Where I go to get my auto parts. I called first and the guy who helped me was super respectful and was very knowledgeable. And when I went in to pick up my part I got the same service inside. Its close to my girlfriends house so Ill be going there often.
I came in needing help changing my battery. I was assisted by Kevin and Jeff. Jeff changed my battery and did an excellent job! I am no longer scared to drive my truck and have it die. Thanks guys!!! Jeff deserves a raise he went above and beyond the call of duty!
Excellent service by young man who was willing to banter and out up with my fathers humor! Which is hard to hear, bear with, and even respond to since hes a character youd never expect to come in joking around the way he was. Thanks again for laughing at his jokes and and making him laugh! Oh and the oil there is great haha

I dont like to write negative reviews of places because as a business owner, I know that it hurts to see a review potentially affect my business. With that being said, I do hope that the management can use this as constructive criticism for future circumstances.Personally, I felt like the attitude of the manager was not on par with how customers should be treated. I misparked in one of the stalls, and rather than asking me how he could help me, he only seemed to be focused on making me move. I would be more understanding if the parking lot was full, but there was plenty of parking all around. I was in a rush to move to make sure that it didnt affect his business in any way, but he didnt seem to care about helping me. The only thing that seemed to be on his mind was moving my car.Let me be clear, he seems like a great guy under normal circumstances, but in this circumstance on this day, I felt like he couldve done better to make me feel more welcome. Im wishing the best for him and the rest of his team moving forward.
Best customer service Ive received at an auto parts store. Manager Steve Nguyen would always help me find what I need and if its not currently stocked at his store, he would find it at another store or hub and get it delivered to his store. Great, durable products and their warranty is phenomenal.

I couldnt get what I needed, because I was looking for a small part of the part. But the lady on the desk was very kind, she took my stuff and look for it for a while. And came back saying, they dont sell the part of the part separately. And she said, sorry, and recommended me another store so that I can try. She even told me the direction. Very kind. I visited this store at 10:45am, May 13th 2021, the customer service was very bad when I was waiting to pay, but he just answered the phone and went looking for something, without seeming to know that I was waiting. After 20 minutes, I got bored and went to find another store. Never come back here again.

I’m not big on chain stores but the manager went out of his way to show me how to deal with my car so I’m aware of inexpensive fixes. He even suggested a certain part they carry but were much more expensive so without hesitation he told me to save money on this one item from another vendor. Their cool I’ll be back.
I visited this Auto Zone a little after 6 pm today along with my two boys and their father. I initially decided to stop in to pick something up to clean spilled coolant off of my engine. While my childrens father looked for a product that could do that, I figured I would ask the cashier for advice because my car started making a knocking noise that day as well. The cashier wasnt sure how to help but he did proceed to search for something that might. I told him that after doing some research online, I read that the knocking could be due to a bad air-fuel mixture. I dont think he found an answer to my question because he had to tend to other customers wanting to check out. Another employee, an older man came up to me and asked me in a stern tone what he could help me with. I told him, Well, I already talked to the other guy. He then proceeded to say in a passive-aggressive tone that he is not a mechanic and has no clue what I might be able to do it other than to go to a mechanic shop and have it looked at. I am not saying that I wouldnt be willing to do that but I was just looking for any possible quick fix that I could try. He told me to go down to Firestone right then and the location as well. The father of my children then came up to me with the product that we were going to use to clean the coolant with. He was telling me something about it when the man said, Oh, you want me to ring that up? And he said, Well, I was telling her that this is what we would use to clean the coolant off of her engine. The man then snatched it out of his hand and said, No, that wouldnt work. And proceeded to send me out of the store to a place that was closed. We feel that he was just trying to push us out because he thought we were going to steal something. We could be wrong but either way, I am very unhappy with my experience here today. The employees did not seem very interested in helping their customers. Do better guys!
This store is the epitome of what customer service should be. If you can communicate your needs without an attitude, I recommend this location. This review is solely for the current manager Tommy and any contributing team member who took part in helping me get my exhaust manifold gasket. Tommy came in on his day off to personally see through my situation. Get this man a raise or something!
I hated going to this autozone. I will not recommend this autozone to anyone in the near future. First, their customer service was the worst starting from the manager Vince right down to his employee CSR #12 (per the receipt). Vince was very rude and recommended the wrong spark plug the first time around. Second, My sister went to return the spark plug to get the correct one and they were also rude to her. The first time I went to purchase the spark plugs I assumed they gave me the right one per the make and model of my car but, I was wrong. When my sister went to return it they did not want to help.
Manager replaced my new battery it took a little persuasion but in the end i was starting to get a little mad then he said just swap the batterys ! Good move I was happy and they have a good manager there to make quick decisions that are fair. Thanks to both the people that night . good customer service will bring me back.. !!

My Battery died I had called a few minutes before 9 o’clock delivery time to help me install my battery literally save me I needed to take my mom to the doctors in the morning I just want to say how wonderful Christian in Josh very willing very polite and put in my battery without a problem I truly cannot say thank you enough I greatly appreciate it I drove away extremely happy May God bless those boys
The guy that helped was great only problem was he was the only one wearing a face mask.
Came in and had one of their guys order me a passenger side mirror and was given the drivers. When I came back to rectify the situation the associate acted like it was my fault that THEY ordered me the wrong part. Needless to say that I am not coming back.

I came to return the snowchain I didn’t use for my roadtrip, the chain is brand new and in original package I have the receipt as well but the old guy at the cashier name John kept yelling (he literally yelled) at me because I’m returning not at the same store I bought it since the other store was on my way to Yosemite and this one is close to my house but still as a customer I don’t see any problem with it since it’s not against their return policy. I’m probably fine if they didn’t let me return it and asked me to go back to original store but yelling at me is not acceptable. Fortunately an his coworker came out and settled down, he was totally opposite the other guy, super nice and politely explained to me why they don’t want to take it, he was the one who saved the this rating not to be the 1 star rating.

What made me come back to this location and made me a customer was, Christian A. He was the customer service guy who helped me with my car problem and answered all my questions. I wasn’t sure if I needed a new battery or had a bad alternator. I had stopped by another AutoZone near Westminster/Goldenwest to test out my battery and they weren’t friendly or helpful. So I went to this AutoZone instead for a second opinion (being that it was only a few minutes away). Christian not only tested my battery but took the time to answer all my questions and had such a great attitude. I wasn’t sure if my extended warranty for my car covered a battery so I left. Turns out that my extended warranty does not cover a battery. What made me come back to this specific location was the professionalism, the great customer service that Christian gave to us, the first time I stepped in to check my battery. I am a 100% customer service believer. And that’s exactly what I got here. 110% customer service. I purchased a battery from here and Christian changed my battery on the spot. Checked my alternator. And answered all my questions. This type of customer service is what makes people come back to certain locations. You never know who’s going to assist you and what type of service your going to receive. I’m glad I came in to this location to get a second opinion. It’s the help that I received from Christian that made me a customer to this location. There’s many AutoZone, but it’s the customer service you receive that makes you come back or never return. I’m definitely coming back to this location. Great prices, superior customer service from Christian A. Definitely coming here for all my car part purchases.

Quickly found the correct replacement parts for the headlamp bulb and cabin filter for a Yaris. Took the extra step to install the bulb even though anyone can do it on their own. Yaris has a particularly cramped access area to the bulb, but the employee took the time and multiple tries to get it installed right. Even remembered to test both high and low beam modes and took away the old bulb and garbage packaging when all was done.
