This 5 DIAMOND review is very well deserved! I have bought close to 10 cars in my lifetime and the service I received at this location was hands down the most unexpected treasure. From finding my dream car online and booking an appointment for the next day, to the responsiveness of the employees, I can’t say enough about how amazing everything was. Our salesperson Freddy Suarez was exceptional. He really listened to us, and he was very welcoming and patient. He truly made the experience what it was for us. Henry Kim in finance was wonderful, and he worked diligently to get us the best rate/financing and we are so grateful to him (and it was supposed to be his day off - he performed miracles for us on a Sunday!) Jakob was very thoughtful in bringing us Vietnamese coffee from a local shop while we were waiting (delicious)! Being in the service industry myself, I have to say that it is very difficult to find people that genuinely care, and we felt that 100% here. It felt like everyone was so happy to be working there. Everyone was phenomenal and we left the dealership not only excited for our new car, but feeling like we made some great friends in the process. Thank you for treating us like family. You have earned our trust for life!
I’ve had theee best experience purchasing a car from Jeffery Holmes. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond getting my new car to me. I would never imagine purchasing something so huge site unseen but Jeffery took pictures, FaceTime and kept me updated with the process. Even on his days off. Not everyone can buy a car in California, but I will most definitely recommend Orange Coast Infiniti and Jeffery to anyone that is looking for a new luxury car.
I have bought many cars in my lifetime from a variety of dealers in SoCal. I have never had as great of an experience as I did at Orange Coast. Freddy is a star salesperson! Kevin in Service is also fantastic. This place is small enough to provide personal customer service yet large enough to have a nice selection of cars. Id recommend them 100%.
The best place to service it is here at OC Infiniti! Gerardo is the go to guy for service! Hes attentive and most importantly he cares about all your concerns! I will continue to service my car at this dealership!!
Whenever you pick up your car after getting serviced, you assume that the car has been checked, double checked and think you have confidence in the repairs that were done. This is NOT what happened when I picked up my car on 10/4 after bringing it in for a service engine light with the thermostat and cooling system of the engine needing to be replaced. The car seemed to be running fine until I entered the 22 freeway. As I tried to accelerate and change lanes, the car decelerated, the engine light turned back on and the car started shaking. I barely made it to the next exit. Luckily the traffic was lighter and oncoming traffic was able to avoid me as I slowly made my way to the shoulder. I immediately called the dealership and told them what happened. I had to get my car towed back to the dealership and they provided me with a loaner. The next morning, I spoke to the service representative, Gerardo to explain what happened and express my anger and frustration. He later informed me that what happened was not due to the recent repairs. He said a hose had become loose, likely due to “age” and the pressure of the engine dislodging the clamp. Upon inquiring more detail, I find out that it’s the radiator hose. I did some research and spoke to my uncle who’s a mechanic and discovered that the radiator hose is directly connected to the thermostat and cooling system of the engine. What was initially told to me - that it was not due to the recent repairs - made me feel like the dealership did not want to take responsibility for what happened to my car.Unfortunately, this is not the first time something happened pretty immediately after my car had gotten serviced. About 2 years ago, a couple days after getting an oil change, my husband, infant daughter and I were driving home when we noticed that the car smelled like smoke and the interior became cloudy. We immediately pulled over and upon stepping out to check the car, all the oil was draining out of the car. At that time, I dealt with another service rep named Tuan who did not handle the situation well. He was dismissive and lacked empathy. The manager at the time was very apologetic and tried to provide reassurance. I asked to switch service reps and gave the dealership the benefit of doubt and continued to have my car serviced at OC Infiniti. Everything was fine up until this recent incident. When I picked my car up, I asked to speak to both the service rep, Gerardo and the service manager, Ray Picazo. His dismissive attitude about what occurred to my car in telling me that humans make mistakes made me feel like my concerns were minuscule and basically “it happens”. I felt like he was shrugging off the incident. He was not genuine in his attempt at an apology and there were no offers in trying to reprimand the situation other than we fixed your car again without charge. The technician’s failure to double check the hose is negligent and placed my life at risk. I could not help but think what if my daughter was in the car or what if the oncoming traffic was unable to avoid my decelerating car. I asked them to take responsibility in knowing that the radiator hose had to become disconnected for the repairs of the thermostat and cooling system. I also asked for a full refund of the $846 repair.I do not have any confidence in the service technicians, service representatives nor management at OC Infiniti. I will be taking my car to be serviced elsewhere. If you are thinking of taking your car here for service, please reconsider for your own safety and the safety of your family.
This was my first time taking my car to Infiniti for work. Everything went great.
