I usually don’t post reviews but I’m highly disappointment and will be taking my business elsewhere. I have used Minuteman in the past for a few quick little jobs and the service was fine - nothing special. However, I recently called with questions about getting save the dates/wedding invitations done for my best friend’s wedding. The person who took my call was rude from the beginning; you could easily tell I was inconveniencing them with my inquiries and they were clearly too busy to care about my needs. I’m a huge supporter of local businesses but now I feel as if we may be forced to use an online company or try to research other local options.

My company has been using Minuteman Press since before I worked there. Always satisfied. I use their service recently for some very artsy stuff. And they pulled it off in a timely and professional manner, with the personal touch the project required. Nice job.

Excellent experience. Quick, professional, wonderful communication and guidance as we worked on the project. Loved the online quote form and had a response within an hour! Was also flexible to allow phone payment by credit card for my out of state client. We ended up needing shipping services too, they handled the shipping and provided a tracking number immediately. I called around to a few places to to get pricing for a single page color flyer printed up and was hit with HIGH prices. I called and spoke with Mike at Minuteman Press and I actually told him to wait until he saw what I needed printed because I couldnt believe the price he gave me. He reviewed it and said it was accurate. He won our business and I have already given their name out for price, quality and customer service. I called and ordered them last night at 3:45 and they were ready for me to pick them up by 9 this morning. BEST customer experience and great quality prints. We will be using them again for our printing needs in the future. Working for a small company, we dont print in bulk so having a good printing source that fits a smaller budget is great.

Overall a very poor job of printing business cards. The paper is not what I requested and the cards are poorly printed. Unlike most businesses do when confronted by a displeased customer, they insisted on full payment rather than attempt to remedy the problem. I paid the invoice but I will never use them again.
