Had a great experience with Maaco Westfield. My grandpa left me his old truck and Im working on fixing it up over time and it needed the roof and hood painted badly. All the five star reviews are true. After plenty of research and a bad experience at a different location on a different project, I found the PERFECT spot. Aws, the owner, treats you like family. He personally explained different price points and options. He helped manage my expectations at my price point. He let me take off parts off to save money. He encouraged me to stop by to check on my car at any stage of the project, which helped ease my nerves. Aws and his crew were welcoming with my family, which meant a lot to me because this project is very sentimental to us.My car had door dings, deep car keys vandalism, rust and many other issues. Aws and his crew addressed and fixed everything. I chose a single stage paint which fit my budget. My expectations were blown out of the water. The paint was a perfect color match to what I had previously. The body work is perfect!But what helps Aws stand out over any one else is that I know if I have any issues with this project that he and his crew will make it right.I’ve already started recommending this location to friends and family. MAACO IN WESTFIELD IS THE BEST PLACE EVER!! I anticipated an estimate of over $1000 to have my car repaired. Aws Hattab is the owner who worked with me. After looking at two areas in need of repair, he explained that one of the areas only needed to be cleaned up. I waited just a few minutes, and he returned my car looking brand new!! He also gave me a very reasonable quote to repair the other area. What was most impressive is that he didnt charge me a dime!! My son took his car to Maaco in Westfield approximately a year ago. I hit a deer with my car and I was looking for somewhere local that I could take my car to get it fixed instead of taking it to a large chain. I went in at lunch and they gave me a quote in 15 minutes and they were great to work with! Once I got my insurance check I made an appointment and they got started right away. I was very impressed with the care that they put into my car. They made sure that they had the right part and made sure that it looked great! You cant even tell that there was any damage done to the car. I would highly recommend bringing your car here if you have any damages.

I am visiting from Virginia and have been wavering for a while about having my Dodge Durango painted. I decided after speaking with the owner to drop by for an estimate. He and I hit it off from the beginning. I really appreciated the honest estimate I received, my intention was to have the whole vehicle painted. However, as it turned out I didnt need the whole vehicle painted, which saved me thousands of dollars. I was also concerned about the paint being mismatched because my SUV was six years old, but they did a fantastic job with the paint as well as the repairs for the damage to body, it looks brand new. I also received pictures and updates almost on a daily basis. I am 100 percent satisfied and would highly recommend Aws the owner and his Maaco paint shop.

I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my van. I had an exterior color change and from blue to black and my van looks show quality! The body work welded in was immaculate, no short cuts. Paint job was excellent, no over spray anywhere. Employees detailed the dos and donts as to caring for the vehicle for a few weeks until my van was fully cured. Crystal is gone now, so is the other good estimator that was up front, now it’s just the owner (that doesn’t speak good English) and his wife (that also doesn’t speak good English). They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to drop your car off right then and then they will do whatever they want to your car, the paint looked horrible and I had to wait sooo long to get my car back even though the owner told me it would be 3-4 days more like 10-12. I’ll upload pictures when I get home and cool down a little.

I came in with a 2011 Escape with 8 years of dings, scratches, dents, and some rust. They provided an estimate in less than an hour, the work took about 10 days, and the final product was perfect. I took my Chevy Cruze in to have both rear quarter panels painted. I was greeted and treated professionaly by Lisa and Crystal. The work on the car was exceptional. They made a mistake on a door jam and called to let me know that they were taking care of it free of charge. They easily could have left it and said nothing and counted on me not noticing. They run a high class shop in the service they provide that is head and shoulders above most others.

Owner keeps the materials locked up so employees have to stop track him down to get whats needed to do the job but wants 1 whole car painted in 1hr and 8 cars a shift ...Dont you know theres flash times moving car in out the booth and mixing the materials very impossible task FOR ANYONE! Recently I took my 2002 Honda Civic Si in to Maaco Westfield, IN. My cars paint was worn out. Aws Hattab was very receptive to what I was looking for out of my car.I received the estimate and liked what I saw. I dropped the car off 3 days later to have my Black Civic color changed to destroyer gray (a Chrysler color).The body prep guys did a great job and Aws kept me informed about every step. Aws also sent pictures every step for my record.About 10 days after I dropped the car off, the car Wes painted. The car looks fantastic.I would highly recommend Maaco Westfield for doing any paintwork on your car.