Thank you very much to Freddy Suarez one of the sales reps at OC Infiniti. Was very helpful and informative and on top of things to, definitely recommend if your in the market for a car. I’m very content with my Q50, Thank you!
Terrible, Im so unhappy with this place anthony or andrew whatever his name is lied to get me to run my credit, he ran it again without my permission, I told him to get me someone in a higher position to talk to and havent heard from them. Called every other day for the last 2 weeks and apparently theyre no where to be found. Not to mention the car I was looking at was an E400 mercedes they had and nobody pointed out that there is a carfax report that says it was damage and I was purposely not-told information. I felt misinformed and very mislead by this place. Had my credit ran for no freaking reason because of empty promises and terrible sales agents who feel the need to lie for no reason
Great experience getting my QX60 serviced here. My service advisor/consultant Mr. Tuan was very nice and professional. He thoroughly explained everything.
Tuan is your guy for any service needs for your car 👍 Best service advisor I’ve ever had out of multiple Infiniti dealers in SoCal I’ve visited before.
I bought a trade in Range Rover they had sight unseen and flew in to drive it back home, and I have to say the worst sales and overall experience Ive ever had purchasing a car. The sales staff were rude and the finance guy I dealt with rushed me out the door like I was doing him a diservice purchasing a car from them. Do Not buy a car from this dealer!
Tuan in Service is amazing! Ryan in sales is phenomenal and Henry the finance manager is very knowledgeable and super helpful! :)
Salesman Jeffrey Holmes eventually delivered my Infiniti after he never showed up the first time it was scheduled. He always had excuses. Upon delivery I noticed that all the floor mats were missing. He said that floor mats were guaranteed with every Certified vehicle. He promised me that he would have them shipped to me the next day. I even wrote a note on the contract that they were missing, just do be sure there was some sort of proof. Jeffrey called to tell me that he was driving them over to me instead of shipping them. Guess what, he never showed up. He dodged my calls for a week. Then I was able to catch him. He came up with another excuse and said he’d have them shipped. They never came. I called, left messages and texts for weeks. He never called me back. I called and left a message with the GM. He didn’t return my call. There is much more I should explain that makes this place even more shady, but it would be a book. BUYER BEWARE. Seriously, find another dealership to buy your car!
The service team is awesome, really professional. My advisor is Eduardo, man, he is very nice, go over everything with me about my car, very knowledgeable about it. Recommend him.
I made an appointment with eduardo. And kevin helped me when i arrived. Everything was perfect. Everybody was very kind. I got my oil changed with a good discounted coupon. They even washed my car as a complimentary. Highly recommended.
I am 72 years old and was taken advantage by this dealership for false advertising and not fulfilling the advertised vehicle description. They said they vehicle had 4 new tires and they refuse to put new tires. Two of the tires are not even safe to drive (from another dealership). They also did a hidden fee of $595 for a paint care that I didnt want but they still made me pay for it. Do not use this people.
Never thought I’d get this kind of great service and price/value from a dealership! I LOVE the service consultants at OC Infinity. Appointments are easy and always give me a great price for routine oil changes. Can’t beat this dealership and this service team!
I came here for the belt issue on my Q50. Eddy checked and stated that my vehicle also had a recall and they would take care of that. Ppl here is very helpful and friendly. Service was great in general.
NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Purchased a used car from this dealership, car was on the lot for a whole month, the day I was putting down a deposit, I was rushed and was told people are there ready to test drive & purchase the car (typical salesman stuff).... had to ask for the paperwork constantly everyday for 4 days. I was promised it would be emailed to me, never was sent to me. Only saw the paperwork when I got it officiated. I Was promised my car was shipped out, waited anxiously for 5 days on the 5th day found out In fact my car was still at the dealership, they told me they shipped out the other car that was almost identical to mine and my salesman thought it was my car, of course I knew that was a lie because I went on there website to look at there inventory and it was still for sale. This whole experience has been filled with lies and accuses.Ryan Capatosco is very unprofessional and I had a very unpleasant experience with this dealership.
I just leased a 2020 QX50 and had great experience from both the sales and service department. Special thanks to Andrew Saad from the sales department and Eduardo Ortiz from the service department for their professionalism. They both are courteous and know how to address customer needs. I already recommended my brother to get a car here and have asked Andrew to work on a deal for my daughter. Regarding the service department, I need a minor adjustment and Eduardo took care of it without a problem. The dealer environment is very clean, it looks like it was sanitized real well. I recommend this dealer.
Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was promptly helped by Kevin Hall. His professionalism, knowledge and great attitude has me writing a review for Kevin Hall and Orange Coast INFINITI. Good on you.
