Get a pre purchase inspection before buying a vehicle from ANYONE. And make sure you make a checklist and look over it yourself. So everyone complaining about buying a car with frame damage, your fault.I bought a 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. Good deal, everything went nice and smooth. They were very respectful.Good, family owned business.

Really straightforward process to purchase my car, used my own bank loan with no issues. They allowed my mechanic to come in and give the car a good lookover. Did have some issues with the condition of the tires and although they offered to have the car tires rotated and aligned, I just wasnt comfortable using their mechanic. Regardless, car runs well and they sold it at a good price. They also offered me snacks and a drink while I waited around for my mechanic, which was really nice!

Hi Auto is the best!!!! Don is wonderful!!!I looked at several dealerships before going to Hi Auto. I ended up walking out of all of them, disgusted with the scam and shady approach the salesmen had. One added $2000 of add-ons to a used car without my wanting them! And refused to take them off the bill!!Don at Hi Auto was completely straight forward. No scams. No hidden fees. Detailed the car before I drove off the lot. I called the next day and told him my alignment was off. He scheduled an appointment to get it corrected immediately!I WILL BUY ALL MY CARS HERE FOREVER!Wonderful experience!!

The car I wanted was already a rare find and a high price. This place had what I wanted and more for an amazing deal! Very nice people who didnt want to give me the run around. They have lots cars to sell on a small lot and would love to sell you one as quick as possible. If youre looking for a good deal on a Japanese car, then this is the right place. The only issue I had with them is that they didnt fill up my gas tank before I left. I went back the next day to ask them to fill up my tank and all they offered was a $20 gift card, thats why 4 stars and not 5.

This is not a conventional dealership with the free popcorn and balloons used to promote sales. It is a very low key and almost inconspicable dealership with staff that get along like family. The sales team were very patient as I asked a lot of questions and the finance representative was extremely efficient and work smoothly with my Credit Union. The collection of automobiles are typically high end reliable cars. Because they are small, probably can afford to price cars reasonably, unlike the mega dealerships.Dont be discouraged by the lack of parking on the lot. Worth parking around the corner and walking a few feet. You will see nice cars.

Bought a used 2017 Lexus from them - transaction was easy, and they were willing to assist me in getting a spare key at no extra cost since it didnt come with one. Car was in great condition, and price was VERY reasonable. We have purchased a few different cars from them and would definitely use them again.

Purchased a 2015 Lexus in April 2018. Sale seemed to go smoothly and I was happy with my purchase since I bought the car that I have always wanted. Well, last week, I went to a dealer to purchase a new vehicle and wanted to trade in my Lexus only to find out from the dealer, who obtained the Carfax on my car, that it had been involved in an accident! This information was NEVER disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle and now I am screwed because no dealer will trade my car in and I was basically told that my car is worthless! I now have to privately sell my car and take a HUGE loss. DO NOT buy from this dealer! They are deceitful and unprofessional! It is also listed on the Carfax that Hi Auto Sales was notified of the accident when they bought the vehicle, so they can not claim there were not aware of this accident. DO NOT BUY from here. And if you do, ask for a Carfax!!!

I was skeptical about them after I have read their negative reviews on goggle. By that time I already have visited their shop and found a car that I really really like there. They help sent the car to the Lexus dealership to have a pre purchase inspection done. But these negative reviews really effected me that I felt like I can not trust them. Before the inspection came back everything is good, I have already changed my mind during the time for a new car. My take on the guys at Hi Auto is that they might seem a little standoffish probably is a cultural thing. Or, they have dealt with a lot of people who are not serious about buying a car just want to test drive. Whatever the reason will be, I am here to say that i think these are honest folks.

Went in to view a 2016 Scion Tc Release Series. Car was over market price and had damage. When I asked for them to repair or lower the price due to damage, the seller simply said that no one pays attention to those details. The rear bumper attachment hooks were snapped and bumper was hanging an inch down. From bumper lip was broken and all they said was that no one looks under there. Our intentions were to buy the car either way and work with them but then they pulled out a mandatory GAP insurance. That is when we walked out because they were providing false statements by saying it was a law and required for every purchase. That is just a bait for them to get an extra 500. Anyways, disappointing.

