First and foremost.... They are the most HONEST mechanics youll ever find! They tell ya how it is why it is and what it is before doing anything! They take time to work with you to ensure you not only get what you need but understand everything thats going on and getting done! There work is superior in quality too!! And theyre able to get the job done quickly for you while still keeping the quality the same! Pikeside had the best price on a new tires for my specific vehicle.

I needed a battery checked and changed out for my sister that was stranded, I called and talked with Lisa and Matt to see if they had the battery we needed on hand. They did have one in stock and my next request was if they could and would change it for her while she waited when we arrived with the car without an appointment and Lisa said sure bring it down. Very nice people to deal with, I have had a lot of car issues solved here and have sent many family members to Pikeside and all were pleased with the service. Never have had any issues, Kerry is great, the guys are nice. Im never having to wait, I recommend getting an appointment with them for any job since its a popular and bust place! Its cheaper to get an oil change here than other places in the area..

I have brought my vehicles here a few times without any problems. Today I brought my 2009 Honda Pilot in for a tailgate switch. I originally brought it to a Honda dealership and got a high quote. I brought it to Brian at Pickside and he said he could fix it cheaper. I recieved a call from the receptionist ( very rude, unknowledgeable, and unprofessional), telling me there is a problem. The part was replaced, but my vehicle is not fixed. She stated that since they went off of the dealers diagnostic and that they did not diagnose the problem that I owed them $258.00 without the car fixed . The receptionist said it wasnt their problem because they went off someone elses diagnose. I then went to pikeside paid for my unfixed car and asked to speak with Brian. She refused to let me speak with him. Really a sad situation because Matt and Brian always treated me well. The old receptionist was much nicer and way more professional. A coustomer lost due to a receptionist. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

My mother in law was very pleased!! They brought her to the bank & insurance company to get everything set for the car!! They dropped the car off to her at her house! I highly recommend Pikeside to anyone!! Thank you all for everything you did!!

Very friendly staff my first time there I was skeptical about auto repair shops but they proved me wrong. I really hope they never change their way of good customer service that is a plus with customers I will do business with them in the future again. I highly recommend going to them they are very friendly and are very courteous to customers needs. Service goes along way if you know how to treat customers right and they certainly do.

I sent my stepdaughter off to Westfield State on monday and her exhaust was hanging down, i called pikeside auto and talked with katlynn on tuesday she said bring it by friday and they will take care of it, which they did.
