuinely nice. Im looking forward to going back to such a Friendly store!!!

I bring 2 phones,one is I buy from Walmart, one is my old phone sangsam not5 from Verizon, both are unlocked. and I agree $50 plan for prepaid,and I am use Verizon for 8 years,I talk to customers service 1 hour in person. And can not,if I buy new phones from them that will be great.

Not great compared to other Verizons. Every Verizon will greet as you walk in the store. Nothing from this one. A guy was doing nothing and couldnt say anything. They made unprofessional jokes. Came to the store last night, not to make a purchase but to ask some questions regarding the use of my phone. Was immediately welcomed by NATE who took me over to the desk and sat down with me. Nate was completely knowledgeable on all my questions and he even explained many things I did not know about the use of my phone. I feel more comfortable knowing how to use my phone, thanks to Nate!! I would definitely recommend this location to all my Verizon users!! This staff, especially Nate is on point!!!!

The ONLY reason I am giving this store 5 stars is because of the staff, mainly Tyler Johnson and john Oliver, along with the two staff members that helped me the night before. Amazing staff, shady company. I have had 2 phones burn out on me (one discontinued 2 weeks after I bought it, the second... refurbished, having the screen go out). Verizon as a company makes way too much money for the little they are willing to offer. I would have switched carriers had I known that my brand new phone would be replaced with a used one. On top of having service that works when it feels like it, Verizon needs to set their customer service standards as high as they do their employees. Im currently using a loaner phone that belongs to an employee who felt bad and had an extra, as Verizon did not. Huge thank you to the employees, you are very much in tune with your customers. Verizon, maybe take a lesson from your staff that goes above and beyond while you pay them little and make millions. So for the 4th time in 5 months, I will be back in the store tomorrow to fix my phone. Thank you Verizon for robbing people blind as long as you make a buck

Came in because my old phone stopped working after a fairly long life. Pleasantly surprised to find that an upgrade was available and I got a brand new phone! I like Verizon the most out of all other phone carriers.

I went in on Friday around 8:45 pm concerning my cell phone that would not work. It was determined that I needed a new phone. John and Matthew were on shift and were fantastic. They gave great customer service and were extremely knowledgeable regarding their products (both Samsung and iPhone) and helped me come to the conclusion and purchase the right phone for me. They were kind, patient and funny. I was appreciative of their service as well as their patience as I was in the store past closing time getting everything squared away. They even showed me how to work my new phone and informed me the benefits of wireless chargers (which I purchased).. I left the store happy and satisfied with my purchase and I still am happy with the product as well.

This new store is great! The employees go out of their way to be kind, courteous and helpful. It is refreshing to see employees neatly dressed and being mannerly. I had several questions and they were always willing to help whenever I went in.