Dealer was very quick to respond to my inquiry. The car appeared just as good in person as it did in the pictures and I was able to test drive it. I was very happy with my purchase! Chris Bui was very friendly and accommodating and straight with me. I definitely learned a lot from the process and would recommend them to my friends and family.

My family member bought a Toyota 2012 there and they informed us that it was a clean title and everything was fine. After 2 months we took to a local mechanic and found out that it has structure damage. The job to mask the structure damage was done poorly with zip tide. On the surface we do not see anything wrong but with proper inspection we were shocked. Thank You HI Auto Sale Scamming us for 11k For STRUCTURE DAMAGE car.

Shady place to buy used car. Purchased a used Lexus is250 a few days later I was having issues with it. I called Christopher the guy who sold me the car and said that was not his problem told him I havent had a week with it an the ac condenser doesnt work electrical wiring with turn signals also and bad rotors. I should of brought a mechanic with me before purchase. Car has 84,440 miles and didnt think it was in this shape

Told me the car was clean very low mileage low price but didnt tell me the car was in a major accident and had frame damage what a rip off. I did my research car fax and it showed up. I found a great car at this dealership at a price that would be hard to beat, 04 Toyota Highlander. I was quite cautious given the negative reviews, but my car checked out at a local mechanic and I purchased the same day. I had one issue with the car a few weeks later and the dealership sent me a check for half the cost of repairs (bad sensor). Overall, I have been well taken care of and came away quite pleased with my buying experience. We love our new car.

I recently purchased a Lexus ES350 from Hi Auto Sales and it was the best car buying experience Ive had to date. Chris, was extremely great to work with. There was no pressure, no hassle, and he was very informative and honest. He gave me the history of the car. I went to several other car lots after Hi Auto Sales and returned to purchase the car, based on price and customer service. Chris got a lower than expected interest rate and even got the 2nd key fob for me days after the transaction was done. I drove from San Diego and will shop here again, as well as refer friends there. I was shopping for a car and stopped by to look at a Prius that I was interested in. Chris is a great sales guy, honest, friendly and straight forward. He let me take the car to the Toyota dealership for a complete inspection before buying, and they confirmed that the car was in great condition as advertised, with no alterations or hidden repairs. I am still shopping and havent decided yet on which car Ill be buying, but dont pass on this dealership.

They dont tell you that the cars had accidents and when I asked he told me all the cars here had accidents but clean title and if you want something with no accident go to the certified dealer.

Had my identity stolen from this place. They check my credit report and shortly after that I suddenly got charged from 3 different credit check company. Call up all the credit check company and found out there are 3 account setup for each of the credit check company. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want your identity stolen. Beware of this place.

We walked inside the very small office and I proceeded to give them my DL. They asked me if I would be trading in a car, and I responded yes. At that point I was told it would be a very lengthy process. I was then told that my trade in would have to be with me in order to take the GS for a test drive? I have bought seven cars over the years and never once was required to bring my trade in just to test drive a car.While this was all happening, a woman walks over and hands me the price quote sheet from online. The price matched what I originally said. When I pointed that out to the SA, he said, yes thats correct. Ok, Im confused, ten minutes earlier you quoted me a different price...At this point, my wife and I looked at each other and proceeded to walk out the door. Never were we even asked why we were unhappy.I will not be back and I would advise others to shop elsewhere. I should have read the other poor reviews and saved ourselves the time.

I live far enough away I am not going to drive up there without more information on the vehicle I was looking at so I emailed asking for Carfax. Response was short, I was directed to website to obtain Carfax. Its not free. Dealers who think you should pay to get a Carfax are absurd. Not wasting my time, I know what the overall buying experience will be just from the two correspondences Ive had so far. Pass.
