The lights on my Jeep Sahara stopped working. After an assessment that a computer was bad, the $1500 repair lasted only as long as it took to get home. I live 8 miles away and although Im lighter in the pocket, Im no closer to having the Jeep repaired.

Meh service. Nothing great. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning. Left it there all day. Dealership never contacted me. I had to call 3 times the next day to find out I needed an engine coolant temperature sensor and that the part would not be in until the following day. They did have it fixed by about lunch time on day 3. Would have been nice to been contacted day 1 and told by an employee that this was going to be a 3 day affair and perhaps offered a courtesy vehicle as mine was repaired under warranty.

I contacted this place about a vehicle I saw online. The salesman, Dave, contacted me immediately and was helpful. We discussed me driving three hours to see a vehicle that I was really interested in and I wanted to begin to negotiate a price before I drove that far. She did not try to persuade me into a specific vehicle. I didnt experience any pressure to buy. She understood the situation that I was presented with and assisted me to the highest degree. In todays environment with the shortage of vehicles, and dealerships pretty much setting the price to whatever they want, the staff at Lens was amazing. Never once did I feel like I was being taking advantage of and they made me such a great offer on a 2021 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, I bought it over the phone. Plus they delivered the jeep to me on Memorial Day (2.5 hours away). Other dealers couldnt believe the deal. Take it from me, call this dealership first (save time, money and hassle).
Easy check in . Used night drop. Hanna was informative as to what my cost would be and if it was under warranty she would let me know. Kept me in the loop as status of work and in formed me warranty covered fix. Also let me know there were open recalls on vehicle and she could also repair while in shop. I have worked for dealerships as mechanic and this experience was excellent service in my eyes.
Very pleased with this buying experience. Good selection of vehicles on the lot and easy to take a test drive. The paperwork and financing took less time than I expected. Total time at the dealership, including 2 test drives and lot browsing, was approximately 2.5 hours.

I traded in a 2018 Tundra Sr5 for a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited and I am beyond happy with this trade! This Ram rides much better and looks far better inside and out than the other options. I almost bought a F150 Platinum with Limited trim upgrades but as soon as the salesman Jake pulled up in my truck I heard angels singing and knew this was what I wanted. I was worried that the 2020 would not be incentivised like the 2019s but Jake and his manager made the numbers on a limited 2020 beat the 2019 Denali and 2019 F150 Platinum with additional upgrades that I was looking at. They all had the same MSRP values roughly but I guess other dealers or manufacturers have a different sales model...? The only cheaper vehicle I considered was a newer Tundra because I wanted some upgrades form my 2018 Tundra but the Rams blows all the competition away! I use my truck mostly as a daily driver with some hauling every couple weeks or so. This has better gas mileage than other gas v8s and still has the power. The start stop tech is much smoother than the Ford and easily turned off in the Ram. I have not found a reason to turn it off yet. I cant say enough about how happy I am with the truck and the experience at this dealership was THE BEST I have had out of the 4 dealerships I had been working with. Ram has not cut any corners with these trucks and the dependability ratings on all the major truck manufacturers are good so really it comes down to getting what you like and these trucks are incredible!

Didnt spend a large amount of time here but did walk away with one fine vehicle. This dealership wouldnt release the exact vehicle I wanted to another dealer, so I had to drive 2 hours to pick it up myself. At least I know where all but 30 miles came from on it. The people were great to deal with and the staff were friendly. The location is pretty small and tough to get in and out of. If I had to deal with this place again, I definitely would.

Customer service was outstanding. I was met with an understanding that I had an appointment, my paperwork was there, they understood the Recall details and offered me a second recall too. Communication was thorough, vehicle was left clean and service rep was professional and 100 percent courteous.This was exact opposite of what Ive experienced in the past at my original dealer service area in Owings Mills Heritage.
My experience with salesman Derrell Turpin was pleasant. Hewas very patient and full of positive energy. My issue is with the business office. For eight months (Since 8/28/2020 the date I signed the finance contract) Ive been trying to cancel the extended warranties and GAP insurance and have my money refunded to me. The total for warranties and GAP debt cancellation is $2,934.00.Diane Morley, business manager, processed a partial refund of $2,056.34. Which is unacceptable. I have saved a voicemail message left by the dealership manager stating the fees for the warranties and GAP insurance would be full refunded However, this has not be the case. Diane Morley who is also a real estate agent is unresponsive to my calls and emails. HEY LEN, IF YOU ARE READING THIS, CAN YOU ASSIST ME?

They’re super nice to deal with. Hannah particularly handled most of the communications, but all the staff are really nice and easy to work with. Everyone in the service dept really wanted to help and were really courteous. I was picking up my vehicle at 558 (2 minutes before they close) and they were all really nice. They even offered to pull my vehicle up and said “Thank you”. They did what they said they would and it even came in a little less then the quote.

