The guys are very fast and friendly and do a great job explaining everything (which is nice when you don’t know much about cars and are going by yourself) the prices are very reasonable as well. I initially went to this location to just change a tire that I had a nail in, however upon being at this location I was speaking with one of the managers and he was able reassure me that he could help with my headlight issue I was having and explained everything so nicely to me. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the process and so I chose to get my tires done as well as their head light cleaning and let me tell you I will always recommend this location! They did such an amazing job!! I cannot begin to explain how horrible my headlights were before - I could barely even see a foot in front of my car and with the help of their wonderful team I am back on the road and can see as if my headlights were brand new out of a box! My car is a 2008 and even with all of the products I tried using I could never have done as amazing of a job as these guys did, my headlights were so gross the film on the inside was caked up and cracking from how gross they were.If you want a place you can genuinely trust with your car I highly suggest coming here!

I went in for a tire change due to some screws in it. They found a sensor was broken and repaired that for me as well. After all of it was taken care of my van decided to have an attitude! It wouldnt start and things wouldnt work on it! The guy (forget his name) stayed with the van until it was fixed and told me if something happened to come right back! The worked well with our budget and our needs. I had my 2 year old with me and he did great and they handled having a kiddo in the store amazingly! Great personalities and easy to talk to the gentlemen I talked to! We will be returning for sure! Thanks guys!

I came to mr. Tire in Westerville and Kirk and his team aided me with the best service. Definitely went way over my expectations. There were unforeseen issues and my car had to be kept over night and Kirk and his team got it done the next day. I definitely will never go anywhere else for car troubles, this place and Kirk and his team are highly highly recommend!!!!!

I usually take my Mercedes to Germain for service but a friend of mine recommended MR TIRE a mile from my home. I was completely shocked to find the same, if not better, professional service at a third of the price. Kirk was very helpful in locating my under seat cabin air filter and ensuring they stock the correct oil filter before I arrived. Five stars for the Westerville Rd. MR TIRE

I just want you and everybody else to know that lives in Westerville Ohio that Kirk at the Mr tire auto service center is a fantastic, very helpful, very kind. I appreciated everything he did for me today. I brought my car in because my tire was leaking constantly and he took care of the valve, the leak and he did it in a timely fashion. This is the second time that I have visited the shop and both times have been treated very well and the work was very good. I would recommend him and this shop to anybody any day of the week.

Howdy everyone, I wanted to take the time to let you know I Highly recommend the customer service at this location. Ask for Isaiah because his customer service both over the phone and later in person was top notch and met all my needs. Had a valve stem that was rusted out and Isaiah took the time to explain what was wrong and how they could help without upselling me or making me wait at all. I will be using this location going forward.

Had a great experience at Mr. Tire on Westerville Rd today, thanks to Curt. They saved me a lot for money and refused to take advantage of me. I will definitely be back for my future auto repair needs. Isaiah provided great customer service as well.

I have been a Mr. Tire customer for years. I have had positive interactions with all the employees and have always been pleased with the service provided. Today Isaiah and David were no exception. They were both courteous, professional, and helpful. The guys and gals who work here definitely make customer service a to priority.

We were leaving on a short road trip and noticed our tires weren’t holding air. We stopped in a haste at Mr. Tire and they quickly diagnosed the problem as a screw in our tire. Before we knew it, our car was on a lift and getting fixed.It all happened so fast, I didn’t even get the guys’ name. I’ll be back for all my auto care needs.

I called 12 different shops and physically went to 3 and neither were willing to mount/balance a single tire that I bought new online. The wheel and tire was loose in the bed of my truck. Midas turned me down because i did not buy the tire there. Finally, the guys at Mr Tire got me in right away without thinking twice. The tire size deterred the other shops but Mr Tire had no problem mounting/balancing a 275 30 19 quickly and couteously. Thank you!

Underneath my car was rattling. Isiah met me at the front desk and I told him what was happening. He took my keys and got it up on the lift. He told meMy heat shield has rusted and the other half came off. He said we can get it off in about 20 minutes. At the end he said no charge. I can’t imagine it going smother than that. On another the other hand my dealer said it would be month before they could get me in so I’m glad me tire was open on Labor Day and ready to help.

