If you own a Subaru, then you should be familiar with IAG Air Oil Separator (AOS). Best in the industry. Thats why Im getting one.

I ordered a comp oil pan kit from rallysportdirect and it didn’t have the o-rings or rubber gasket included so I contacted IAG and Katy Boyd was very quick with a response to resolve the issue and answer any questions I had! She was very nice and detailed with all of her emails. This kind of customer service she showed is exactly was customers want, it made my experience really good!

I got my car tuned by IAG last year and my car has been running great, never had an issue. I’ll definitely come back to get my car re-tune. If you want your Wrx/STI to run reliable they can definitely do that as well.

Edit: Adding a few pictures of the tear down from my original post 8 months ago. Please do your homework before going to any performance shop. Here’s my story/experience of IAG. Sorry in advance about the long winded review, but all details are relevant to the review.I’ve been tuned by IAG four separate times. The first tune was bolt ons - full turbo back exhaust, cold air intake, fuel pressure regulator, ebcs, fuel pump, injectors, and AOS. The car was a blast to drive, but had a knock issue. After reaching out to support I was told to rev the car out higher before giving it the sauce. Even after doing this the issue was still present.Therefore, I decided to gather more parts for the ideal setup I wanted. I added a bigger turbo, bigger intercooler, headers, and one step colder plugs. When being tuned this time the car made the power I wanted, and seemed to be perfect. Once I got the car home to start driving it I noticed certain spots were dangerously lean. When calling support about this I found the stock lines cause a stumble in fuel because of the design. Would have been nice to know this before getting tuned right?Tune number three now. I changed out the fuel lines, fuel rails, added tgv deletes, removed the air pump, and block off plates on the heads. I dropped off the car first thing in the morning to be tuned, and waited in Westminster all day until about 6:00 in the evening to get the car. It would have also been nice to know it was going to take all day up front. At this point the car was finally perfect, right?The tune was great. The car had great power without any lean issues. I wasn’t quite a fan of the fuel lines/rails I selected, which made me purchase the lines/rails I should have selected the first time.Tune number four, and the last tune. Once again I changed out the lines, rails, and this time added a front mount. Dropped the car off a day in advance because I knew the company has grown quite a bit, and seemed to be a little bit big for their britches in terms of support. Contacting them to get the tune scheduled was a pita. When dropping the car off for the pre-tune check I was told the tune would be at 2 o’clock. If I didn’t hear anything by 4 o’clock I should call them to see if it was done.I didn’t bother calling because I live 1.5 hours away. When I got there everyone seemed very confused about me being there. Once I finally got to talk to someone I was told the car had issues on the dyno, and was down on power. They were going to get the car back in the shop to cut the filter open for metal because it was making a noise along with having a hard time starting. At this point I knew it was blown up. The tune should have been very easy to correct the fuel tables because I requested the car to stay at the same power, although it was very hot that day (mid 90s).Lastly, I was told they were going to send a photo if there was metal in the filter. No pictures were sent even after requesting the photos. I was also charged for an oil filter after finding out the car had been blown up. The car had 12,000 miles on it, extremely cared for with maintenance (oil changed after each dyno session), and was only driven hard very occasionally. I purchased the best mods money could buy. Not sure if the heat got to the car or the class action lawsuit for con rod bearings/main bearings killed the car. This is simply my experience with IAG, and I’m not telling anyone to avoid dealing with them as a company.

Installed and broke in the engine and the fitment was right on and the car is running superb - very impressed. 625WHP on E75, Breaks 600whp at 5900 and still carrying it out at 7300RPM.

As always, IAG services are top-notch. They didnt earn their famous reputation for nothing! Kent @ IAG Customer Service went above and beyond helping me with a shortblock I am looking into purchasing. He replied within 10 minutes of my emails with more than enough information and provided amazing service to me, even when I didnt order anything. Theyve worked on my car a few times now and Id have to say they do amazing work. There is only two shops I trust with my car and this is one of them. They do all types of work from engines, suspension, they even have their own body shop. Id highly recommend this shop if your car is heavily modded.

My experience with AIG was short-lived I feel like I was at a car dealership and trying to be upsold a car and I didnt know anything about the car I wanted rather they told me what car I needed.It seems as if they didnt think I was a potential buyer and maybe just someone calling and wasting their time though they do make great Parts you cant deny that I just think their customer service could be better.As I went somewhere else and have spent well over $10,000 on the parts alone and Im not done.Should never judge a book by its cover

I purchased an iag stage 2 fa20dit and could be happier with the results. I personally installed the shortblock and am very thrilled with the results. No piston slap like most forged engines because it was properly assembled. I recommend iag for any of your short and longblock needs! Cant wait to get it on the track after break in and see how it holds up!

My car got sideswiped and had some pretty decent damage that required a door to be replaced and some molding and repainting. I spoke with Mike and Lisa in the collision department and they were amazing. They gave me constant updates and my car looked absolutely perfect when I got it back. If you do require collision repair I 100% recommend IAG, they will take care of you.

Not very easy to find needs like a big sign or something the next best thing to a sign is a trailer.

Had a decent amount of work completed at IAG. They finished the work well before the estimated time, and I knew it would be done correctly based on their reputation. I drove almost two hours one way to have IAG work on my vehicle, and it was absolutely worth it. Will definitely be going back for difficult performance modifications in the future.

Just started my investigation into an engine rebuild for my Forester XT. I talked to James for quite a while just to get some ideas of what I could do. He was very helpful even at this early stage of my project and no money has changed hands. So far, Id recommend them.

