I’m so happy with my new used car!! Roberto was able to get me financing even tho my credit wasn’t that great and they don’t count Door Dash is the income. I’m paying a high interest-rate but that’s the price of not having the best credit. I got the car that I wanted its immaculate for a used car. There was even a little problem that happened after my purchased with the A/c and Jim, Used car manager, Took great care of me and the car was fixed in no time at no additional cost. They were very honest and did right by me. Being a single female that’s very important to me. The salesman Dylan was a sweetheart I was not pressured and I’m very happy with everyone I’ve dealt with Erin Koons. I would definitely buy another car from them. Jay in service was great. We recently bought a new truck at this dealership and most of the legwork was done by phone in advance. We live 1.5 hours away from the dealership. Jamie went out of his way to make our experience both informative and easy. Joanne in sales did a great job assisting me with my new Toyota Tacoma purchase. In this market, inventorys are very low and I had a specific color truck that I wanted. I called every Toyota dealership within a 3 hour radius and unfortunately the majority of them did not seem like they cared about my business. My car was recently totaled in an accident. My car rental was about to expire and I was in real crunch time. I went to several dealerships, made a ton of phone calls and did internet searches. Finally I had a great conversation with a gentleman named Jason at Koons Toyota in Westminster. He was so helpful and patient listening to me. He did not have the vehicle I was looking for but went the extra mile for me. He called another location and was able to arrange a swap and get my vehicle to Westminster. I was instructed to ask for Joey when I got to the dealership. Joey was incredibly helpful and SO nice. Westminster is not that close to me but Joey may have earned himself a lifetime customer.I will say, and this has nothing to do with Jason and Joey, but Koons joined many dealerships in up charging their customers since inventory is so low. Morally I have a problem with that but will say, their charge was as high as some others.

I bought a Toyota highlander 2011 in April and did not check out the heater because the weather then was hot. I found out the heater is not working 3months later and took it to heritage Toyota MD. I was told it has extensive damage that will cost above $3000 to fix. I asked the guys if it was possible that koons did not know of these extensive defect before putting the car for sale. The answer was No because they run a through check before selling a car to a customer and possibly that was why they put up the car for sale in hot season so that customers may not bother to check the heater. I feel l was defrauded and l advice prospective Koontz customers to be careful.

I was having trouble finding a salesperson who would work to find the vehicle I wanted and not just try to sell me something they had on their lot that I wasn’t interested in buying. All vehicles are hot right now, due to limited inventory, but Koons Westminster offered us a slightly better deal than closer dealers, and they had what we were looking for.On our first visit for my most recent purchase, another couple bought the car we were there to test drive, while we were test driving it! Jamie helped us find another Highlander that met our needs that was only a couple of weeks out from delivery.Service was great, especially that Jamie came in on his day off for us to pick up our new Highlander as soon as it came in. This is our second purchase from Koons Westminster Toyota, and neither time was there any question when I asked that the tacky dealer sticker NOT be applied.Our previous salesperson, Jason, was promoted to an Internet Sales manager. Both Jason and Jamie have been very helpful.

By far the worst customer service experience of my life. Had an appointment scheduled for 2 days, drove 2 hours to buy a vehicle. Was told the vehicle would be out front waiting and we should ask for Kyle. When we arrived the vehicle was gone and we were told someone was test driving it but they weren’t interested in buying it. They returned with the vehicle, stood there talking to the salesman. After some time we were told to give him 2 minutes, 30 minutes later still nobody has had the decency to give us an update, and the salesman Kyle had the other customer inside. Another salesman Came over and said i saw you standing here, I’m going to try to get a manager because someone should update you on what’s going on. I continue to stand there with no update, no manager, nothing. At this point we are 45 minutes past our appointment time. I walk to the desk and am told the guy at the desk was the manager. I explain my frustration, driving 2 hours, being told the car would be right back, being told “give me 2 minutes” and still nobody can give me an update. He says unfortunately it’s a first come first serve business. I understand, but if someone has an appointment someone should have the decency to at least give me a call and let me know or update me as i stand here. All the manager can say is unfortunately that’s the first come first serve policy. There was no apologetic demeanor, it was almost as if we owed them something. Ultimately we were given no answer, no apology, and now have wasted with our drive home with no vehicle, a total of 5 hours.