This location is absolutely terrible. I took my car in and they told me the alternator needed replaced. Okay. They replaced it and 2 days later it was back in the shop and they told me I now needed a new battery. Okay again. Got that, and then for a third time it was back in and again it was the alternator…. They put a bad one in the first time which in turn drained my battery that I had to have replaced. So they put yet ANOTHER alternator in it and not 3 weeks later it’s back in the shop- but this time I took it to Firestone instead and they told me THAT THE ALTERNATOR was bad yet again. So 3 alternators and a battery later and it’s finally fixed thanks to Firestone. The district manager and the general manager of this location were also extremely rude and unhelpful. The district manager said that I would get a refund for only 1 of the 2 bad alternators they put in and I still have yet to see the refund. So $1600 later and nothing has been done to resolve this absolutely horrible experience. I’m not sure who has $1600 to just throw around these days but I guarantee you it is not me.

Took my car in to get my exhaust/muffler looked at because I knew it needed work after getting it diagnosed at Subaru. They told me I needed a new intermediate pipe. I have them the okay went and paid $400 and when I got in the car and drove away my car was still loud. I took it back two days later where Kirk, (who is a super nice guy) told me he could hear it, but it was because it was after market pieces and it came in multiple pieces so it is going to be loud. Me not knowing, drove away thinking this is my car now. After a week and it sounding louder, I took it back telling them I wasn’t accepting this, my car couldn’t have been fixed due to the loud sound it was making. Kirk called and informed me they put the wrong size gasket on it and it needed rework. He did his thing. Went and got it and it at no extra charge sounded much better, had a tiny bit of noise but I felt better. Went to Valvoline for an oil change and my muffler got caught on there bay! How embarrassing! They informed me how my muffler was sagging due to Mr Tire not putting a hanger for support, they put three clamps on the pipe that wasn’t needed, they put puddy on the exhaust that was cracking due to the heat and I STILL HAD AN EXHAUST LEAK! I paid $400 to not have my vehicle NOT fixed! 1 star for Kirk’s great customer service and a 0 for the service itsel!

Had a Tire that needed a patch and I ended up trying 6 different tire shops from mr.tire in gahanna to Firestone to tire choice to new Albany Firestone and many others I called this location and they had me come in right away I had to meet with a realtor at 6pm and I had been searching for a place to fix my tire since 3pm they had me in and our in 10mins at the most. And they didnt even charge me for the patch. 10/10 service

Kirk was wonderful. Did a full used car inspection. Found tons of stuff I never would have known about otherwise. Super thorough job and probably saved me thousands of dollars. Super courteous too and great price. Very happy.

Can only give a one star because I was not able to get any services done. Made an appointment for May 2 at 10:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrive to see the open sign on but doors locked and no employees in the building. Called multiple times with no answer. Cant even leave a voice mail. This would have been my first time using Mr Tire. I will not be trying now and will tell any one who ask not to use them as well.

I always get my oil changed there. Great guys. I like how they tell you when youre going to need something done so you can plan for it in advance. I never feel like theyre trying to talk you into anything you dont need. Good prices so far.

I cannot believe how awful this company treated a customer at this establishment. I had gotten my full exhaust and muffler replaced in January 2019. I recently moved to Cleveland and soon after I had an issue with my muffler. I went to a Monro in Cleveland and the manager in Cleveland proceeded to tell me that the Columbus workers never even replaced a single piece of the exhaust or muffler on my car. They simply placed a welding cement on my exhaust pipe and charged me 500 dollars to do nothing. And based on the invoice, it said that the muffler never even showed up in establishment in the first place. The exhaust and muffler parts that I saw on my vehicle in Cleveland after they replaced my parts were the Subaru factory parts and they were the original rusted parts that I TRIED to get replaced in Columbus two months ago. I have reached out legally to their service department and I will be making sure that I will not accept this place for the FRAUD that they put me through. Do not ever go to this Monro for any service.

