I cant be more pleased with Jimmy and his team. They recently replaced an aging timing belt on my 4Runner and corrected an issue which had caused my gas mileage to drop 4 mpg when I last paid a Toyota dealer to perform the same service. Engine idles super smooth now and my mileage has improved by 3 mpg.I have also used them to install new tires, do wheel alignments and flush transmission fluid on this vehicle. At 15 years young with 180K+ miles they keep it running like new! Their services are reasonably priced too.

Absolute shysters.I took in a hand me down beater that had just come back from the dealership for inspection. Was quoted $3500 to finish all the repairs.Took it to another (more reputable) establishment and was $250 out the door including inspection.{There is a reason they can see your vehicle today.}Avoid at all costs.

I gave Airpark Automotive a try because it is within walking distance to my office and I am so glad I did. The shop is so clean, everyone is friendly, prices are great and Ive never once had an issue with any work Ive had done. An honest and friendly mechanic with great prices is a rarity these days, but you will most definitely find that here.

I came to Airpark Automotive needing immediate attention and the staff there worked quickly to get me in. I needed a car inspected. Air park automotive thoroughly inspected my car, gave detailed explanations with pictures describing the repairs that were needed. They performed the repairs in a timely manner and were professional, thorough and fair.

I have been taking my Lexus here for a year now. They’ve done routine oil changes to new brakes and tires. Prices always seem fair and Jim and his crew are always professional and responsive.They also take care of our company car!

Jimmy, Eric and crew did a phenomenal job on my Chevy Avalanche. Its on the old side and has needed quite a bit of TLC over the past year. They have talked me through the work needed and have been prompt in the completion time. They were quick to help me with pickup of my vehicle because a personal issue didnt allow me flexibility to get it to them as agreed. These guys take care of you and your cars. Give them a shout. My clutch went up while I was in Maryland visiting from North Carolina. They were very professional and very efficient they got me back on the road and I have a brand new clutch.

I routinely take my car for service here. They have changed my brakes, tires, or simple oil changes. Their customer service is the best and they always give a fair price. I trust them 100% for service on my car.

I ran into an issue with my car while changing my own brakes. Basically, a couple of the wheel lugs busted off when loosening the lug nuts. I was able to get the car towed to their shop on Sunday night and they had all new lugs installed on Monday afternoon. Great shop and really nice guys.

Found these guys on google looking for a place to do my state inspection and couldn’t be happier with their work. From simple work like removing my tints to doing the timing chain on my Subaru, these guys do the job right the first time and don’t take your whole paycheck when their done. My girlfriend and I take both our cars there and won’t be going anywhere else. More than fair prices with a staff that truly cares.

9/9/20 update,I disputed the charges with my bank because Airpark Automotive did not honor the reinspection, Airpark auto argued the dispute. On 9/8/20 I received an email that I won the case and received a full refund because both banks agree Airpark automotive did not do their job they were charging me for !!!8/1/20 update,After complaining to the Maryland State police inspection division trooper York came to my house and did a full inspection on my truck and came up with the conclusion there’s nothing wrong with my ball joints. When trooper York was speaking with the shop the shop claimed they put grease in the ball joints so that may have fixed them. Also claim they Head pictures because he takes pictures of everything like the leaky brake line. The trooper asked well where are the picture of the bad ball joints then and they replied oh we didn’t take them!!They refused to reinspect my truck and refused to give me a refund.I put a claim in with my bank and even my bank agrees that I should receive my money back because I did not receive the full services of a reinspection within 30 days.They are crocs at this shop stay clearOver priced Maryland state inspections. Plus they’re going to charge you an extra $31 if you don’t pass inspection to reinspect it and call it a relift fee. I had my van inspected three weeks ago at another facility but their estimate was too expensive so I did all the work myself at home. Took my van to these people because they were able to get me in right away. they claimed it needed a ball joint and brake lines from the master cylinder to the proportioning valve. Absolutely nothing wrong with my ball joints, Pictures prove it.Theyre not an honest company people and theres a reason they had no inspections scheduled and could take me right in when all the other shops were an average of 5 days out its because nobody goes there because of these bad practices. I have no clue where they got these good reviews from! Has to be friends posting.

First time and couldnt feel more at home. Place was very clean and staff went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable. Work was excellent and quotes were reasonable.

I Had another shop cancel a Maryland State Inspection this past week, called Airpark on Saturday and they understood and was willing to help Monday morning. Process was smooth, they keep me updated on everything via phone and email. Incredible service!

Jim is a completely honest and trustworthy mechanic. Ever since we moved here to Westminster, hes the only guy I use. Hes always friendly, fast, professional, and even saves me money, when possible. Cant say enough good things about this guy. Highly recommended!

Jim did the job right and was reasonably priced. He will try to save you money where he can and gets the job done in a timely manner. I have recommended the shop (my girlfriend has taken her car there) and I will use them again when the need arises.

I waited 2 hours for an emissions test. The only thing that didnt pass was my windshield wipers and I was charged $150 for something that could cost me $20 and 5 minutes to fix myself. I work hard for my money as a nurse and I feel cheated. Not going back.

I had Airpark Automotive put two tires on my car that I had purchased through an online dealer. Jimmy was more then happy to mount and balance my new tires as well as do a rotation even though I had not purchased the tires through his shop. They are very fair on prices and even only charged half price to do the rotation since two of the tires where already off the car. I highly recommend Airpark Automotive, Jimmy is very honest and nice person, and I will definitely be bringing my car back to him in the future. If you are looking to have your car serviced or worked on, this is the place to go!

Service over and above! Whenever I have an issue with my car, Airpark treats it as if it were their car. Thorough repairs, explanations as to how it happened, how to prevent problems, etc. One time I thought I had a major issue and it turned out to be absolutely nothing. Other car repair shops might have taken advantage, but they seemed happy to relieve me of my worry. I use them for all my familys cars and cannot recommend them enough!

As always, Airpark delivered impeccable customer service, diagnosis of the problem and in a timely manner. I would not trust my automobile needs to anyone else, many thanks to Jimmy and the crew!!!
