The store was extremely clean. The employees were helpful. I was looking for something specific which they did not have but I was suggested a few other items that I got instead. I like that they have a variety of quality items. The only thing that I would change about the entire store is the width of the Isles. For people who are in a bariatric wheelchair it is complicated to navigate the store. The bathroom was clean also and was easy to get in and out of. One thing I really appreciated was that both of the doors swing open and theres no bar in the middle. I find it extremely hard to get into a lot of other stores because theres a bar in the middle of the doorway and Im in a bariatric wheelchair so I move very slowly and often are people behind me waiting to get in or out of somewhere. Also I could add that at the checkout The employees were extremely helpful.

The name is Five Below, not the prices I think the max is $10 and below, in case you didnt know that. Its a nice store has some art supplies, kids clothes, makeup, seems great for kids & adults some exercise equipment, mats, steppers, weights just a lot of little cool gadgets. Clean & friendly service.

This store is amazing! Really cute room decor and unique vintage candy and Asian snacks. Endless phone cases, USB cords, chargers, headphones, and accessories. They also had bottle of Clorox bleach, spray and different kinds of hand sanitizers.Staff was disinfecting each self checkout register after every customer and very friendly. Highly recommend!

This store is not right around the corner from me and I have made several attempts to shop there with my daughter. They never have the selection that we hope for have seen on tik tok and have seen at other stores we have been too. A huge disappointment because we love love love love five below but not this location.

Fun store and very easy to be in and out

Today I came into this store for the very first time and was absolutely disappointed I was at the check out and a older man came up didnt know how to use the self check out and the supposed manager that was literally just standing there got mad at this elderly man bcuz he had to do his job and help his guest!! smh it was very disappointing store was actually really nice... our elders deserve the help and respect definitely wasnt gonna kill the dude to ring up one item and to act that way in front of other customers yea not very cool... thank God I dont have to come back to this location ever again..

Friendly, greeted when you walk in and clean store. Fun lil store to shop for a variety of things. Great for little kids spending birthday money. IMO

Today I bought 3 of the giant yard pong game set, I was really anxious to open them until I actually tried to separate them. It took almost 3 hours and completely breaking one to finally get them all separated. My fingers are bruised and burning. This has been my worst experience so far from anything Ive bought here.

Nothing really stood out as being really nice or really bad. All in all, a good visit.

Handling covid really well by limiting capacity and ensuring proper mask wearing. They also have a deal where you can get a bag of 10 little candies for only $1! Cute store, great place for kids. Would come again.

Its a new store to the area and is busy. Its clean and easy to social distance. The inventory is small but the candy choices are great.

First time in a Five below. Store was very bare. I was bummed. Not sure about the hype. Maybe it was this location.

I was expecting more of a selection of items considering the size of the space, and the area from which it is located. I was disappointed in how little they had. Its really not worth switching from the dollar tree.

Its pretty great! But definitely not the same store that they have on the east coast. Those stores had night club lighting, fun music, etc. But this store has some of the same great merchandise (though not all. Youll need to go online for the full selection.) The staff is pretty friendly too.

Ive been meaning to come to this store and I happened to stumble upon it today (I dont live in the area) I was IN LOVE! Its such a cute, fun little store. Reminds me of a dollar tree mixed with walmart and Ross. I got some cute items for my apartment and 2 clothing items for only 31.00! I will definitely be back soon!

Awesome store, great for little gifts, but our experience a few minutes ago was not stellar. Let’s start with the screaming music, then add getting screamed at “welcome to five below” upon entry, then the screaming manager screaming at the employees to scream at people as they walk in the door. First, less screaming would be great, and second if this young girl is the manager, she could use some training on how to treat people. Screaming at the staff in front of all the consumers while clapping her hands is just tacky, unprofessional, and rude. The only thing we walked out talking about was her inappropriate behavior.

Store was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. There is a pretty big selection of items. I did not give it 5 stars simply because 2 items were faulty that I purchased, but there was no problem with returning them.

They are really nice people. They greet you at the door. It made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be returning.

What a cool store has a lot of different things.

Great place to find Christmas presents. But the music is very loud you cant hear your self. They need to turn it down a little.

It was a pleasant experience for my first time in this store. As soon as I got to the door I was stopped as they had reached max capacity due to social distancing. I didnt wait long as people seem to go in as fast as people leave. There is plenty to look at with reasonable pricing on many items. I was only able to look at a few as I felt a bit cramped even with a limit on how many are allowed in the store. Found a few knick knacks and made my way up to the register. I was surprised by the fact that the majority of were self-checkout machines. Other then that it was an overall good trip. If you have time be sure to drop in and see if anything catches your fancy.

There are A FEW good buys, however when you consider that its a self check out, store; prices arent that reasonable. I saw Jelly Belly jelly beans, a 3.5 oz. bag, is $2.50! A large 3 lb. container is $10 at Costco. All items are supposed to be $5 and less, however I saw a sanitizer for electronic devices, priced $10. I wont be going back anytime soon or later.

Great gifts for anyone

Like much of retail after the holidays in 2020/21 this place is just really picked over. I think retailers as a whole were decidedly unprepared for this holiday season because they had no idea what to expect.

Limiting the number of people in the store and social distancing encouraged.I would like to note that I’ve been here twice since it opened (like three days ago? Lol) but I made a return the second time and ended up spending even more 😩

Its novel, got a pair of gloves that were of poor quality. For those old enough yo remember, its kind of like the Everythings A Dollar! store at The old Westminster and Buckingham Mall.

The store is great! but are they following proper covid procedures? absolutely not. when i entered the store, it was like walking through a crowd lol. some people were walking around with their masks not even on, while others had their masks covering mouth only. the staff was doing nothing and the ventilation wasn’t good either. they should probably be monitoring how many people are entering their store. anyways, just be careful- covid isn’t a hoax, you need to wear a mask to protect others.
