This place is too much! I bought a dab pen from them last weekend not a cheap one either. Anyway the plastic mouth piece is a cheap piece it broke after a couple of uses.Long story short they dont stock sell or replace the mouthpiece.... So your kind of screwed. We went there feb 6 it was a great place and great staff. It was a stocky long haired guy and a long “dirty blonde/brown” haired girl that was hilarious. My girlfriend, my little brother, and I came into to purchase something from Colorado for our first trip there. After us taking a while to decide on things and declining help a few times. We finally decided to buy some items. The lady helped me with a discounted tobacco pipe only problem was a slight bubble in the glass that created a seal problem. I easily fixed that problem and she helped my brother pick out this awesome Rick and morty tray that was fire. Which she said scary Terry’s name in his voice that was hilarious we still laugh about that.

Decided to change my review. I go in here a good bit to pick up smoking accessories and papers. Theyve always given me an industry discount. I work at green solution and send a ton of people to them. But last time I was in I was buying a decent amount, a silicone bong, silicone nectar collector, papers/cones and a $20 puffbar.... Asked to put on my industry discount and he told me they dont have one... So down to 4 stars from 5 for customer service.

I bought a heady bubbler from here. They new everything there was to know about the piece. The artist was local and that was the deciding factor, because a friend told me there is a lot of foreign glass thats no where near the quality. Great service. Locally owned of what I was told. Absolutely worst quality products and service Ive ever encountered in this type of business. Purchased a seemingly nice rig only to have it fracture after one light use. Returned 20 mins later to try and at least get a credit towards the purchase of a better, higher quality product and was offered barely a discount. The highly intelligent man behind the counter showed little concern and even went as far as to say this happens all the time.WOW! Situation could have been handled way better by the staff and this place would have continued to receive the business of myself and others. Go spend youre money else where folks!!!

Went today and didnt know the specific items that I needed, but I knew what I wanted to accomplish. The first person I asked was very friendly, but she didnt know how to help, so she pointed me to Alex. In less than 10 minutes, he explained what I needed and how to use it. Pretty to look at when you go in but the same grinder I was looking at there... Their 3 inch (or a very flat 4 inch) is marked at 125. Their 4 inch regular size was not price marked but has to be 125 or above. I felt like this was way too much. I found a 4 inch on amazon with 2 day free shipping made of the same quality for $27.40. I get that youre a store and all but over 100+ dollars charge over what it can be bought and had at your door in 2 days or less? Seems like price gouging to me. Not cool to do to people.

Ive gone in twice and had the best customer service.The second time I want to share.I went in to accessorize the piece I had gotten the first time. I bought a quartz nail, 14 mm drop in, and a reclaim set up. I had brought my piece in wrapped up in king soopers bags to protect it and make sure the pieces I got fit. I got home after buying the perfect set up and realized they had forgotten my nail. I called immediately and said they had forgotten it and they said to come down and theyd hook me up. I arrive and go in and the dude had been looking everywhere for it. He says he swears he gave it to me at which we go over and find another nail and he gives it to me. I offered to pay because I honestly thought if he didnt find it I had to be wrong (Ive worked retail). He REFUSED payment of the new nail. I get home and hit my new nail and have a few brews (AFTER SEARCHING ALL OF THE BUBBLE WRAP I HAD GOTTEN) and watch some movies. I go to my room where I had discarded all the king soopers bagged I had discarded earlier protecting my piece AND FIND THE NAIL I THOUGH THEY FORGOT. I immediately request they charge my card for the nail or that I go in tomorrow and buy it BUT AGAIN THE DUDE REFUSED! He says that it happens and thanks me for my honesty. Says enjoy. Says it doesnt matter.I believe in karma and all I want to do is say that if you need glass go here. Bring your piece in (dirty or clean and theyll find the pieces to make sure u get the high you want).Ive gone to the Boulder location more than a few times and here twice. There is NO reason I cant recomend and THANK this company (as they have guided me through every transaction) and ESPECIALLY this location.I sincerely apologize and thank you for the nail. I thought you had forgotten it SINCERELY and its my bad. Thank you for being so cool.

HUGE selection of glass, and a lot of name-brand glass, which I enjoyed. But everything is marked up super, super high. For example, a scale I bought for $17 at another smoke shop, was selling for $60 here. Also the selection of eliquid here was extremely tiny, so this is not the place to go for if youre looking for juice. Really nice pieces, though, and not a lot of China glass, which was refreshing.