I went into the dealership already knowing what I wanted, but Dylan H. assisted in finding the vehicle I was interested in on the lot and allowing me to test drive it after going over some of the features and accessories it included. The purchase and trade in process went relatively smoothly, and I dont have any complaints. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Whether he works at Koons, or moves on to another dealership in the future. Seek this guy out!Even Steve in Finance was an absolute pleasure, and saying that about the Finance dept is rare for me! One last shout out to Brooks, for being a huge help with financing / rebate options.To be perfectly fair, the minus one star is for management, and their markup over MSRP on certain vehicles. Ryan, however, was able to retain me as a customer.

We bought our RAV4 Hybrid from Ryan Emge at Koons Toyota of Westminster a little over 3 weeks ago. I LOVE IT!!! I haven’t had to put gas in it yet, so that’s amazing. Over 500 miles and it’s not empty yet! It’s a smooth ride, and the backseat has plenty of room for my 2 grandsons who I drive to/from daycare and camp every day. Ryan was wonderful every step of the way, as was Josh in finance. We never felt pressured and that made the experience really pleasant! They worked with us and were able to meet all our needs. The worst dealership experience of my life. Spent nearly $42,000 on a brand new Tundra and nearly four months later I still have no tag. Emails & messages are not answered. Today I called and was put on hold until they closed. Avoid at all costs. I am considering legal action to correct the situation.

My anxiety about purchasing a new car had kept me from starting the process for months. I spoke with Brad on the phone and he asked great questions to find out what I needed. The next day I met with Rob Morris and he had the perfect car set up for a test drive. He answered all of my questions and really made the process so easy. Josh in finance continued to handle the transaction with calm and ease. When I picked up the car, Rob gave me a tutorial about the features of the car and assured me I could call if I needed further help. What a wonderful experience! Congratulations to this dealership!

Was not notified about valet return of my truck to my residence. Called service advisor for info 2 hours before shop closing time. He didn’t call me back. Got a ride from a friend to the dealership within 20 minutes of shop closing. This was a Saturday and I didn’t want to be without my truck for the weekend. The service advisor told me they were too busy and he couldn’t find time to connect with me. He handed me the key and I left. The truck was not courtesy-washed as they used to do at Carmax Laurel Toyota. Bad experience for a first exposure to Koons. BTW, and of equal importance, Jay was fabulous to work with last Thursday in arranging my appointment! I look forward to working with him in the future!

Koons Toyota of Westminster has made my experience so great for 2nd time now!! 8 years ago I bought my first Toyota at Koons of Westminster and they made the process smooth. Well they did it again when I just purchased my second Toyota but this time fully on my own! From the salesman Isiah, to the finance men Brooks and Cecil!! Jason and Mitch are extremely helpful and professional in my recent purchase of a Toyota RAV4 TRD Off Road! I live in California and was looking for specific packages and color of this model, and this is the only match nationwide at the time of my search in mid May. I called Jason and he was able to explain to me clearly about the timeline, process, and expectations (the car was not manufactured at that time). Then in early July he got back to me to secure the car for me when it was delivered, and the price was honest and fair. Then Mitch worked with me for all the paperwork for purchasing; the communication went smoothly even with 3 hours of time zone difference. Lastly he prepared the car for transportation across the nation (I contacted a transportation company on my own), and the car has arrived in perfect condition a few days ago. I was very grateful for all the help from Jason, Mitch, and other staff in Koons Westminster Toyota.

I was purchasing a new truck, They are very welcoming here. The Sales team greeted us upon entering the parking lot. James Lammey was very our sales specialist. He was very helpful and upfront about our concerns and items on the truck we were looking for. Great place to go if your looking for a new vehicle.

Mary Ann was exceptional in helping us locate the vehicle we wanted within a week of our visit. Other dealerships had told us it would be months. In addition immediately after our purchase my husband sustained a severe injury. Mary Ann had our vehicle delivered to us, transferred our tags and made sure we had everything we needed. She definitely went well above and beyond to help us. We would highly recommend both Mary Ann and Koons Westminster to anyone is need of a new vehicle.

Ryan Emge is the man with the plan…he knew absolutely anything and everything about our 2021 4Runner Limited that my fiancé and I bought.