First time buying from a dealership as I havent liked the pressure and salesmanship from most dealers so I have always purchased a used car from a private party. This dealership was a fantastic experience. I worked with Tin (salesman), TJ (manager) and Joey (financing). All three were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, helpful, considerate and kind. I am looking forward to a working relationship with them in the future. Also loved the coffee machine.
Scheduled maintenance took my car in and Kevin Hall helped me, they were fast, honest and really cool. Definitely bringing my car from now on here. Its out of the way for me but you cant beat customer service.
Deception & lies are practice here. Everyone I was in contact with. No communication after I signed the paperwork. They added charges to deal not talked about with salesperson. Also up charged some things we did talk about. So a week & a half later still Dont know when vehicle will be delivered. Stay away from here.
Order some parts and there was an issue with the price being quoted higher. I called parts department and someone took care of it right away and even sent a driver back to collect correct check. Good service from the parts department.
Great experience. Freddy Suarez is great. Very low pressure. Freddy was friendly and relaxed and made the experience looking at Lexus easy and fantastic. I would highly recommend Freddy and Orange Coast Infiniti.
Very impressed with this dealer. The service writer Tuan was AMAZING with his customer service and personality. They had a great parts department as well with actual people working the counter that were friendly and willing to talk. I brought my Q50 in for an oil change before traveling back to Utah and was very happy with the service. Waiting room was good as well with awesome snacks. I also checked out the car lot and they also have a very big variety of used vehicles as well of all makes and models. Great place to shop around for sure.
Reps are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The coffee machine in the waiting room is great too!
Excellent! Received a same day appointment. Eduardo took great care of me. He said the service would take 1 1/2 hours. I went shopping. Exactly 1 1/2 hours later, Eduardo called and said my service was completed- including the car wAsh. He then sent a car to pick me up from the store. Thank you!
Caleb was so courteous and helpful from the moment I contacted the dealer online. He made the whole experience pleasant and non pressuring. Joey began with interest rates too high so I looked to finance with my own bank and then Joey went out of his way to find a lower rate. I felt he was straight forward and helpful and worked with me to get me the best deal for me. Caleb even delivered the car to my home. Only thing disappointing was scratched on the window I thought would be buffed out in detailing and a lot of spots on the body of the car so it looked unwashed. Joey told me it had been detailed and he would take care of it next week. Overall a very nice experience with good people.
I’m not a big fan of writing reviews but I feel like the gentleman Bryan Barrera deserves a shout out. He offered great customer service and was all around astounding! He helped me get into a G37 at a really great price. He didn’t try to persuade me to get another vehicle at all and listened to everything I had to say and helped me stay within my budget. I can’t say that about the other dealerships I visited before this one. If your looking for car at Orange Coast I would definitely hit up Bryan.
Today was a great day. I came in to get rid of my lease. But then I met Celia full of energy and very welcoming. I had the best car buying experience ever. She really made me enjoy buying my new car, I know I will have another car note for a while but definitely worth. Thank you Celia for all your help and enjoyed getting to know you.
This is my second purchase from Orange Coast Infinite They were great both times. The second time was a purchase due to accident and they were so great with my down payment since I had to Wait for it from the insurance company. Thank you Infinite for being so pleasant to work with. I will definitely go back for my next visit
All I can say is buyer be ware!Long story short : I bought a certified pre-owned QX30 and the sale person did mention the bird dropping stains which he promised would be taken care of.Besides simply trying to avoid me for a few days saying that the loaner car was not ready, in the end, I drove my car there to get the paint fixed as had been promised, but the guys they hired did a complete hack job, painting over the stains. The GM did finally get back to me (after 2 emails, and many more calls to the sales person), with the following:I dont authorize cosmetic work on a used vehicle after the purchase unless it was put in writing at the time of sale. It would be too difficult to make every used vehicle perfect. So basically, what they are saying is do not trust our sales people, because they will promise anything to make the sale.I would not step into that dealership, which truly gives car sale people a bad name.
Their Service Department is absolutely fantastic. They always take great care of my car. The service advisor that I worked with, Eduardo, has taken care of me and my car the last several times Ive been in for service. Hes FANTASTIC! Whatever theyre paying him, its not enough!
Good store. Good deal on 3 Infinities we have purchased over the years. All the sales managers seem genuinely concerned about providing a good client experience. Jim, the current GM is great.
