Kim and her team are absolutely phenomenal. I just moved to Colorado and her shop was one of the top rated in my area. I gave it a chance and found my mechanic. The way she explains things are so easy to understand, and I feel like every time I leave her shop I understand my car more. Not to mention her pricing for quality work. I took my car in for new rear brakes. I have visited the shop for other repairs in the past. Each time my car is well taken care of and the services they have done to my car are still going strong. They did an inspection on my car as well to determine if everything was in working order. I have taken my car to them twice for tune ups and instead of doing a full tune up that wasnt needed, they let me know I was still good and to bring it back in another X number of miles. They always check, call, and let you know whats needed for your approval before making moves to fix anything.

Nice, honest shop with kind workers. I brought my car in for brakes and left spending a little more than I originally expected but was totally comfortable with the fair price and outstanding service. I feel safe in my car again. They saved me hundreds compared to a chain auto shop so I can’t complain. This place is great

A good honest mechanic shop is hard to find. And when you find one you stick with them. Kim and her crew are simply amazing. We take all of our vehicles here. They are honest and good at what they do. My dealership installed the wrong part in my car and kept denying it. Ingrams recognized the problem immediately and had me fixed up same day. Until we move out of the state this is our shop.

Cool neighborhood repair shop! I came in to get my full back brake job and they told me to save my money, only replace the pads and use the saved money for new tires because they were way worse than the brakes. They recommended the tire place a block away with fair pricing, and I came back a week later when I got paid to finish the brake job! They care about you here and let you watch them work IN THE SHOP on your vehicle! Ask away with the questions..they want to educate you! Thats how you know this place is legit. Thank you guys x2. Came here because I found a great groupon for new brake pads. Went in, was told my front rotors were bad and was shown exactly what was wrong with them. They were extremely thorough in explaining everything and very transparent. Kim was super nice and gave me a great price!

At first I thought this shop seemed honest. I was told I needed brakes, rotors, and calipers. I had 3 other mechanics check it out and they all said that everything was completely fine with my brakes. This shop told me my brakes were so bad they could go out at any minute. If you go here I would get a second opinion before paying them hundreds if not thousands of dollars for work you dont need.

Excellent garage. Ive been here for my car and my partners car. They have provided high quality service and gave detailed walk through of issues with the car and pricing for repairs. I used a Groupon special for my first visit but would recommend them for any repairs needed for your vehicle. The staff was friendly and helpful to get our vehicles safely back on the road.

I needed brakes done, went in and they gave a free inspection. Kim helped me and was awesome. Very informative and gave me options for what I could do with my older Acura. Gave me a walkthrough and showed me the recommended repairs and what was being affected. Took the time to show extra details on the car that other shops probably wouldnt have done. Even noted things about the car that I had knowledge of from other mechanics for future repairs needed down the road. Tires and Brakes are important so I went with new brakes and rotors. They did a great job and Ill be back in the future!

In the past ive had bad experience after bad experience with a variety of machanics, and I truly have dreaded dealing with them. Typically theyve been rude, and treated me a fool when I didnt understand things. But not here!!! Everyone is kind, friendly, respectful and centered on educating the customer. One star because lady was very nice.. Place is a rip off for sure. Purchased Groupon for brakes $150, then quoted me $750 after Groupon.. I knew it was way to high. I picked up car brought it to brakes shop $330 for full premium brake package in total with only one rotar needing resurfacing.

Todd and Kim are the best! You can always trust the Todd and his staff will get your car done well. They are honest and do the work at a fair price. Todd has two shops, one in Olde Town Arvada and one in Westminster. I prefer to go to his westminster location.

Came in with a Groupon for a complete brake change and rotor work, but was told it would cost an additional $500 to complete the work. I refunded the Groupon and replaced the brakes myself for $100.
