Our experience with Public Storage has been very good. I have been dealing with storage spaces for more than 10 years because of the nature of my work and this is by far the best. Mainly because of the manager there named Gema. She has been very helpful with everything we asked and more. We have 4 storage units and they are all in perfect condition and very clean. Gema contacts us every time a storage is emptied in the right area for us and now all of our storage units are next to each other which is very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this storage place!

Gema is absolutely amazing and a pleasure to speak with! She helped me tremendously in my time of need by going above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of before my out of state move. She was kind and helped me with figuring out the proper size needed for my items, especially since I am horrible with dimensions! She also came to another location just to assist me. She took to the time to let me see the difference between the unit sizes and also helped me with the Public Storage app and how to use it. I am extremely satisfied with her customer service. Gems is great! From the very beginning, when I made the reservation, Gema was on it! She followed-up after I made a reservation, patiently and professionally walked me through the entire process, and has been very responsive and available for any questions. Gema is jewel, a rare find; someone with great energy, work ethic and personable!

Highly recommend this storage facility. Not only did they upgrade the size of my unit after I booked it online but they made the entire process easy.The facility is monitored and patrolled with security cameras, it is very clean as well. Gema was extremely helpful to me with closing out my account and was already aware that my unit had been vacated even though I had neglected to call to let them know. She updated my account so that I wouldnt be charged the extra days because of my neglect. Excellent customer service

I had the pleasure of working with two associates (Gemma and Tommie) at the Westland, MI location on two separate dates. Both Gemma and Tommie were professional, and went well above and beyond to assist with obtaining the appropriate size units for our needs. Both answered questions and provided assistance in completing the on line documentation as well as walking us to the units and making sure the locks would work properly.We had originally thought we would only need one unit but when we arrived on the second day to unload items to that unit we discovered we would in fact need an additional unit. Tommie was working this day and was actually at the end of her shift and getting ready to leave for the day, very graciously remained on site to make sure we were able to find a unit and that it was accessible and the lock functioned properly. Both team members were awesome to work with!!! I would definitely recommend this location and these two staff members to everyone! Thank you Gemma and Tommie!!!

So,I had a bit of an attitude because I thought my storage key was lost with some other keys.Unfortunately, I displayed my frustration and my attitude even more when GEMA told me how long I had to wait in order to get into my unit.I know better and there was no excuse to take my frustration out on her (I didnt act out - I was simply annoyed).GEMA remained calm through my annoyance demonstration, which should have been directed at MYSELF since it was ME who.lost the keys..After GEMA described the keys - I realized I had the keys all along.I go to this location to pay my bill every month and every month GEMA is truly a JEM. She is always kind, considerate and helpful. Today, even with mytude she rocked it out so that I could do an upgrade with my unit.I think her customer service is exceptional. Easy move in process, well maintained property and units, very secure. A little pricey but the extra cost is worth the piece of mind. Gema explained everything well and made it quick and easy.

Gema was great and so helpful. Had issues renting the unit online and she assisted not only via the phone but also in person. Great help and good customer service is hard to find.In addition to Gema, we recently helped my parents unload a large uhaul into a storage unit that had to be purchased last minute. Colleen was very accommodating at finding them a unit ASAP and providing great service when we had to unload quickly.

Gema was great to work with. I called on Friday to inquire about space and visit to look at it. She called the following day to see if I was still interested and a possible time to visit and who I would be speaking to. I had a smaller unit reserved but was upgraded to a larger for the same price since the last small unit was taken. Overall, a good experience.

Gema was amazing!! She took the time to teach my wife and I to utilize the app to open the gate. We appreciate her kindness and patience.

I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from Gema. She answered all of my questions and explained each step of the application process. She showed me what packing products were available. Then she demonstrated how to input my gate code and how to lock my unit. I would definitely recommend this location of Public Storage.

I came into public storage today and I was helped by Ron. I had been trying to rent since the weekend. There was an issue on my account for whatever reason. Ron combed through the notes trying to figure out how to fix it. After several calls I made to the manager she finally called him with the okay to let me rent. He was very patient and helpful. Ron was also very personable and pleasant. I spoke with Candice over the weekend and she was also very nice, patient, and as helpful as possible. This is my second time using this location and Im very pleased with the service. Big thank you to Ron and Candice for being patient and helping me get my unit.

I came into this public storage on Warren rd a couple of weeks ago and bought a few boxes. Not only do they have amazing products but the customer service I received was truly amazing. Its ok. Not handicap friendly. Had to stand outside in the cold because only one agent was at the office. Everytime she needed to go into the storage yard everyone had to vacate the office. Storage access is good and first months rent is $1.

I have never rented a storage space before, but I have definitely experienced customer service and recognize when I am receiving exceptional customer service. Craig was awesome. He really took the time to explain the entire process and procedures of the Public Storage in Westland. All access is extremely user friendly and I actually lucked up to get a location inside the building with climate control. When I moved my items to my storage space, I was able to park my car directly in front of the door where my unit was literally right at the front. I would not have wanted it any other way. Craig displayed all the customer characteristics to me, such as friendliness, courteous, consistency, reliable and responsiveness. I definitely appreciate exceptional customer service which makes spending my money much easier. Thanks a bunch Craig

Tracy is a very good and knowledgeable manager. She always offers helpful assistance. She is patient and gives the same support to each customer. The buildings are clean and none of my property have been damaged.I am still in agreement with my original review. It is obvious that Tracy has people skills.