Unbelievable service! Mr. Tuan Nguyen is a professional not only in his craft but in hospitality. I called and it has been about 6 months, he remembered our relationship and details about it most would forget.Nothing sketch, open honest with what the service needs are. Continuously checking in with his guests in the customer service area, making sure they knew where they were at in the service timing. Nothing worse than waiting and unknown length of time.I was thinking I was a VIP but honestly watching and hearing the discreet interaction Mr. Nguyen was giving his customers it is evident he treats everyone like a VIP.Thank you Mr. Nguyen I hope you are recognized and your value is known by INFINITI!
AMAZING and FAST Service! Wow, Rafael Rodriguez was definitely a pleasure to work with. He helped answer all the questions we needed. He was knowledgeable with all the Infiniti cars. We highly recommend working with Rafael. Buying our first new car with him was great!Love, love the waiting area. The perks of having free coffee and free Otis cookies while waiting for a car wash is excellent. Also, the free hand car washes is a plus! The little boutique that they have inside is cute. Get some SWAG items in there.Thank you for the fast and quick service. We will recommend OC Infiniti to all our friends and family.
I bought a used Q50 there not knowing that it had some modifications that deemed the car not street legal and unable to pass smog. A few days after I signing the contract, bill of sale etc. I contacted the sales person he promised to give me the parts to make it street legal. After a month or so of constant follow ups. He introduced me to Kevin Hall who also promised a call the same day if not the following day. 3 weeks went by, no calls, nothing. I called Kevin several times, left voicemail messages, never got a call or text from him. Super unprofessional and disappointing. I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone.
Awesome service. I cant believe how well the service experience is!!! No pressure to buy any services. All my questions were answered. Im glad i have gone back to this brand of a car.
Service is absolutely unhelpful.
Everything was straight forward and the buying experience was exceptional. Irina had the car pulled out for me to test drive, I said yes, and I was out the door in no time. Professional, friendly and courteous group!
The service department here is friendly, accomodating and considerate, all elements that are appreciated greatly. The location is excellent and the service advisors are appreciative of your business. Highly recommended.
Amendment to the below review: After quite a lot of back-and-forth I showed up at the dealership ready to make a scene. I was met in the showroom by a gentleman who, after I asked for the general manager, explained he is the general manager. I expressed my concerns in his office about the problems with the vehicle and how his teams were telling me they couldnt do anything for me. He suggested that I leave the vehicle with him so he could have his service team assess the problem. He offered me a loaner vehicle and we discussed the warranty that was purchased on the vehicle. He suggested that the warranty may not be correct for me and my vehicle and he would get me a refund.I was met by Kevin in service who reassured me the vehicle is in good hands. His positive attitude and how he approached the issue gave me confidence. After several days I received a call from Kevin who stated that I might only need an air/fuel mixture sensor and that they would take care of it for me. The check engine light has not resurfaced since. Kevin is your go-to guy for service at this location. My overall satisfaction now has changed the rating Ive given from a 1-star to a 3 star, not 5 due to the amount of issues I faced.Original review below:NOT A RECOMMENDED PLACE TO PURCHASE! I bought a 2015 Mazda CX-5 Touring from this dealership on 2/21/2020 and they didnt even fill it up for me (was left with 1/4 tank). Yes, the vehicle was about 5 years old and bound to have an issue here or there, but not within days of purchase. First, it was the tire pressure light so I added air per recommendation of the salesperson (which I already figured). But, I did hear a humming noise while the car was cold and started moving. Within month and a half the check engine light came on. Generally, after a clear flag when the check engine light comes on it takes quite a bit of distance before the failing component throws the check engine light again. Spoke with a manager Chad after 8 or 9 weeks who told me that I bought a used vehicle and the warranty will cover it. He was quite rude with no customer service phone skills. I brought it to the local Mazda dealership who states I need a new Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor and that it isnt covered by the warranty. Spoke with Chad again and he told me exactly the same thing and the phone went quiet. I finally responded with ...and what are the next steps? to which he replied that there werent any. I tried explaining the timeline while in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic and he didnt care. He ended the call very rudely stating that there will be no further discussion on this and hung up the phone. The MAF replacement is $410 thankfully. However, $12,000 for the vehicle puts it in the excellent category on Kelly Blue Book and if hed have offered to cover it 50% I would have been happy. The way I feel after all the conversation and the way I was treated is as follows: they took a beat up car in on trade, put more money in than they wanted to, and forced the sale of the warranty on me, and dusted off their hands with the thought its his problem now.........Princess Bride quote: Bye bye boys, have fun stormin the castle! On the flip side, Jeffrey was a good salesperson and was handling the deal the way the dealership forced him to handle the deal. He is polite, gets on a personal level with ya, and I feel he did his best. He took my calls when he didnt have to and tried his best to take care of me. I would recommend him as the salesperson, just wish he was at a different dealer.
