I was amazed at what Raul and his team could do with my car. I asked him to remove some circular scratches that even I could not get out on my hood. These scratches were visible and they had been bothering me a lot. I took my car to this place and went the extra mile and got the whole car detailed. I went with the gold package cause Raul said thats the best value for what your car looks like right now. I love that Raul is honest and found what package suited my car even if it was cheaper than the other available packages. I left the car there overnight and picked it up in the morning. When I arrived in the morning I checked to see how the car looked. The large circular scratches on the hood looked as if they werent there, to begin with. I couldnt find them no matter how hard I looked and I looked hard. The car also shines and feels super smooth and the interior looks like it just came out of the manufacturing plant. The leather is much smoother than it was before and you could feel and see all the work he put into the car. I always pass this place and see Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and other exotic cars here and I now know why. Cars that are expensive deserve Rauls professionalism in what he does. I am sure I will see him again to get my car detailed again in the not so distant future. If anyone wants to get their car detailed here they definitely should it really is amazing what he does.

Prestige was amazing! I’m prepping my limited edition 2019 car to sell and it had acid rain on the paint and windows! They did an incredible job at getting the marks/staining out without damaging the paint. Raul was so kind and the pricing was unbeatable!

This is second time using Prestige Auto Studio.They did a full in and out of my 2010 Honda Element. The headlights were foggy and they repaired them to the original clarity. Some of my plastic trim on the vehicle had been neglected over the 11 years of ownership of the Element, Raul suggested a solution to restoring the trim. I couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism, and quality of work.Yes they do Ferrari’s, Bentley’s, etc. but they cared for my Element just the same.Highly recommend Prestige.

I made an appointment with Raul for 9AM a couple of weeks ago. When I went there he told me that he can only start working on my SUV at 12PM because he just booked a big job and my car will not be done before 3-4PM. I told him that I was not able to do that because I needed the car, at latest, 3PM. He then told me that the car will be done by 2PM, so he would not loose my business. Around quarter to 2PM he called me and told me the car was not going to be ready before 3PM. I told him that it was unacceptable that he did not finish it as promised. He yelled at me on the phone Okay, so what are you gonna do then?. He also complained that the car was dirty with dog hair and some stains. Isnt that why you take the car to detailing for $180? I was shocked. When I went to pick up my car at 3PM, it was outside engine running, heat turned on to the highest. Drying the seats, I guess. The mat from the trunk was missing. He found it inside all dirty. I left without a word because I did not want to get into an argument but take a look at the attached pictures for yourself and see what a sloppy job he did. Additionally, the side of my car was scratched. I will never return.

I had a perfect experience at Prestige. Went in for a full interior and exterior detailing (Platinum package) and Raul pointed our that we needed to change three exterior panels due to some damage.Pricing was very fair and Raul kept me updated on the status along the way. Finished on time, and the result was perfect, as promised!Breathed new life into our 7-year old car that takes a beating from two kids.

The Owner Raul, is truly a great guy, funny, nice, caring and professional. My 9 year old son loves him, I have been using him for years, he details my cars twice a year and washes them probably 4 times a year. Recently I was side swiped while parking the dent and paint work was pretty severe. He did a great job, every time he gives me my care back it looks like brand new. And I have given him some doozies!!!! His work is impeccable.

After contacting and speaking at length with the owner I was grateful to have found a trusted, experienced, and local source for the wheel repair my Land Rover needed. He took time to educate me and made sure I understood the process which was greatly appreciated. However, after calling numerous other repair businesses, I quickly learned there was a very wide range in quality throughout this industry. Furthermore, I learned a great deal about the process which led to a much better understanding of what questions I should be asking. Next day, I called the owner back and could have sworn it was a different person I was speaking to. After asking if he machined the wheels in house or if he sent them out I was ultimately told, thats none of my business. Upon explaining to him I simply wanted to ensure whomever was to perform the work was doing so using the methods I am seeking rather than a common cheaper/inauthentic/faux method. Well, this clearly insulted him. He has a guy that the customer doesnt need to know about and my $1,000 repair job was unworthy as he does $10,000 wheel repairs regularly (doubtful). Sure Im a picky customer when it comes to my car, but a customer has a right to know who they are hiring to work on their vehicle and furthermore, at minimum, a customer at least has a right to ask. The best part, after our final phone call, he thought it would be a strong professional move to text my cell phone and inform me, once again, that he feels its outrageous I should ask that question . -

