The employee that was working was extremely helpful and nice. The store had a great selection of exclusive pops.

First time we ever had to wait get into the bookstore! Following Covid restrictions with pleasant attitudes!! Nice to hold a conversation with employees while waiting.

Due to current Covid protocols from the state regarding occupancy, they are limited to only 6 people in the store (including staff). Had to wait outside for close to 15 minutes before someone left so I could enter. The only dedicated bookstore in Westminster, the entrance is inside Town Mall. This used to be a Waldenbooks and then a Borders Express, but the layout had remained the same regardless of the name: magazines on the left just before the register and childrens books at the rear. Decent selection and well lit.

Great service! The staff are very friendly and kind, especially to my children. We go every other week to get a book.

I found my favorite Arthur plus a couple more. Love this store.

The staff are so helpful and friendly, really makes a person open up and talk to them. The only thing is the store is smaller compared to the one near my house and doesnt have that many selections. Still, a must visit for anyone who likes books or geeky stuff.

This book store is truly books a million !! They have a wide range of options to choose from to have one blushing with excitement ! I found this location on Google and decided to check it out. There is ample parking as it is located inside of Belk Town Mall just a few steps inside the Town Mall entrance.To my expectations the management team had outstanding customer service. Do to the many selections I took a great amount of time deciding and management was more than eager to assist. I purchased different books for my own library and some additional fun selections such as Sudoku, New York Times crosswords, and Word Search to take on holiday. It was a great way to spend a sunny afternoon and I will surely return.

Nice selection with reasonable prices. I am happy to have this store in town. Its perfect for kids and anyone that does not like to read e-books.

Have so many books. Theu have books for all ages such as toddlers to adults.

They have a a huge selection and what they dont have they will order for you! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! Its not just books either, they have legos, magazines of all sorts, toys for adults and kids. Its a great store.

Poor BAM limited book selection but they will order anything. About 10 ft of 3 tier magazine space. Lots of pop and unsold picture books. Like an airport book store.

Nothing special at this location. Cafe is generally busy and you seem to always get a coupon for the cafe after a purchase. The toys/games section is always in disrepair and an afterthought. Great selection of automotive magazines. The checkout line is hit or miss when it is time to make a purchase.

Over priced in my opion. But they do have a club card that people have told me is worth it.

As a book reader, manga reader, and comic book reader Ill say that Books-A-Million here is a great place to check out. It has a long range of selections and the staff are friendly enough to talk to.