Tuan in the service department is awesome. Super helpful and informative.
Their finance manager is doing hard sales, and makes the excitement about the car go away. Too much of scaring and too much of pushing. But on a good note I was able to haggle down the lease price of q50 to an acceptable for me level ($249/month! ZERO DOWN)
The service Dept. here at OC infinti is as good as it gets!
5 star experience, stellar looking dealership with excellent sales people. I worked with Irma and Rafael the sales manager, gave me an excellent deal, and got me in and out. Excellent choice of inventory with a beautiful exterior and interior with plenty of amenities. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here!
Peter was one of the best sales associates that I have ever come in contact with. He was very relatable and has the ability to make you feel like a family member: The sole reason I bought a car from this dealership was because of Peter.
Took my car for and oil change and the representative (Gerardo) was very professional and addressed any concerns that I had, also suggested a shuttle to the theater since we were going there to watch a movie while the car got serviced........ Thanks a lot Gerardo.
Ive been going here for years and theyve always gone out of their way to take care of their customers. My most recent experience, they went way above and beyond to take care of me, Tuan was very understanding and helped me out a lot.
Check With your Bank on the Interest rates first Then make your on Calculations of the payment they always want to give high interest rates, You should know your credit score before you go there! know where you stand pay Manufacturers suggested Price only No other BSTake the car for a Real test Drive make a U turn hear how it sounds Check the Total Selling PriceDon’t focus on monthly payments Final Price only Then when you’re in Finance Room Check!make sure The Total selling Price is correct! If you purchase warranty Make sure is in different Paper Work and not Added To the Total Price It will help you with your Insurance if you ever need it to get the money Back in case of Something!OC infiniti Great Auto Service!Be Aware! Be on Control!
Kevin (service advisor) has always been helpful from the first time I visited. I haven’t had a problem with service and Kevin will always keep me informed of any changes in time wait etc. My only complaint is the wait area is not customer friendly like it use to be. It is horrible in comparison to the wait area of Montclair which may have moved. But for as much as a customer PAYS to have an INFINITI and the amount you pay for service... the bare minimum should be an offer of more than just water. That is cost cutting which means poor customer service. However, as far as service to my vehicle goes, I don’t have any complaints. But service should be all inclusive for a high end vehicle.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Bought the following 1 of Infiniti Nissan Genuine Factory Original Driver Side Door Key Lock Delete Cover G35 Coupe. When item came, it was for passenger side door. Since I needed to install this part as soon as possible, I bought another one off of local dealership.I contacted Orange Coast Infiniti to see about a refund since they messed up the advertisement. For three days, Marco/Infiniti and I exchanged emails with him completely ignoring the fact that this was incorrectly advertised. He finally said that somehow this was my mistake, and that he will have to charge me 20% for re-stocking fee and that I would have to provide my own shipping cost.Seriously, how can someone falsly advertise something, and takes no responsibility for their mistake, and on top of that says its my fault. Ive had bad experience with Infiniti dealership all over the country, either it be ordering parts, or getting service.Im done with this kind of crap service for whats considered as luxury car. I was considering buying a G37, but after this experience, I think Ill go to BMW or Lexus. I understand now why these brands are considered better than Infiniti now.
Im now a customer for life. I called in today and had an appt with Celia Cervantes. She was awesome. I had so many questions about the q50 and she answered all them. While I was in the showroom the General Manager Ali Khan took the time out of his busy day to come and greet me. He assured me I was in good hands. I worked out the deal I wanted in no time. The Finance Manager Mansoor Ali was just great. He explained to me the different protection packages and finance options available to me. In the very end when I got my car Celia had put a giant red bow on it so I can take a pic. Her attention to detail is unbelievable. Mr Khan the General Manager also walked outside to thanked me for my business. I really appreciate the time and effort they put on my awesome deal.
This was my first experience with OC Infiniti and I would recommend them to anyone looking to by a car. As with any car buying process, it takes time but the people here made the experience much more bearable and the facility itself is awesome. Love the coffee machine!!!
Great services. However, if one is in a hurry, it could be bad. I was in for a fob/key programmed 🔑 and it took more than 2 hours. Well, they have nice customer lounge with coffee and water ☕.
EXCELLENT SERVICE BY THE YOUNG SALES PERSON
Always receive 5 Star treatment, my car is hand washed, I wait in the lounge free fresh baked cookies, bottled water, soda, healthy snacks and fresh fruit. Everyone there asks if I need anything. they offered to buy me lunch while I was waiting during the lunch hour for a $39.99 oil change.
WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP.Really bad customer services. I wanted to buy a car from them so I talked to the sales man named Caleb j Cruz. I told him that I got a loan from my bank and that I was going over to then the next morning to buy the car . He confirmed the availability of the car, made me drive all the way there the next Morning to tell me that the car has been sold even though he called me before I head out that morning to check if I was on my way or not and he told me that the car is getting detailed so it’s ready when I get there . This is such a waste of time and such a disrespectful thing to do. The manger is even a worst person to deal with.
Avoid this place at all costs; Liars, Cheaters and unapologetically unprofessional.Long story shortI found a car from orange coast infiniti, I called them and a representative named Jordan reached out to me; After discussing all the features I gave him permission to start the deal and run my credit. The following are the car’s features:-premium package-navigator-360° camera-Monthly payments of $425 for 72 months-Dealership will complementary paint the car because there are some cosmetic scratches.Jordan was following up with me every single hour for four days to make sure that I was still coming and that the car will be ready for me upon my arrival.I’m a resident of San Francisco and work full time so I had to fly my wife and myself to La to the dealership. we were very happy to get our new car. However, unfortunately once we arrived we found out that everything was lie; all interactions with this dealership were falsities in order to swindled out of my hard earned money. The payment was wrong and increased $50 a month, the car was not premium nor did it have navigation or a 360° camera he even lied about painting the car.The only true statement this entire time was that a person named Jordan works there; the dealership made no apologies, counter offer or any attempt to rectify the situation or my inconvenience of flying out there for a non existent vehicle. to top it all off the even changed the car details on their website after I left the lot. the individuals Jordan his manager Joey and associate Peter are shady and lack scruples do not waste your time with them.
I just recently replace my tires at a Tires Shop in HB and that dam tire shop mess up and couldnt put back the lock nuts. I call Orange Coast Infiniti dealer and talk to Raymond, he say just come in and buy the lock nuts for like $2 each (under $5 total with tax included) and that Kevin would have one of his team member install the lock nuts for FREE. It took like 15 minutes or less. Raymond, Kevin and several of the sale person where very nice and professional while I was waiting and was just checking out my next ride which is the Q60 Red Sport : )I highly recommend giving this dealer a chance and hopefully you receive the same Amazing services that I receive. Thanks again Raymond and Kevin. I really appreciated it.
My wife would not go anywhere else for service. Temo in Service is a great guy, friendly and very helpful. He would do whatever he can to pleases the customer. We bring our other car (Knock off Infinti aka Nissan) here for service as well. 😉👍🚗🚘
Came into this dealership for a specific advertised deal on a Q50. Even called ahead to talk with a sales rep to confirm the specifics. When we got there, a different sales rep told us they did not have any more of those cars available. Then he told us he could transfer one from a different dealership. Came back 20 minutes later to tell us that no one has that car available then tried to sell us the more expensive options. We came in expecting to leave paying one price, then left paying way more than expected. I think they should have available what they say they offer!
Rafael Rodriguez, Harry Conger, and Matthew Klein offered up a top shelf buyers experience! They provided exceptional service and most importantly changed my car shopping perception entirely. If more dealerships had sales/finance people like this, their probably wouldnt be any cars in the lot:)Thanks Gents!-Michael K.
Crooked mechanics! Beware!!!! If you are not 100% educated on your cars they will make sure you come back by taking all your oil out! I checked my oil before taking my Infiniti in, after service I than check again due too my instincts I than saw there was NO OIL IN MY CAR. they will act as if your getting a good deal yet they are destroying your car to make sure you come back. What jokes!
Very Helpful Orange Coast gave me a great deal.I couldnt not refuse my Baby is in my stall looking Good Shout to All Staff and managers please go to THE BEST DEALER for Awesome service.Montrella
Awesome experience, Amanda Garcia was perfect from start to finish . Quick simple process, very professional, got my dream car, no haggling for the price I wanted. Definitely recommending to my family
This is a wonderful place, with awesome customer help..
My wife and I were picking up a new car, when a service advisor (her name is Kris), happened to be walking by. She asked if we would like to know anything about the car. We said yes, and she proceeded to 1. Pair my phone to the car, 2. Set our favorite stations on Sirius, 3. Show us how to use the navigation feature, and set our home in the system. Amazing service!
