Great service and super nice staff. The new layout and the super limited inventory however, are so far from what they used to be. Makes me not want to go back.

Didnt have the exact Halloween Opaque Tights in the colors I REALLY wanted.But otherwise its a great store to shop at.Too scary when it comes to certain costumes, almost had a panic attack going down certain aisles because of that.

In visiting 92nd / Sheridan in Westminster, CO, It has been very disappointing because of how much they have reduced their inventory. What percentage would they admit to if asked. Previously you would not walk away without purchasing something and almost always meeting the need that took you there. Recently 2 out of 2 visits my need was not met....DISAPPOINTING!!!

The staff was so helpful . Any question we had was politely answered, and they showed us to the product. That being said the entire staff was so helpful when the moving door closed and knocked my handicapped husband to the floor. In turning around to help my husband I fell too. The staff came running to make sure we were ok and helped us up and then to our car, constantly making sure we were ok. Thank you so much to your staff for being so helpful.

I spent about an hour and a half in party city tonight mainly because the people were so helpful and so determined that I was going to find exactly what I was looking for. Several people asked me in a very polite and kind fashion if I was getting enough assistance if I need help finding anything but not in an obtrusive disingenuous sort of way but in a superduper helpful fantastic way. There were several people who provided notable customer service and helped me find items for two different occasions one related to Halloween and one related to another event that is costumed. They had a ton of fun and original Halloween stuff that I haven’t seen other places which really surprised me. This is maybe the second or third time I’ve ever been into a party city and I underestimated the offerings and fantastic things I would find. I have to say that the stuff was above average way way above average and how kind and polite and helpful they were. A woman I believe to be the manager was also exceptional focused and kind and made sure that I had a great experience. Thanks party city you surprised me!

I ordered 24 balloons in white and gold with a wedding mylar to be picked up right before the event, only to find BLACK ribbon on all of the balloons. I was told they were out of white and had no neutral colors. I was not notified of the modification as I would not have approved it. The balloons look like graduation balloons at best. I do not have time to redo the ribbons, so rather than ruin the rest of the decor, I am not using them and am out $50.00. Incredibly disappointed and will go with a higher end, more tasteful party establishment in the future. Thanks for nothing.

They spaced the shelves out far to pretend they have more merchandise than they do.We wandered the entire store and they took out all the things we went there for: costumes, themed party supplies - there was 25% of what they used to have-fun party toys. It was just paper table goods and table decorations, balloons and way over priced candy. Wont go back. So sad.

Hadnt been to this new set up at this particular store. Much cleaner and not cluttered and everything runs smoother thanks to having a separate balloon center and not behind the cash registers anymore.

Trying to order balloons for my sons birthday online. The date I need is open to choose, but there are no times to select for pick-up. Other days have this available and I would be able to proceed with my order. In calling the store to make a phone order, I was told I needed to either order online or come into the store to place the order...That is the worst customer service I have heard of. During COVID, employees arent competent enough to take product numbers over the phone and take an order? Going to another company to get this done. What a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had the worst experience with party city and i will never go back. I had bought all of my daughters birthday decorations online thinking it would be faster and of course they dont put my apartment number on the label and then tell me it will take two days to ship. When I have repeatedly told them her birthday was tomorrow and even though I cant have a party for her I would at least like to decorate. So much for that. I then went into the store on 92nd and Sheridan where they wanted to charge me again for the same balloons I already purchased and paid over 50 dollars for I just told her no and paid for whatever decorations I could find and left. This is the worst experience Ive ever had and horrible customer service over the phone and in store.

Horrible customer service. Shelves not fully stocked. When my son asked if they had any additional items stocked in the back they said if its not out there then we probablly dont have it and didnt even bother to check their over stock. Looks like Amazon is getting the money I planned on spending here.

Whats a Party City to give my daughter a number balloon. Theyre trying to close the store 5 minutes before the closing time. They had to open the door for me I told him I just need a one item they told me they were out of helium and that they would sell me the balloon but wouldnt feel it up for me I will have to take it to another Party City poor customer service I would even shop at this location anymore

Staff was really helpful in my party planning and get our balloons ready in time.

Maybe Im just unlucky. The parking spaces here are so tight! Expect door dings. Mant potholes. While there is a wheelchair accessible ramp at the front doors, once I stepped inside there were boxes of clearance items on the floor and displays that made maneuvering inside difficult. There is a wall boasting available costumes but only photos. I have never found a single employee except at the register. Im a Mom so those last minute kid trips are always what Im about. Needed cat ears for a school play in February, nope. Many trips and Ive never found what Im looking for except food coloring or cups and plates. Theres no visible bathroom or fitting room. Ill only go for balloons from now on. Which, I should ads, i spent the extra money on the long lasting junk and my dollar tree balloons outlived these by 2 weeks.

