Great place I see no rodents in anywhere and they keep it clean

I have had a get experience with the company. Ashley was very polite and kind hearted. I could not be more happy. Not sure about price of units everywhere else but I have never had to rent a storage unit in 30 years. Overall I dont like 105$ a month but its a business. 5 stars for cubesmart

Noooooo! Just, no! We had a unit down the road from the office. Door was permanently UNLOCKED. Unit wasnt cleaned after last tenant. And there were leaks. No string to turn light on in unit. Was told someone would contact us so they could fix. Never did. Very poorly managed. NOT SAFE

After much experience looking around we decided on Cube Smart because of the price and customer service..they took us to our unit and made sure everything was great with the unit,.

This place is by far one of the best storage facilities ive used so far and ashley at the front desk has been so helpful everytime i need something she has made sure im happy!

The gate malfunctioned on two different occasions recently, and Management took a long time to respond (1 hour). I lost a few hundred dollars because of it. The worst part about it was that the manager was clearly upset with me because she had to manually come open the gate, as if thats not apart of her job description. The District Manager gave me a $40 discount off of my storage fee for the next month, but not being able to get to my work equipment because of a malfunctioning key pad is unacceptable. If it happens again Im going to Mr Stor It down the street.