Top class service and quality. Only recently purchased a car of my own and am quite happy to leave it with the team at Prestige Auto Studio. Ive had my car detailed a few times, tinted, and a minor ding from another cars door taken care of. They do a stellar job and are transparent about costs.For what its worth, would consider myself an auto enthusiast, collecting models, watching GT/F1 series, and drawing cars as a boy. So I quite appreciate the effort and care on display here.While Im located here, I dont plan to take my car anywhere else.

I was actually shocked by the customer service, and definitely not in a good way. Despite the overall rude demeanor of the gentlemen who greeted me after I was waiting 20 minutes and than asked for someone to help me book an appointment. My first question was “What is this silica treatment you have listed on your gold package” . Pretty fair question i’d say, the response was “What? Don’t you know anything about detailing”. Despite the rude answer I still say no I don’t, mind helping me out? Gentlemen goes on to stare at me for 30 seconds before saying “Don’t you have google?” So yeah unless you are a detailing professional yourself I don’t think you want to come here.

Raul and his team did a wonderful job in repairing a small dent and scratches on the back of my car - it looks brand new.I also bring my car in regularly for cleaning and detailing, as well as other services like window tinting, caliper covers, etc. The car always looks immaculate after service by Raul and his team.

The finished product is always beyond my expectation and he does whatever he needs to satisfy his customer. He doesnt take shortcuts and treats the work like it was his personal property. We dropped my husbands car off this past weekend for the “platinum detail package.” The car, a 2011, was in desperate need of some TLC - serious paint swirls, had some dings and an overall dull appearance. Raul and team did not disappoint! The car looked brand new - both inside and out! Raul also stayed late on a Saturday night to make sure it was completed that day, which we appreciated it. We will certainly be back (possibly this week with my car)! Reasonable prices, great staff and amazing work!

Went to Prestige when the leather door panel of my ‘05 Ford Escape peeled off. He said he could fix it and gave me a quote. The job became more complex when the new adhesive wouldn’t stick to the old foam underneath. Raul ordered new foam, got the job done and honored the price he quoted me. I also had the car detailed and it looks brand new! Great guy and great service!

Raul and his team are excellent. I have a AMG Mercedes in black which I usually only wash myself. However, I have great trust and confidence in Raul and Prestige Auto Studio. I had only the exterior washed but when it was finished, my car looked new like the day when I took delivery.I would recommend Prestige without reservations whether you have an exotic/high end automobile or not.

Raul did a WONDERFUL Job. I took in my 2003 c240 Mercedes Benz which sat in the elements for 18 months. The car was in real bad condition. It was black but had rust stains and differing shades of black. The inside is supposed to be tan but was dirty. When I picked the car up it looked like I just took it out of the showroom. I couldnt believe how Fantastic it Looked. That guy works miracles. If you believe your car is in horrible shape take it to Raul he will bring it BACK TO LIFE!!!!!

I brought in my 15 year old Aston Martin Vanquish for a paint correction and ceramic coating, Raul brought it to a factory new finish. Amazing attention to detail, spotting imperfections that I had missed and providing good value for money. He is happy to work on my schedule and to phase the work to accommodate parts being transported from the UK. I am so satisfied with the work done that I have already recommended him to my Aston Martin Owners Club colleagues.

Prestige does great work. My black car had a ton of swirls and the car is now swirl free. I did have to return it to have some corrections done but Raul is a man of his word!

Decided to give them a try and got my Harley detailed there today. I am very particular when it comes to my bike. Nobody else sits on, touches or cleans it because I dont trust they wont screw something up. I needed to get it detailed so I looked around, a lot, and finally decided to try Prestige. After getting my Street Glide back today (same day) I can say, with certainty, that this will be the only place I come for detailing any vehicle. I am beyond happy with the work that was done.My bike looks better than it did they day I bought it. The grease and oil spots I could not remove are gone, marks on the chrome... gone. Amazing. I spend 2 hours cleaning it every other week and Ive never come close to the level of spotlessness that I saw today. The whole process was excellent.I see some reviews here that say Prestige is exsessively costly and, yes, it wasnt cheap. That being said, you absolutely get what you pay for. When I pay someone to do a job I expect them to do a better job than I would and they absolutely did. I honestly did not expect to be this satisfied. As I stated above, Prestige Auto will be getting my business from now on.