I purchased a 2015 QX70 from this dealership less than two months ago. The experience was your usual sales talk ( if you need anything, please dont hesitate to contact us, etc...). This week, my vehicle developed a slow leak on one of its tires; when I tried to swap the spare, the wheel lock key was nowhere to be found. I contacted the dealership to see if they would provide me one. I was transferred to the sales manager, Ali Shiraz who proceeded to tell me to take it to a tire shop to see if THEY could help me. I guess some things never will change; once they have your money, the honeymoon is over.Side note; beware of their high pressure tactics when signing paperwork. They will try to sell yo their financing or their gap insurance at least 10 times, to the point of making you uncomfortable.
Kris was great, understood my problem and was very concerned about getting my car repaired and back to me. Communicated during the process every step of the way. Will definitely return when service is needed.
Had a great experience. Oscar and Alex went out of there way to get me in the car I wanted
Special mentioning to ERICSON ZABAT IRINA LYKOV they both helped me buy the vehicle & EDUARDO ORTIZ for taking my car in after I bought it too take a look at it in services. When young adults go into a dealer the sales people usually never try to help and avoid you since they think you are only here to mess around. But here at Infiniti they all took me serious. They sold me the car I wanted in the price range I wanted and even lowered the APR. I have them the most I wanted to pay and they worked with the bank to get the deal and approve me. It’s a long process. But they made it happen. They took care of me with their hospitality and respect towards me. I would definitely recommend, to talk to these guys I mentioned. They will 100% help you out. When I went in for the car it was in the middle of getting detailed since they just got the car. They pulled it out and let me look at it. Came in...looked at the car I was looking for...test drove it... talked numbers .... signed....went home with a car.
Two weeks ago I went and spoke with Yvette about buying a used truck. I was excited about looking for a new vehicle, but wasnt too stoked about dealing with a sale person... I stopped by to take a look at the truck and test drive it. Never once did I feel pressured by Yvette. She walked us out to the truck and gave us our space as we looked looked it over. We went for the test drive and loved the truck, so we went inside and started the paper work. Mahdi helped make sure we were approved on everything and helped with the trade-in. While we were waiting, we were able to have conversation with Yvette about personal lives, it wasnt all about the sales! We bought the truck and were pulling out of the parking lot (I was sitting in the drive way waiting for traffic to clear) when Mahdi ran outside and knocked on my window. He wanted to know what kind of music we listened to and the gave us tickets to an event that weekend. Ive never been to a car dealership where I walked away pleased with the vehicle AND the personal experience inside.Side note.. I bought the vehicle as is, I know I did. I found out afterwards that the vehicle did not have a spare tire, but left it as is. Two days after buying the truck, Yvette text me asking if I was still happy with my purchase (
Best customer service I could ask for. I highly recommend communicating problems you experience. Talk to the service manager and they will definitely take care of you.
Ive purchased two cars from OC Infiniti in the last six months. Neither transaction was what I would call hassle free. The second time I purchased a car simply because it was the car I wanted and it happened to be on their lot. I wouldnt have gone there specifically to buy a car from them.Dealt with Andrew Saad. My big complaint about this transaction was that on Monday I told him I would be there on Thursday to pick up the car. Financing was all taken care of, just needed to sign the papers and drive off. Thursday comes along and when I get there I find out hes got the day off. Would have been nice if he would have told me that beforehand. I even texted him that morning to let him know what time Id be there, no response back from him. So to make a long story short, what should have been a simple quick transaction took nearly two hours. Very annoying!! And that is the whole reason Im only giving 3 stars. But that experience along with the first experience, probably a safe bet that I wont be going back to OC Infiniti any time soon.
I have purchased nearly 30 cars in my life (I know ... whats wrong with me?). I am also a shameless negotiator; I have some stories that would make you laugh and be shocked. I have to say that my recent purchase of a Q50 Hybrid at OC Infinity was probably my best car purchase experience. From the Internet Director, Mahdi, to Erik in finance, to the person who ended up answering all of my questions, Pearlyn (who was also brilliant at selling the dealerships services as well)--all seemed more like friends than sales staff. I would not think twice about another car purchase from them. I highly recommend this dealership because of them.
I have loved Infiniti cars for over 10 years. I decided to get another one and to my surprise the car I found on the website, followed by visit to lot was as advertised. Jim Jones in sales was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and honest when answering my questions (I did my research). I received a fair deal given BlueBook value. Remainder of staff were pleasant, facility clean, in-and-out in no time, and they even had someone follow me home to help me drop my other car off.
Gerardo was my Service Consultant and he provided excellent service. He was easily accessible and was quick to respond to my texts and calls. The car came back clean and seems like it’s running very well. Thanks Gerardo and the OC Infiniti team!!
