Service dept is very poorly run. Set up an appointment through the online website weeks in advance to deal with a safety recall. Put the recall number in the online appointment form. When I dropped off the vehicle on Friday morning staff member couldnt pull up the reservation and had me recite the recall number so they could write it down on paper. After I left they called Friday afternoon to say the needed part would not be in until Tuesday. This would have been easy to check before I left my vehicle there in the first place. Picked up my vehicle Saturday, dropped it back off first thing in the morning on Wednesday. I asked the staff how long the service would be. I was told at most 4 hours, half a day. I received no information about the vehicle all day, and called around 5PM to inquire about the vehicle and was told it would be ready in another hour, hour and a half. Terrible service end-to-end and will never bring business to this location again.
Would highly recommend this dealership! Brought our 2018 buick envision repaired from an accident. Ron in service and the unknown mechanic, took great care of my vehicle. With the current events going on we were really concerned about how long our vehicle would be out. Especially since its our only family vehicle. While the insurance company did their thing, Ron was on point with communication and helping us get updates on progress and getting our vehicle repaired asap. Thank you Ron and service crew!