We hit a deer and the front-end of our car was just a wreck after the impact. After speaking with our insurance company and telling them we wanted the work to be completed by Prestige Auto Studio we notified Raul and he immediately sent a tow truck to pick up our car and take it back to the shop. Just purchased a used vehicle that had many exterior scratches and interior stains (and a weird smell). After doing some research and reading many positive reviews, I brought my CR-V to Raul and Prestige. Yes, theyre a little pricey, but they performed magic on my car removing many of the scratches and stains, and of course, getting rid of the interior smell. All in all, extremely happy with the service and I would definitely recommend Prestige and would not hesitate bringing my other vehicle for them to detail.

Less than two weeks after purchasing my new Model X I noticed a dent in the hood and was devastated. Believing that PDR should fix the problem, Tesla recommended a highly rated “Tesla certified auto body shop. Upon the shop’s review they stated PDR would not work and quoted me a price to replace the entire hood ($3000+). After looking for alternative options I contacted Prestige Auto Studio and Raul said he knows aluminum and he can fix the issue. Meticulously, Raul worked his magic and after a few hours the hood was perfectly restored to its original form. Best of all Raul restored it “the right way” by not drilling a single hole which was my #1 concern. The detailing service was top notch as well. I cannot thank Raul enough for his skills, professionalism, and attention to detail; Prestige has earned my loyalty.

I bring all my cars to Prestige Auto Studio in Westfield, NJ. They are simply the best! They can do anything and they do it better than everyone else. The prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend them. All my friends go there too.

Have to say I am very satisfied with my vehicle. Did full detail including under the hood. Even got a protector put on my soft top. Customer service was spot on. Always answer their phone calls.

I want to start with the work done (detailing) was done well. Now that is out of the way, need to talk about customer service. My mother-in-law brought her car in the other day to have detailed. She was given a quote of $225, but then upgraded the wax, etc which brought it up to $235. When she went to pick up her car, she was dealing with Raul. She was pretty shocked to find out that she was being charged $285 now. When she asked why the extra $50, she was told because there were extra scratches on the car. There was no phone call or any communication saying what was found, that it would be more cost involved, etc. She felt like she was being taken advantage of, and asked flat out, are you doing this because I am a woman? Raul responded sternly that he is the man there. They settled on $250 because she just wanted to get her car back. Totally unprofessional, be careful when going here.

They might have good service, but their prices are OUTRAGEOUS.If you dont look around first you will be ripped off here. Easily 50% more than other people doing the same exact work.

Recently, I needed minor bodywork done to my white BMW and I immediately thought of trying this business (I like to support local small businesses). I called Friday morning and they were able to accomodate me immediately. They are professional, punctual, fairly priced, and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend you take your vehicle to Prestige, whether its for yearly detailing, or for minor bodywork - they are truly experts in their trade. Personally, I was very happy with the results, and will be going back to them in the future for routine detailing.

So bad that it chipped a good chunk of the paint and it was down to the bare metal.Like most Yelp user, I did a search for a body shop in the area and Prestige Auto came up. Based on the reviews, I decided to give them a try. I reached out via Yelp and got a response from Raul within mins.Since I was getting the car repaired, I decided to also get a full exterior and interior detail. When I came to pick the car up, I was AMAZED at how clean my car was. It was like it just rolled out of the dealer.Not only was the door ding repaired but the paint matching was flawlessNow even though they are on the pricey side of things, I am a firm believer in paying a lot for something just as long as the quality is there.Raul and Co. do NOT fail!Not only is the quality of work amazing but the customer service goes above and beyond. I was scheduled to pick the car up 5:30p but I got held up at work. Raul was kind enough to stay after hours.Its the small things like this and the attention to detail that will make me a customer for life.