What a horrible horrible horrible dealership! BUYER BEWARE!!!! they dont care about customers and will be dishonest in their numbers. Came here because of an online ad for the Q40 wanted to get the deal stated in the ad but suddenly they wanted 3 thousand down and the payment jumped up. Now I get this is a bait and switch and thats alright but its the managers attitude Gustavo that really sucks. He told me he doesnt need a customer like me and he has a lot of better customers. Now coming from Mercedes Benz I couldnt believe this low life. Please take your business else where. You will be glad you did. This place does not deserve your time.
I called four times to get a service appointment and no one would even answer the main line. I tried alternate numbers and everything was redirected to the same line. This, along with several other issues I have had with this particular dealership since purchasing my vehicle in 2015, has finally sent me to a competitor at the Tustin marketplace. I’m done with the hassles and look forward to starting fresh with a new service department.
Typical sales people: lying, arrogant, money loving a-holes. Sales guy I dealt with kept quoting high prices and wouldnt negotiate. Then had the nerve to ask what he did wrong and to explain why I didnt buy from him.
This post is specifically for the service department. Staff is very helpful and prompt. I wont take my car anywhere else.
I have serviced my Infiniti(s) here for many years. I fact, this Q70L is my second Infiniti serviced here at OC Infiniti (the first being my beloved FX35). Over these many years, I have grown to trust one service consultant in particular-Kevin Hall. He IS the BEST. Kevin is always very patient with my many questions and always able to explain the complex into terms a layman like myself can actually understand. Trust is the reason why I drive 50 miles round trip to have my car serviced here at OC Infiniti.
After signing the lease contract with initial payment $1,409.00 (deposit $1000 + first payment $409.33), they said they need to make an adjustment and ask me to sign the modified contract document without explaining to me the changes when I asked. They just showed me the monthly payments are the same. In fact they increased the deposit up $1,000 and the car price up $1,000. So the initial payment is $2,409 on the modified lease document instead of $1,409 originally but I am charged only $1,409. This is deceptive and I am going to talk to a lawyer about this. Also, if you have not been shopping for a vehicle for a while, be careful with their brutal and aggressive sale tactics. Make sure you can handle it.
Service center was very good, attentive to my needs with a good turn around.
Excellent service. Very courteous.
Most professional and down to earth staff. Really can work a deal and give you true input. I worked directly with the Sales Manager Gaston, met with Neil the Used Car Director and he gave me good value on my trade, Domenique showed us the car and Mansoor completed all the paperwork and made our experience excellent.
Completely disappointed with this place. I took my 2006 m35 to Orange Coast Infiniti about 2 months ago for an air bag recall. Was extremely happy with the time frame of the work they did, the only bummer is they broke my dash trim. I brought it to theyre attention the next day and was told they needed to order the part and they would call me when it arrived. Here it is 2 months later no call. I called them and once again they told me theyd call me back. Still waiting on the call. Hmm
Great customer service in parts department found the part I needed right away
Helpful staff. Great cars. Loved my Q50
Buyers BE AWARE!!!! Dont buy car from this Dealership! They Rip off. Especially with sales person Irina. She promises lot of thing but after you purchase you have to pay for everything. I got my QX60 from her with extremely high price and she promised life time warranty on tires and oil changes maintenance but its all fake she lies. When u bring vehicle to do maintenance u have to pay. I return my lease QX60 which she told me for 39month I have to return with 39k miles which is I did but on the contact she did 32k miles. Now Im paying $2k extra for overmiles. Be careful and read your contract. Highly not recommend this dealership especially saleswoman name IRINA.
Terrible customer service. I called and told them of a quote i received and was told to stop by and we would work out a lower price on a car there and when i showed up they said they wouldnt budge on their price. Waste of time!
AVOID this dealer at any price, especially used car.Bought an used car here. They didnt tell me that they wont cover these cost of the car missing floor mats ($150), no backup key ($150) until after I signed the bill of sale. They could have just said that We cannot cover that with that price but they didnt. Theyre OK with the price and after I signed the bill and paid off the car, they said they cannot cover those although agreed before.2 days later after purchasing got a dead battery ($100), found out that the coolant is almost empty ($30). This can be avoided since its such a big dealer and their inspection, if any, must for sure find it out. They didnt even reimburse me although I came by and showed the battery receipt and complaint about that.Such a scam, so unprofessional, and such a bad customer experience.
Took my car in for a belt issue, they checked it and it was looking fine, right before I left it was making noises i showed it to Temo and he ordered a belt for me right away within couple days my car got fixed and it’s running like a champ now, Temo is a great guy and he does his job 100% and he seems that he loves what he’s doing, if you ever want to walk out of there satisfied about your car then Temo is your guy !!!
