I would highly recommend Westfield Tire & Muffler! My husband needed his muffler changed and we are extremely happy with the service provided! We left the car on Monday expecting it to be done by Wednesday, but they got it in and finished that same day which was so nice of them! The employee’s are very professional!! Pricing is very affordable! I would recommend this business to anyone!!

Every auto shop stereotype is out of the window with this place. Every individual was professional, honest, and extremely personable. My experience here was beyond exceptional. In my entire life Ive trusted one auto shop, and everywhere else has been a let down, but Westfield Tire & Muffler makes it two. Im a small business owner whose vehicle is used for both personal and business matters, so I dont have the time or money to get the runaround when it comes to repairs. Blown away by these guys, highly recommend.

I showed up at 7:45 a.m. on Monday morning with a low tire. They had me in and out within an hour. They were polite, informed me that there was a nail in the tire, and patched it up. The expedience and good attitude was well worth the $20.

Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. They dont offer you a bunch of BS. They get straight to the point. I went there for an estimate on some muffler work and they showed me what their concerns were and about what the cost would be and if they thought my decision was a good idea.

Weve searched a long time to find an honest mechanic.. Now weve found one. Most places Ive been to were usually double what I expected to pay. This place is the opposite of that. Its always been less then I expected. You wont be sorry

These folks are great! They know their stuff and charge well under $100/hour (which is about the norm in Hamilton County).

Competitive prices! Mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. They dont find extra things wrong with your car unless there really is an issue.

Avoid if possible. Replaced alternator on my car with another old used alternator, then the alternator had one screw. It requires three screws to be held in. Had it taken into another shop to find out the alternator belt was not the only issue. The alternator itself is not new and is also badly damaged due to faulty installation. They fixed problem no charge. But did not replace the alternator that was bad. New management is terrible stay away if you dont want bad service.

I love this place. I usually have a friend do my car repairs, but when he is unable, I take my cars here. They always try to do the repairs for the cheapest amount possible, and the estimate is clear where the money is going. They will also tell you if they find other problems, but they wont just dive in and repair it unless you tell them to, so you know what your bill is going to be before the work is done. I live in Castleton now, but I make the drive to this place because I feel like they are one of the few honest mechanics left.

I want to commend Cam at Westfield Tire and Muffler. Our car wouldnt start and we were sure it was battery or alternator related. It was neither and Cam knew right away. He was able to correctly diagnose it immediately as a fuse issue and replace it and got us back on the road. We live near Geist and are always willing to drive to Westfield Tire to get tires, oil changes or repairs because they are a reputable, honest company. And they know what they are doing.
