I’ll be nice and leave a two star review. Came in to get all four new tires, save some money and to help out the local community, I was wrong. Actually, it cost me more money by coming back to this sorry establishment. Had driven my car with the new tires in just a few days and my tire sensor started coming on. Called the store told them the scenario and they told me that my sensors could be damaged. I replied back that the previous tire place Just Tires where I had gotten my tires had no issues until after I replaced my tires at your location. Get this…Just Tires has much better workmanship. And I frequently get serviced at Toyota dealership, they told me that my tire sensor are operable. Folks to save you the headaches and hassles…go somewhere else. This place will come up with the same excuses, like your shocks are out or you have high mileage to avoid replacing or limiting your tire warranty. This place is a waste of time it will cost you more driving back and forth, though front desk was friendly, but owner…just another excuse.

If there 0 star I will give them 0 not even deserve 1 star the way the owner treat me as a customer like they do it for free, after aligned my car paid $60 the car stay no different. Wont come back again .

They were not able to help me do a patch and wasnt able to just say no over the phone when I explained where the patch needed to be. Was able to get help right away instead of waiting for them to look at it.

You will get what you pay for. Had an alignment done for $60 and it steered to the left. Brought it back the next day and was told its because of the tires being used. They wound not even look at it so I took it to Pep Boys and paid $80 but the car drove like it was brand new. Lessen learned. Being cheap will cost the most.

Just got alignment wheel here. Took about 25 minutes. $60 + tax for services fee. They recommend to do tires replacement and alignment wheel at the same time to help tires last longer. Thats true! Thanks for advice.

This place is really expensive for no good reason. I wanted to support local business but their prices are too absurd. Shop around and youll see. Avoid this place if youre looking to save.

Although the young man at the front-counter never smiled to the customers, he was actually pretty polite. He tried in vain to convince me to align all four tires. Since my car was really old, I told him I did not need it. I was in a rush to drive a sick friend of mine to an appointment with her physical therapist very far away. The mechanic who came out to drive my car up the auto lift was more than unpleasant. He was grouchy and very unfriendly. After about 20 minutes, I told them that I was going for a walk and inquired when I should come back. They told me to come back in 30 minutes, which I did. The problem was I had paid very close attention to the details of the tools and stuffs around my car before I left for the short walk and they remained in the exact same position when I came back, which meant no one had worked on it yet. I wait for another 10 minutes and inquired. A middle-aged man who seemed to be either the manager or the owner told me that it took time to do the job right, and that I need to wait a bit longer. I stepped outside for fresh air, and amazingly, within about 5 minutes, I saw one of the mechanics driving my car out. How could they align my car in 5 minutes? While driving away, I found out that there was absolutely no change in the alignment of my car. No change whatsoever! While driving my friend to the therapist, I called to complain and, of course, Teo just gave me the runaround. Teo Tire Club had blatantly and shamefully stolen my forty bucks. To keep yourself from becoming another of their victims, avoid them like a plague.

We always change oil here. The filter is $8, if you buy your own its $2 max. Changing oil fee is $15 when bringing your own oil.

They attempted to do wheel alignment on my car and it was even worse than before. Talked to the owners son and he accused me of possibly running into a curb which made it worse and I told him I would know if I did such a thing. The owner said to bring it back with a receipt so they can help me correct it. I said I lost the receipt but I know they input my car license into their system so why cant they just look it up that way. Initially they said theyre unable to but after insisting they should, they agreed and guess what, they found it! Shocker!They did find it was malaligned again so they corrected it for $20 since they accused me of being at fault. It was fine for about a week then the alignment was bad again. At this point, they suggested I go somewhere else and if theres any adjustments by the other tire shop then to bring the receipt back, and they would credit me $20.Needless to say, I never bothered going back due to their incompetence, and because I got tired of being accused.

I love this place the guy that help me rather than charge me for a bunch of stuff I didnt need just told me what I did need and I ended up walking out of there only paying 20 bucks best service ever definitely recommend if you need anything done to your front end or tires

Teos Tires and Alignment is a great establishment I called in early the owner told me to come in quick had no issues I needed an allignment and he quoted me 40 dollars great price for it and came in they got it done super quick he has been doing tire service for years the owner !!!! I would recommned it

Bad customer service and stupid employee . I bought 2 new tires and 1 of them was liking air and they did not take the response. They gave me some bullshit reasons.Please Stay away from this shop.

Man I dont think you know what you talking about I went to Teo Tire Club and change tires. Their service is great, friendly and free rotation every 5,000 miles and free flat tire repair, If you buy the tire from them. For the post below you dont know what you talking about uneven wear have you check your camber, shock, or even alignment, and ITS FACTORY WARRANTY NOT SHOP WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my tacoma here for an alignment and after months later the front two tires wears out uneven. I dont think these guys know what to do. Never come back here again. I paid $40 plus my two new Michelin tires were gone.