Ive been taking my 2017 Jeep Cherokee to this location for service for the past year and I cannot say enough good things about them! I thought the dealership would be more expensive but Ive found that they are equivalent if not cheaper than other generic service locations. They are very efficient and provide great service each time. In particular Hannah in the service department is EXCELLENT. She obviously knows her stuff, is super friendly, great at communicating and gets you in and out quickly!

Picked up our new 2020 Chrysler Pacifica after a few short days of haggling over the phone. It was ready when we arrived, although the paperwork took longer than we would have liked, and they didn’t tell us about one document we needed to bring along. The salesperson was nice and very competent. The price was fair, and they made sure we knew the essentials before leaving.

Purchasing a vehicle from Len Stoler Jeep was a positive experience. They earned a solid 4 stars. We drove over 200 miles to their dealership because they had the vehicle we wanted. The purchase was smooth and the salesman was knowledgeable. There was room for improvement with the finance department. Given that wed gotten pre-approved by our lender and had our deal sorted out online before we got there, I was disappointed that it took 3 hours to seal the deal. I also think were missing a bag for the back window. But overall, it was a positive experience and we were all smiles on the way home.

I scheduled a service reservation online to have the oil changed and the 60k mile service performed on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. I received a confirmation onscreen and also to my email account. When I went to the dealership service department on the date and time of my reservation for service, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because there was not enough time to perform the work on my vehicle at the scheduled, confirmed time. I was told that there was an attempt to contact me to inform me of the cancellation the day before my appointment was scheduled. I left disappointed and a little angry. Upon arriving home I looked for any notification from this dealership and did find an email message informing me of the reservation cancellation sent the day before my appointment. I didnt see it. I see this as a feeble attempt at customer service. My phone number was on the reservation. I will never use the online reservation system again and will probably never use this dealership for service again.
I reside in North Carolina, I drove 5 and half hours to Purchase a 2020 Dodge Charge ScatPack Widebody Dec 5, 2020 as a birthday gift to myself. Unfortunately On my way to work on Jan 1 New Years night while it was raining heavily I hydroplaned off the road and totaled my vehicle. Keep in Mind it’s almost 30 days and I haven’t received my official tags and the title hasn’t been send submitted to the DMV or sent to my lien holder. I contact Len Stoler to find out they sold me a vehicle that they did not have the title to. So I’m turn my insurance company could not draft a check to my lien holder in regards to paying off my loan. Finally after another 30 days the title finally populates and now I can het the loan paid off but being that it took so long my open loan has accumulated more interest. Which in turn cause me to my more to cover the rest of the loan.Second what I find awkward is that for the substantial amount of damage the vehicle received in the accident and it being a brand new vehicle with only 6k miles at purchase my air bags did not deploy on the drive side.....I am not writing this review out of anger or hatred....I’m writing this review to tell my truth and experience as a customer who feels like this entire situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally.....especially when it came to communicating with this dealership.....

Good luck getting a car for the price they advertise online. Unless you qualify for a dozen rebates you will not even get within 5k of the listed online price. We were also told a truck was in stock, and that we would be coming the next day. Everything was all good on the first phone call, the sales associate Don even made a snarky remark at the end of the call asking Whats my name? He knew we were coming in the next day for the truck and magically its sold overnight? No call to even advise us it was gone. This is simply a ploy to get people in the door. Not very smart when were coming 2 hours away. Horrible business practices, stay very far away!

We brought our granddaughter to Len Stoler in Westminster, MD to look at trucks. This would be her first truck, and as a farm-girl with horses, needing to carry feed, hay, etc., this was an important purchase, which was also her first brand new vehicle. She was nervous. Tom was very patient and kind with my granddaughter, and he kept telling her how important it was for her to find something that “she” really liked. He did not push her; he was not pushing a sale, but he was more so like a caring parent, answering her questions and offering her information to help her make her own decision. Talking to Tom was like talking to family. We were comfortable, and we felt we could trust him throughout the process.And then there was Ray, the manager, who by the time we were ready to leave was affectionately, “Uncle Ray” to my granddaughters! Ray made our visit so much fun. He realized how stressful choosing a truck was for my granddaughter, and he made it a point to check in with us every so often to lighten her mood - from joking around to offering really good sound advice. Ray was so good and earnest with us that I cannot imagine any of us going anywhere else with our future car or truck needs. We will definitely recommend Len Stoler as not only a professional dealership, but as quite friendly and sincere. Made and appointment for service using their online scheduling portal. Set and received two confirmations for the appointment then two day later I get an email saying that day was completely full could I bring the jeep in 9 days later. Id give zero stars if I could
I bought my first car today and Christopher Michael was AMAZING!!! He spent his ENTIRE day with my family and I and he was so patient and so kind. I will never buy another car from someone else! I actually asked him for a dozen business cards because I am literally going to pass them out to my friends he was THAT great. Go see him!