Rating as to their customer service. I called and ask if they can fix paint chips and scratches. They said I had to come in for them to look at it. Drove there in the morning and a worker there, said the person who needs to look at it and give an estimate, Raul (i think), was out running an errand and would be back around an hour and a half later. I showed that worker some of the chips and scratches and he said they probably could fix it. Instead of just waiting there for that long, I gave that worker my phone number to call me back as soon as Raul comes back and I would come right back to which he said ok. I dont live around there, so I had to drive around and find things to do to kill time. After two and a half hours later of not receiving a call, I call to make sure that Raul wasnt back yet and they said hes been back. Guess he was busy or the worker forgot? I drive back there and some guy comes out, not sure if it was Raul, to see what I wanted. I tell him I have some chips and scratches I wanted to see if they could fix them alone or with any of their detailing packages. I first show him a tiny spot of touch up paint that I knew he probably couldnt fix or make better and he couldnt, so Im fine with that part. But then, I show him a rock chip and ask him if they could fix it. He says no. I show him moderate scratches in different parts. He quickly says no to them all. I show him him light scratches in different parts. More quick noes, so I just leave. He looked and sounded more and more annoyed and quick with his noes as I showed him the chip and different scratches, like he didnt want my business. They should have told me when I first called or showed the first worker, they dont fix paint chips. I was only looking for a detailer that could fix both chip and scratches. As for fixing scratches, it seemed like if you see it at all a foot away, then they cant fix it. Under specialties on their website, they actually list minor bodywork and show pictures. I guess what I needed fixed is major bodywork to them now and their website is outdated. I definitely feel like I wasted my time and gas going there.

I have a 2007 MDX which had gotten rusted water on the car which didnt come out in a regular car wash. Hence I really needed to have it professionally detailed. After doing some research on line I decided on Prestige. My car is practically new looking!!!!!! I also had them remove those pesky little dents and the foggy headlights! Raul is clearly a perfectionist which he must instill in his team. To my delight they had also cleaned and vacuumed the rugs and lightly cleaned the inside (I can hardly wait to have the inside detailed.) I will absolutely be back on a more regular basis for detailing.

About six months ago, I bought a beautiful, low mileage 10yr old Jaguar XK8 coupe, but it really needed to been cleaned properly. Driving it was like wearing a second hand suit before sending it to the dry-cleaners!Raul and team did an incredible job after I engaged them to auto-detail my car. I was thrilled that the car looked like new inside and out when I picked it up. I also had the wheels repaired (the prior owner must have scuffed them pretty bad on a curb) and they also look beautiful.I LOVE that my cheaply acquired second hand purchase looks like new!More recently I took my Jaguar back to Raul after reversing into my Mother-in-laws Lexus (completely unintentional I can assure you ... I couldnt have a nicer in-laws). Once again, Raul and team did a fabulous job, this time repairing the broken taillight and rear body and bumper damage. What really stood out of the extra level of care demonstrated, for example: Raul explained that he repainted the doors to ensure they matched the body work hed undertaken (not mentioned in the original quote), and hed even taken the time to remove an ink stain in my leather seats (which he didnt even mention it when I picked the car up).Once again, my car now looks like new (inside and out). I brought my 5 year old vehicle in to Prestige Auto Studio, and they gave me back what appeared to be a brand new vehicle. They took out all the interior stains and exterior scratches and dents, while restoring everything to like new condition. I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw how good everything came out. Raul and team are a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be back.

But they gave me an estimate and when they finished the job, the bill was for exactly the same amount, no hidden charges. I would come here again for any car audio problem or installation anytime. There arent many things I hate about summer. Having to park under a bunch of trees that are essentially a playground for what seems like the citys entire bird population is certainly one thing. Suffice it to say, in the months of July and August, my car is a disgusting mess. Today, after doing some research, I took my car to Prestige Auto Studio in Westfield and Im so glad I did! Raul and Shawn transformed my birdpoopmobile back to how it looked when I bought it...and quickly! I HIGHLY recommend going to Prestige! It even smells new...Thank you Raul and Shawn!! Raul was awesome in finding a solution to adding Bluetooth to my 2007 volvo S80. I must have called about 4 installers in the area and Raul and his staff were the only ones to take the time and research my options. He installed a system that basically worked like a factory Bluetooth system. I would highly recommend Raul and his staff for electronics car needs. I will soon be trying him out for auto detailing, and I will post my experience.