The cashier that helped us couldn’t find what we were looking for (plastic wristbands) and continued giving us paper ones. Then she finally called her manager up who told her where they were (which was fine). She finally found the package of wristbands and grabbed them, and before handing them to me SHE OPENED THE PLASTIC WRAPPING AROUND THE BOX. Not only was it unnecessary, but completely unsanitary, as her hair got into the package. Our wristbands are being used for special needs students, and it’s ridiculous that the cashier opened our package, when you could clearly tell that there were 250 red plastic wristbands. She was very rude and idiotic if you ask me. I will never go to this party city again because of her.

Best location for party supplies. They had an abundance of everything even tho I walked in being unsure what to get... huge line but they cleared it out FAST

Cashier reluctantly had to tell me that it is $1.75 PER BALLOON to get the 15 pack of latex balloons I had picked out. I’ve never had any other party city charge to fill balloons. When I asked him why, he basicallly said I don’t know it’s just our store policy. I didn’t end up purchasing them due to this... really disappointing.

I went to party city, picked out and paid for my sons first birthday balloons. They were suppose to be ready by 10:30am the next morning. Went to pick them up and they couldnt even find my name or number I gave them for the order. Finally they found it, my name and number were both wrote down wrong. I waited for about a half hour while they filled my order, i got home and realized i was missing all of the dory balloons i had purchased. I had to call them to fill up the balloons they forgot and go all of the way back to get them. People were starting to show up to the party and i had to leave again. Needless to say, the balloons didnt even hold up for 24 hours. After paying $70+ for balloons, i expected better service. I will NOT be going back. What a waste!

This location is run on a bare bones crew, if you need help finding something you may end up waiting line to ask.. however once the staff can get to you they are extremely helpful. They are plagued by slow registers.

To be honest this location had no candy stocked and I was told to go to other party city & same issue. Both stores told me to call and see what was available and when I did they said they had no idea when their shipment would come in.

This place needs a morale boost. The employees come across rude. The facial expressions and tone are a huge turn away and they have probably about half the balloons shown are available. Im very disappointed. The only thing that was remotely good was the products (other than the balloons) Employees were gone which made some things like banners unavailable.

This place is a joke and so are the employes!! Went to get a pinata for my kids birthday which online said they had 4 of them at that location, when i arrived to pick up the pinata, non were on the shelf, so i tried to find a employee to help..... good luck!! Went to front desk cause that was the only place to find anyone and asked about the pinata and showed them that they had 4 in stock, and she told me that the count isnt always right and they didnt have any, without even looking or doing their job, i ask her what if i had purchased it online and came to pick it up and she said that they would have sent me to another store on the other side of town not knowing if they have one in stock!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY AND CANT DO A SIMPLE JOB, LOOK AT YOU AS YOU ARE WASTING THEIR TIME!! This is supposed to be a place to go purchase items for a PARTY, SUPPOSED TO BE A HAPPY TIME!!! Not a complete disappointment!! I understand that products do run out and are not always available, but to have them not even try to help someone is completely disrespectful!! Just remember that everyone that walks through your door pays for your paycheck!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!

Ive given this place a chance but this is my third consecutive experience of unfriendly and not helpful staff. Today, I was the only one in line and neither of the 3 women behind the counter acknowledged me. Then after I politely asked them if I could ask them a question they just stared at me saying nothing. I proceeded to ask if they did gender reveal confetti balloons. Their response was I could buy and fill a balloon with confetti and they would fill it with helium. I told them I would prefer not to know the gender as it was a surprise for friend and could they do the confetti for me. They said no and continued back to what they were doing with no other suggestions or care in the world. As I was leaving one of the employees told another employee that she would never let her daughter do a gender reveal like that. Wow, at least save it until Im out the door. Very rude.I called King Soopers, explained my situation and the lady on the other line was so helpful. She hadnt done the confetti gender reveal balloons before but told me she was willing to try and would love to help. Im done with Party City. My other two experiences with them involved terrible customer service with employees who arent willing to help and dont seem to care. Just my two cents.Btw my friend went to the party city in Superior who said they would do the gender reveal balloons (filling them themselves) and were super helpful. I would recommend that location instead.

Good place for party decorations and costumes. Last year, they were about $5 cheaper than Spirit for any given costume, but this year they were the same.

Called and asked specific questions about graduation decorations for a specific school and was told they have them but when I went none to be had. Went ahead and bought a few items and had to stand in line forever because they only had one cashier. Not impressed
