Absolutely incredible people / service / products.I have always wanted a pool table but didn’t know that much about exactly what I wanted.I was determined to call vendors, ask questions, learn then buy one.First call and actually my only call, I called OC Billiards.Sonora was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, accommodating and took the time to literally listen to me.From there she took everything we discussed and recommended the table that I now have. It was exactly what I had pictured before ever calling them. It’s actually even better than I pictured.Me and my family are so stoked on our new table and literally Sonora made it happen.She didn’t pressure me, she did some research and called me back and we bought the table. I was so comfortable in dealing with her and her recommendation that I did not make any more calls.I had just spoken to the best (Sonora)so why would I need to make any more calls.The table is here - their installers were superb the pricing was unbeatable and in the end I also spoke with Robert (The Owner) and he too was a true professional.If service, quality, honesty, integrity and price is important to you then make OC Billiards your FIRST call.Chances are it will be your last as the are unbeatable.

First and only shop I will ever visit when it comes to my pool cues. Talk about great if not the best service, hospitality, informative, comfortable atmosphere etc. You can be new to the game or a veteran and you will be treated with the same level of respect. Plus they’re personal line of cue tips are competitive, presentable, long lasting and above all, reliable. Don’t forget to call ahead for cue repair or tip replacement because you can bet your bottom dollar they are back stocked with prescheduled repairs and replacements. Although they with take exceptions if caught on a good day. They are simply the best, same day repair and replacements, can’t beat that.

I came to Robert with a vintage Mali green label with the shaft destroyed. Robert crafted me the best shaft of earth and i couldn’t be happier with the experience. All of my cue work will be done by Robert. ty to OC billiards.

I had a new tip put on my cue by Robert today and it was a very pleasant experience. There was a variety of tips to choose from and it was cool to watch him do the repair. We talked pool for a while and I ended up learning quite a bit from him. I wouldnt hesitate sending anyone I know here to take care of their billiards needs.

Robert was great! He didnt try to upsell me on my new stick and let me try as many cues as I wanted. As a beginner, he was patient and gave me pointers, tips, and some training on the side as well! Super nice and I got to meet Frankie (his dog), who is a SUPER sweet soul (Loves neck scratches). I Definitely recommend him, he is very nice and you can tell, he loves billiards.

Robert has helped me on multiple occasions. Hes redone cue tips, cue shafts in the middle of tournaments, and hooked it up after my cues were stolen. If you want quality service with some comic relief, Robert is the guy to go to! I only trust him with all my pool/billiard needs.

Awesome Billiards supply and repair! Everyone I send there comes away impressed! There are so few places left where you can go and have a tip put expertly on your shaft will you wait is becoming less and less. The only other place I know is in North Hollywood. Please support OC Billiards as these places are disappearing. Also an awesome inventory of billiard products for every skill level, and a very knowledgeable staff!!!!!

Stumbled upon this jewel by accident and have no plans to go anywhere else in the oc to have work done to my cue. Robert and Steve are the two guys running the place. Both are very nice and willing to do the best they can to help you with your billiards needs. Stopped by just to check the places out and get some accessories for my pool stick and found a place to have any work I need done to my cue. The best part is the works done in front of you if you want to watch. I recommend stopping by if your in the area and looking for a billiards store.

Ive been here plenty of times & Ive dealt with Robert & Steve both guys are knowledgeable & professional. Schooled me here & there, its a great shop!!

6 and a half years I had the pleasure of buying a pool table and having it installed in my Leisure World home by this company. Fast forward to a week ago...we were having work done in cur home and told the contractor ....DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE.....yup you guess it....dragged it across a rug and did damage to it. Thank God for Robert who got a crew to come to our house on Tuesday morning to take it down and remove it to bring it back to the shop for repairs.... Our situation was this pool table was teetering ....we have small grandchildren and our contractor did not tell us thinking he would fix it when he came back on Monday morning......just because you can frame a wall does not mean you should be repairing a slate pool table....Robert...you are a life saver....literally

Ive never been here before but today we had arrived 15 minutes before opening. Even though the open sign and some lights were on, the doors were locked. About 5 minutes before the scheduled open time, an employee arrived to open. He walked right past my boys (which one of them was holding his cue to hopefully be re-tipped) No Words (Not even a Ill be right back), Opened the door, entered and locked behind him. Im giving this store the 3 stars since technically they were still closed but if this is there attitude of the Employee, I was glad to drive the extra distance to go somewhere else for service. No need to give them any of my business.

I just want to let everyone know that if you need anything done regarding your pool table, you can depend, trust and expect excellent work fromOC Billards. My pool table got chewed up and I needed it recovered and bumpers replaced. I called OC Billards and they had my table fixed within 5 days. After they finished I noticed one small area that I didnt like and I called back and they promptly came back and fixed it to my satisfaction without complaint or delay. Have done business with Robert Wong for years took two days to get him at his shop and tell me he cant do it. I am leaving not happy he tell me in the parking lot to never come back.
