Sometimes its so nice to be able to see books and read covers before deciding which to buy, instead of looking online. This bookstore has great staff recommendations in the front, lots of sales, and nice staff were around to help find books. Highly recommended for a fun and surprisingly stress-free shopping experience

Had the best shopping experience! So much awesome cool stuff on sale. Store is clean and easy to navigate through. Made it through the line quickly! No plastic bags which kind of sucked because I bought so much but hey saved a tree today!

It has been years since I even had gone into a book store. I was impressed with there selections and the way it was layed out. Nice big bold signs identifying there sections.

Nice store, but when my son found two books for our nieces, despite both being marked as “buy one get one half off”, the manager said they would not honor their offer because the books were on different shelves. No where was that published, and the total discount for these two paperbacks would have been $3-4, so I’m unclear why the manager would not do the right thing and honor the advertised price. It seems exceptionally foolhardy to risk alienating a customer when bookstores are struggling to survive.

Still one of our favorite book stores. My mom took me here for midnight releases of our favorite series and now Im taking my kids.

Limited selection of classics and famous authors. Helpful staff and easy to find items. Books will ALWAYS be in fashion.

Good book store with a pretty decent selection of books. Nice, helpful staff is always a plus. There is a large children book and toy section. The science section is pretty small, same with gardening. The history sections are pretty filled out. There is a coffee shop attached to the store. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

I came to find a bullet journal but they rearranged their store so it was tough to find them all in one place. Other than that the girl at the front was very nice and went out of her way to show where a Anatomy book was for my fiance since she was also studying the same subject! Everyone there was really welcoming and offered their services as well!

Renewal service from my B&N member card was canceled three years ago. Today my bank account was charged from B&N. I used to go to this branch or the one on Boulder. So, there is probably a thief manager who managed to get my bank card info from three years ago and charged it without my consent, either from here or from Boulder.

Almost always have what Im looking for. Wish they price matched. Have not met a rude worker here to date.

They need to bring prices down. I know they have to survive but really their half of of new hardcovers is still around $20.bucks. remember you get more sales when you lower prices then the few at higher which pads that bottom line better you keep people reading a real book in hand a great escape during these Crazy times.

Good book selection, but nothing to drink for the guests. Water fountain turned off and Starbucks gone, they could have bottles of water to give to you.

I have been going to this Barnes and Noble since I was a kid. It has always been a great location. Lost track of time in the music section looking through their vinyls. Great place!

Although sad to see my favorite local bookstore with about half the stock it used to have (thanks, internet buying), theres just something about going into a bookstore and feeling fresh pages between your fingers. Paris was a great help, and gave some awesome recommendations for my young adult who is learning how books can transport you to another place and time. Do your local book store a favor, go and buy a paper or hardback!

I went there tonight to find just one book and ended up walking out with four because of how excellent the staff is here. Every single staff member talked to me, showed me new releases, deals on the books, all that jazz. They were so friendly and interested in what I was interested in. It was an exemplary experience. Kudos to this staff for their marvelous attitudes during this hard time. Thank you!

They like to boast about there expanded vinyl selection...yeah, right. Staff is friendly, but its becoming obvious some of these places are taking a hit.

Love this place. Great deal for membership that gives you discounts on all purchases. Employees are there if you need help but they dont stalk you while you hunt for the perfect read which makes it relaxing.

There was only one copy of a book left in store and the associate worked tirelessly to help me find it. Amazing service

Awful experience. Very bad customer service and extremely rude people. I was looking for a specific item on March 4th. They said they had it in the back but had a hold on it until March 12th. They didnt ask for my contact information and were very rude. My wife came in on the 12th looking for the item. They made it seem like I was a liar and they never talked to me. They were very rude to my wife. Barb the manager on duty should not have a position there. She was extremely rude to both of us for both interactions. Barb you are awful at your job and need to be retrained.

Its a good store its always great to go in there. Its interesting how theyre reorganizing it now that the local store managers have more say in how the store is start with books and laid out.

I dont often find myself in bookstores, especially these days of covid, nowadays, since most of the independent book stores ran out of business, lost to Amazon or other online Outlets, but I enjoyed this location for sure. It had a cool David Bowie puzzle that I could not live without.

So they’ve got bogo 50% off stickers on kid’s books, i go up to the register and the manager won’t give me the discount because she claims the bogo doesn’t apply to these specific items. Well and good, albeit confusing given the stickers are the exact same and they’re like items. I pay full price and the manager scratches the sticker as if i’d swapped the sticker on from another book. It’s really terrible practice to hold up a customer for ten minutes to prevent a $3 loss, only to then act as though the customer is a thief.

Went to buy pokemon cards and get told I can only buy two per person witch I did to find out the dude behind was able to clean then out and there was at least twenty more packs.So in conclusion Had horrible service, was lied too and they did nothing about the situation in my opinion whoever brought all the card up to be purchased should get written up and obviously does know there own store rules

I love all the selections of books especially their marked down books right in front. I like all the accessories but they can be pricey. Last month i purchased a Nook tablet and the customer service was wonderful. I could spend hours at Barnes & Noble. Great place to relax, get some coffee And read a book.

Had what I wanted.

They had all the books I wanted and then some, however due to the prices I wasnt able to purchase them, they actually were priced higher than even their online store, where I could get a coupon code to make them lower cost even. Can you please start giving a coupon thats useable IN store, lets not make everything cheaper on line. This B&N does have a connected Starbucks. Its a clean store. Did take us about 15 mins to wait for one of the 3 employees on the floor to stop chatting with each other or possible friends to help find the books we needed. Unfortunately we didnt make a book purchase (did buy a coffee however) we ended up going 4 miles down the way and purchased a used copy from somewhere else, was more than 75% cheaper and still in NM condition. LOWER YOUR STORE PRICES OR ATLEAST OFFER A DISCOUNT ON REGULAR PRICED BOOKS. Would like PAPER versions of books to continue but need to be affordable.

Since covid and online shopping has taken over ... I find the selection of books have decreased as the toys and children stuff had increased.

A great book store for more or recently published books. The store had excellent chairs to sit in and review books for purchase. It also gives the buyer an experience far above on-line purchases even though I dont like the adjoining Coffee Shops smells.

Very peaceful and quiet. Conveniently partnered with Starbucks so you can get yourself refreshments and enjoy a big amount of space to sit down and read/write/work. I loved how they had charger outlets with comfortable seats to sit in, too.

Like all Barnes and Noble stores: relaxing vibe. Seating and the adjacent coffee shop make you feel as if you are encouraged to stay and enjoy your new books, instead of pushed through the door as soon as youve signed your receipt.

The staff is very helpful in finding what you need. Always great selections of kids, science, health books. Wish there were less toys so we could freely bring our kids to book shopping
