Excellent service… Great customer service too! And I’m very picky about who touches my car;-). Frank resolved the noise coming from the front end of the car which was in my opinion very hard to pinpoint. Problem solved, noise gone!!!

Recently had my vehicle inspected here and they were great. When I called to ask if they did inspections the lady who answered the phone gave me all the info I needed, while barely taking a breath :-) (she must get similar calls all day) in between sentences. She provided their daily hours, what time their lunch break was, & told me it was 1st come 1st serve. I arrived the next morning with 2 vehicles in front of me. From the time I left my house (I am only a few miles down the road) until I returned I was gone an hour. I would definitely recommend Pro Automotive Repair. I had a great experience with them.

Called this place because Freightliner doesnt do 3 axle alignmentsAngry sounding girl answers the phone,and proceeds to tell me its$450.00 for a three axle alignment!!!!! ARE YOU PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR &%$#%%^ MINDS???? SOME PEOPLE HAVE NO SHAME!!!!

Went to this shop because i thought my ball joint broke they made sure to take my car for a test drive look up and down my car to find out what was wrong it with. Beyond friendly staff and great work. By far best experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop.

I was looking for a new mechanic when I moved into the area. I went with Pro Automotive because it was a nice clean looking operation. If a business does not have pride in its appearance, it wont have pride in its work is my theory. I have not been disappointed with my experience.They are not cheap, but no one is and they have saved me a lot compared to going to the dealer for repairs.

Pro Automotive has been my first and only choice for vehicle service and sales since I got my licence 10+ years ago. It is also were my family goes and trusts. They are honest and friendly which keeps myself and my family coming back again and again. There are many automotive repair places that try taking advantage of people in a pinch, this is not the case with Pro Automotive. If they find something of concern they will let you know but will not pressure you into anything. The facility is very clean and has the latest equipment to ensure your vehicle is treated well. The waiting area is very nice and it is always a pleasure speaking with Lisa at the counter and the mechanics when they come into the office which makes the customers feel welcome and appreciated.

Very friendly Service! From the Front and back of house!! I was there for an inspection sticker and I was well taken care of and attended to in the waiting area..they were fast and I was out within a half hour!

This is my go to place for my inspection every year because they are quick and professional. I have not used them for mechanical services so I can not speak to that portion of their business.

In order to be fair I want to let you know I went there a year ago, January 2012. I went for an inspection and was treated courteously. The place looked modern and the people behind the desk were straight to the point and friendly. It was jam-packed busy but I was well-informed of my wait. It only ended up taking 30 mins. Im about to return for inspection so hopefully its all good still. Ill try and let you all know.

The good people at Pro Auto go out of their way to treat the customers with respect. I have been going there for a while actually since it was Hyders and I have had no problems what so ever ! and no we are not family and I only know them through their work most places tend to treat people in wheelchairs like your injuries make you stupid or your a leper as if they can catch a spine injury from you But not at Pro and I am glad that they made it through the fire and came out stronger thanks for the service Johnny

I would like to respond on the review from Heather Pellegrini I did not order the wrong part the dealer shipped the wrong part once I found out the part was incorrect I quickly called and resolved the problem . I also kept the insurance Company informed on any issuesThe insurance Co updated the claim amount I was informed on the amount to bill the customer by the insurance co advisor. It seems that Heather is upset because she was unable to pocket any of the insurance claim money

Awesome amazing customer service !

UPDATE: Our vehicle was leaking exhaust and making loud noises after Pro did the repairs. We brought it to a qualified mechanic who identified over $1,500 additional work covered by insurance WHICH PRO failed to diagnose and sent us out the door with an unsafe vehicle. What should have taken a week took over a month due to their inability to diagnose and repair. STAY AWAY!Lisa ripped us off, ordered the wrong part which left us without a vehicle for an extra week while at the same time ripping off the insurance company for keeping it on the lift when the error was hers and the customer was the one inconvenienced. Additionally, broke my key fob and claimed it arrived that way even though quotes emailed prior had no mention whatsoever of a problem with the fob. Crooks and liars....beware.

They were friendly enough but charged way too much for an oil change ($70!) and then didn’t tighten the drain plug all the way and I lost a lot of oil.