My husband had pool tournaments in Westerville today, we stopped on the way and apparently picked something up in a tire we didnt want. As we got closer to our destination, we called Monro and were told we could drop it off and they would get it looked at asap.. less then an hour later, Ryan called.. he brought our car to our location. Showed me the intruder and back to work he went!! Absolutely best service Ive ever received!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Came in for an oil change. It was done quick and efficiently, they let me know of some work that I might need and I was on my way. It was an overall good experience. It may not have all of the amenities in a bigger place, but if you prefer no wait, quick in and out service, Id suggest this place.

Visited the store on Friday about 5:30 and Justin and his coworker took us right in and got to work. The problem was quickly identified and repaired. Both employees were kind, helpful and explained everything they were doing clearly. Justin was especially kind because he knew we were having a difficult time and were anxious. I have been taking my car to this location for over a year. I had relocated for work and was a little anxious about finding a mechanic for my older vehicle. Bob the manager and all of the mechanics always take care of what is needed. I trust them to be honest with me. Recently, I had a problem with parts that had been replaced in October and Bob and I came to a reasonable compromise that I felt was fair. I so appreciate that Bob provides top notch customer service from how he answers the phone to giving me updates and working around my hectic schedule. Thanks for all you do Bob and team

This Monroe lost my business today. I scheduled an oil change, showed up today. Josh told me he did not have my appt and that it must be at the Monroe up the street. I told him what number I called and he said nope definitely not ours. I went up the street to the Monroe at 798 Westerville Rd. John was more than happy to accommodate us. He is also the one that confirmed the number I called was theirs. I have been going to the Glengarry Monroe for over 10 years. I will never step foot in this one again.

The manager Bob and the assistant manager Brian were extremely helpful getting my car back in proper order again. My car was running rough and even had some dangerous front end problems they were able to fix and diagnose on the same day. Bob even offered to take me back to work to make sure I wasnt late clients in the afternoon. I cant say enough about how good they were to me. Thanks guys!

DON NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON! They do not keep their word and dont take responsibility for their poor work. I just paid $875 worth of work. A few hours later, it cut off while I was driving which is exactly what it done in the first place. They refused to pay the tow bill that the 3 cops said they are responsible for. I am utterly disgusted with this company and will tell my story to anyone that may be thinking of going there.

This is an awful shop!!! They will destroy your engine at worst and rip you off by price gouging you double what it is worth. I called around on a simple brake and rotor job, and found someone that was doing it for HALF what they originally quoted me. I went to go and pick up my car and they claimed to match the price quote I got. 6 months later my NEW ROTORS were completely rusted!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. If Bob still works their he is the biggest crook in the business.

I called today --- a Sunday, 1:30 PM. They close at 5 PM --- and asked if they had any open appointments today. They said yes, but couldnt tell me a time of when my car would be completed, but it would be completed today. Okay, no problem. I can wait as long as the job gets done. I arrive at the store 10 minutes later (with a second person to take me back home) and I was told there were no available appointments. What?I can understand you want to keep business in your store --- But dont tell people you have an open appointment just to get them in the store so they will schedule with you for a later date. You wasted my time, my rides time, and just made me never want to come back to your store.

Walked in to the wrong store that I thought I had an appt for....turns out I didnt but they didnt hesitate to immediately service muy car. That was awesome!

This place if awful. They will try to take advantage of you. I went there to get a quote for brakes and rotors and it was $350. I had to come back the next day because they didnt even have the right tool to remove my rotors. The next day they told me I needed brakes, rotors on both sides, callipers on both sides and a brake line flush for $775. I went to another shop and they said I only needed brake pads on both sides and one rotor because the passenger rotor was almost brand new. The total charge there was $250. Do no go to this shop they will waste you time and money.

Review Update: 1 Star to 3 Stars,This shop damaged my car and never admitted culpability.Monro Corporate HQ stepped in and refunded the cost of the repairs to my car.Props to Theresa at Monro Corporate for being accountable and responsible. The shop that damaged my car in the first place? Not so much.

As a woman it can be .bit worrisome to have stuff done to your vehicle. I was made to feel very comfortable with what needed done with my vehicle.