They have a wide selection of glass and smoking accessories, but the staff is not knowledgeable at all in my opinion when it comes to what they are selling. By knowledgeable, I am not talking that they have personally tried several of their products, but knowledgeable in the fact that they know what they are selling. When you ask if someone has more of a certain product, their first answer should not be I dont know...maybe there are some over there when they are knowledgeable. In addition, I found one pipe that I really liked, but it looked as if it had been used and then poorly cleaned prior to throwing it back on the shelf and slapping the hundred dollar price tag on it! Maybe that was the knowledge the staff was obtaining...who knows?! All I know is I have tried this store 3 different times to be as fair as I could and all I can say is that this is the worst pipe store I have been to since moving to Colorado! I actually miss the stores in non-progressive states...those people had real knowledge!

My favorite smoke shop. The one in boulder charges twice as much for the same bowl. Upon hearing that we paid twice as much the guy working here hooked us up with another bowl free of charge. Ill be coming here for my glass from now on.

My beloved 5 year old 2ft water pipe shattered one morning. I took cried several tears of sorrow for my loss and quickly looked online as to how much it would cost for a direct replacement. The prices online were outrageous so I decided to look locally.Lo and behold, a massive store 5 minutes away from me that has more glass than I have skin! (thats weird, sorry) I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Jackson who proceeded to ask what I specifically needed and then my price range. After I told him, he educated me in great detail and interest on the different evolutions of glass throughout the years since Ive only had one piece in 5 years.Jackson gave me a discount on an upsale that has truly been a great glass piece so far.TLDR: GO HERE BECAUSE THEYRE AWESOME AND HAVE AWESOME STUFF K

I never even went to the store. I called to ask a few simple questions about their E-liquid and coils and the man couldnt give me any descent information. He couldnt tell me if the coils would work with my mod and he couldnt tell me any information about the e-liquid itself. The one sided conversation was filled with I dunno and I have no idea over and over again. I could have gotten better information from a chimp.

Second time in this shop and the experience was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever encountered. The guy was just super rude. The first time I went the girl was not very good either. I thought maybe it was just that time but now I know that the staff and their customer service training is awful. Me as a manager of a retail store would never allow this kind of behavior from my sales associates.

My husband and I just walked in to look over their detox/cleaning products for an upcoming pre-employment test (desk work job). Someone finally came over (after standing at their counter and watching them avoid me) to ask if we needed anything so I asked him which of these tests he had heard good results about. He didnt even glance at his products and said They all work, you want one? Since he was not forthcoming with any information or conversation, I said that I have little faith in the kits (based on what I have heard from friends and family) and I was trying to get him to engage with me and recommend something. He then lectured that I should not smoke, nice. Funny thing to say when your entire dirty store is based on marijuana. Although no one else was in the shop, he seemed to be bothered to be dealing with us. My husband was fed up with the way he was speaking to me and we left. No sense of customer service, no sense of understanding that the business he works at or owns relates to people smoking marijuana, and no place I would want to spend my money.

Owners son, big white dude with glasses, very disrespectful told me over the phone that I could return this titanium nail that broke. once I got in the shop he said theres nothing he can do for me, he started shouting at me and telling me that I was wrong when I told him that he personally told me that I can return it over the phone. He started saying that hell beat my ass. thankfully the real owner walked in his dad and settled everything. I got a replacement titanium nail from the dad and he told his son to stop yelling and disrespecting the customers. NEVER BEEN THERE SINCE. WoULD NOT SUGGEST GOING. Wayy to overpriced and the staff doesnt know ANYTHING about the product they sell. Waste of my life

The only reason they get 2 instead of 1 star is for the very wide selection of glass and accessories. However, as others have mentioned, very rude employees who want you to be in and out as fast as possible. Last time I went in to buy a grinder, not only was I given the wrong color (it was in a box and didnt find out until I got home) but when he handed me back my change he basically slammed it into my hand and turned around.About a year ago, I bought a small glass bong that seemed to be well-made, but broke after about 10 uses. I literally just woke up to it leaking all over the place. All in all, not very good quality glass. The grinder is ok. Probably wont be returning again.

The staff including all managers are extremely rude and have no people skills whats so ever, they broke my moms vape pen then tried to blame it on her when video surveillance shows different but theyre worried to show that because they know theyre in the wrong. The managers at this store cursed my mom out on the phone saying the most disrespectful things . Over all a trash store with over priced pieces for idiots, with a trash staff that have no people skills.