Over 2 years ago I contacted IAG about building me a motor. James was very polite at first and made everything seem great. He sent me a build sheet and it looked like an awesome build. The total was just over $10,000. I paid in full and waited. About 3 weeks later James had contacted me saying that it was going to be an extra $5,000. At the time I had just found out that I was having a baby and that I was being deployed to the Middle East with the marine corps. I told James that I couldn’t afford the extra $5,000 right now and that I’d just like a refund. He told me that it was fine and that he would send the money back with a 20% restocking fee taken out. I was fine with that. To this day I still don’t have any of the money and every time I call iag my phone calls are ignored by James and no one else knows what to say. I tried to reach out on iag and James on Facebook, messenger, calling and going in. The answer I always get is that James is “busy” and that he’s the only one who can help. If you’re gonna do business with them be prepared to spend more then you thought you were gonna and make sure you understand that the communications from the company aren’t good in any way.

A truly professional shop. they took the time to diagnose the actual issue with my WRX and fix the appropriate parts. I would have spent $1,200 more at the Subaru dealership for an incorrect solution.

Very highly recommended...... I drove 140 miles to have these guys do work for me. Mike from the auto body shop was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be completed on my Lexus. Even though I was 2 hours away, Mike always kept me informed on everything that he was doing.... He even emailed me of plenty of photos during the process!! They made my vehicle look perfect .... Definitely worth the 2hr drive... You cant go wrong with IAG!

IAG did an outstanding job repairing collision damage on my Subaru that another local auto body shop in Baltimore was unable to completely repair. They were extremely attentive to detail and truly cared about the quality of their work! I strongly recommend them for any collision repair or performance modifications.

IAG would not let me return my unopened, new parts from them (within days of ordering) without me taking a 20% hit for a restocking fee. I even offered to pay the return shipping and was met with hard no’s from their customer service team. I would certainly consider this below average customer service.

Simply an awesome Subaru tuning shop to go to. They are the best. When they have JR in house to tune your car you cant be in better hands. Ill be getting all my work done there no question about that at all.

Quality products.

I was impressed before I even had any work done to my car. Employees are all great people and could talk about cars forever. I got a tour of the place and got to see every inch of where the work is done. I was called at least 5 times so they could talk me through the process and make sure everything was going as I wanted it to. I was emailed pictures of the work. They even replaced my tire valve caps for no cost, so they really have that level of attention to detail. This is definitely the place to go if you want it done right.

Met briefly with JJ after many people all over recommended them. He recommended a good cost effective list of upgrades to finish my 04 Forrester and explained everything to me. These guys are known throughout the area for excellent work so they are definitely worth a try.

I tune my car a few months ago, the car is running perfect, they are very professional, answer all my question, today I when again to get my new set of wheels and tires mounted and balance, like any other person with a brand new set of wheels i was scared that they will scratch them when mounting the tires, but they did an excellent job, they really are looking out for there customers needs and fears, as a car enthusiast, I highly recommend them.

There is no words to describe the amazing customer service that was provided by Shorty from IAG Performance Collisions. He went above and beyond for me and my vehicle. Even when there was a small hiccup going on with my car, he drove all the way out to my residence to check and diagnose the problem after the shop was closed. Again and again he showed he cared about customer service and my vehicle like it was his own. He took care of my vehicle from start to finish and did what he had to do to get the best parts for my car.

I emailed the company fuming! I was so mad that so many things didnt match up and I was missing parts! Turns out I had mistakenly been using the wrong instructions. This is the greatest shop of all times for your Subarus! I take my car here for certain installs that I cannot do myself and their turning services are amazing! JR is fire! The only thing I wish would be better would be there time slots for there tuning. They cant tell you what time your car will go in and for some people they wait there all day to see their car hit the dyno.

Ive ordered some parts from IAG performance and shipping took longer than expected. Ive contacted IAG performance representative and he was able to make it right and Im highly satisfied of customer service Ive received even after USPS didnt provide great service.Overall Im satisfied with IAG performance customer service, even if you cant reach them directly over the phone, you can leave voicemail or write email and rep will contact you asap.

I could not be any more happy with the guys at IAG especially shorty and the body shop guys. My sti was at a Subaru dealership getting repaired from a rear end collision and they were nothing but problems refusing to fix or work on my car. Had it transferred out to IAG where they went above and beyond to take care of me and get my car back to normal. Visited not too long ago. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is an awesome guy. I went with a friend who was picking up a larger order for a local shop and we got a tour of the facility and all the things they do there and its a very cool company thats very professional and is definitely one of my favorite automotive places so far.

Amazing work. Took a while to get the motor done however the initial visual quality and measurements were spot on. Highly recommend for engine builds and refresh.

JJ has built an amazing new facility for IAG here. Seeing their growth from the original site in Westminster to this production facility over the past twelve years has been amazing. Their attention to detail and getting things done right the first time is what has allowed them to grow and flourish even though times that other businesses found tough. You wont be disappointed.

These guys been working on my 2015 STI since I got the car. Now I got a new Audi S6 and had a rattle in my door, called Audi dealership they told me appointment takes few weeks and they did not guaranty me anything about fixing it. Came to IAG right away, Shorty took care of my car really well! He personally took my door panel off and turns out there was a screw lose. He DID NOT charge me anything! Even thou he could totally charge me an hour of labor, awesome guys, I would always comeback no matter what car I get in the future.
