I worked with Eli on the purchase of a used truck including a trade of my precious vehicle. He was easy to work with, very friendly and honest throughout the process. They have me a great deal for my trade and made the whole experience very stress free.Working with their finance manager on a loan was informative and easy as well. She explained each side of every option and even wrote out each plan so I could see every component worked out. She didn’t try to push me on anything like warranties etc, just explained what they could offer.Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Our truck was brought in for routine service as well as repair from a fender bender. The service department and body shop worked together to accommodate our needs. Both departments communicated their plan to us and got the truck back within the anticipated the time frame. The body shop was especially meticulous and the truck looked as good a new!

I had brought our 2012 Equinox after a lengthy bout with a competitor dealer trying to figure out what the issue was with the vehicle. Needless to say the experience was exhausting and made it very difficult to trust dealership service departments. The McGovern team was recommended by a friend and the service we received was second to none. Within a matter of days they had diagnosed the issues and had it fixed within a fraction of the time it took to get the run around from the competitor dealer. I started online a few months back and had the best conversation with their Internet Manager Heather! She was the first person to be honest about what is going on with the inventory and why we couldnt come across any mid size SUVs. She said she would check back in when the Acadias went back into production.Fast forward a few months later and she actually reached back out to let me know that there is finally movement on Acadias and to put a partial payment on the AT4 I seek before its gone as they only have a handful coming in the first round.Heather was honest and caring and even remembered details about my kids and their sports activities. McGovern has a great asset with her and I cant wait to buy my new Acadia from her!

The entire experience was EXCELLANT! From the service personnel to the Auto Tech!!Very timely fashion, they completed the work. One of the tasks was putting new tires on the truck, the service person (Sam) researched the best quality tires and read the review to me so I could make my own decision as to what tire manufacturer to go with. The Tech looked over the tires they obtained and found defects in two of the tires! He didnt just slap them on! They went and picked up two new tires so I could get the work done that day! Cant say enough!

My fiance and I went into McGovern Buick GMC of Westborough to get options for her expiring lease on an Acadia. She had it for 3 years and loved the vehicle. She did want to test drive some newer models and we cant thank Omar enough for taking the time to help us through our options and telling us about the new models and taking test drives. We did end up purchasing the lease which came with a few different obstacles but Taylor, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our decision and has made loyal customers out of my fiance and I. We were also very appreciative of Sam and his team in the service department. Sam was very responsive, informative and they did a great job on detailing the car and a 50K tune up. Be aware if you buy a GMC And you have a problem under the warranty you have to bring it to the dealership so they can take pictures send them to GMC wait for the GMC to approve them and then fix it. In my case After wasting one hour the first time I was asked to go back to the dealership so they can get more pictures apparently they weren’t capable of taking pictures the first time . A bumper to bumper warranty to me means you bring the car and they fix it . That is clearly not the case and they will not tell you until you buy the car and have problems. Apparently only their time is worth something

Im a huge fan of McGovern Buick/GMC. Bought my current vehicle (2016 Chevy Equinox; used) from the dealership in 2019 upon relocating to Massachusetts, and couldnt be happier with the service (both on the purchase end, as well as with continued maintenance). As far as the sale goes, Carmen as a straight shooter- up front and honest (an overall pleasant experience from start to finish). McGovern offers quality workmanship at a reasonable rate. Luis and his team ensured that I had a ride to and from work, and handed me the keys to an absolutely gorgeous post-detail Equinox once my scheduled service was complete. Thanks, McGovern! Had an issue out of state that was covered under warranty. McGovern helped me work with GMC to get my truck transported back home and fixed it as quickly as they could. Unfortunate to have a break down on a brand new truck, but cant complain when it was $0 cost to me to get white glove service.

Purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox with 59,000 miles. Great right? Nope! Carfax report at dealership said no recalls. Well, the car was not recalled but there was a settlement with GM and purchasers of this car to repair or replace engines due to excessive oil use for a defect in manufacturing. Well, well, well....isnt that something that the salesman (working in a Chevy dealership) never mentioned this to us. It was not just our year of car. It was most years between 2011 and 2019. Now we know why he automatically took $1,450.00 off from the original price without us even asking. Was it or wasnt it fixed? I guess well find out by checking the oil every 100 miles. 980 miles to go. Never, never again.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and was greeted and set up with Eli. Eli was very knowledgeable and personable. It was extremely refreshing to not have a sale pushed on me, as thats what typically happens at dealerships. Eli listened to what I wanted, my budget and my concerns. Within minutes, the car I was interested in was out front ready to be test driven. I decided I wanted to proceed with the sale and in under an hour everything was signed and I was on my way (after Eli took the time to go through and answer every question I had and show me every feature in the car). This was the quickest, easiest, smoothest experience Ive ever had in a dealership. Highly recommend.

Purchased brand new Yukon 6 weeks ago and on my way Friday afternoon to the Cape. Vehicle begins making noise so I return home to call dealership. Service manager wants to make an appointment for next week even though I explain the situation and ask if they can just take a quick look at it today or tomorrow. Oh no, I only have 2 guys on tomorrow. Absolutely no consideration given to the circumstances. Next time I will spend $75,000 elsewhere. They screwed me on my trade too. I should have known but now I will make sure everyone else does.They should get zero stars. BEWARE CONSUMERS!!!

I had a tough diagnostics job for an intermittent stalling problem. A week later than when they said theyd start working on it they found a problem and asked if I wanted this part changed. It then took another week for them to get it back into the shop (back to the bottom of the pile?). 4 weeks wasted in total and problem not fixed. Another shop diagnosed it properly and fixed it all in one day.

I’ve always had good service at McGovern Buick GMC. I have never felt that they have inflated estimates or advised for certain repairs to be done just so they can make money. They have give me a list of things that need to be done in a list of things that should be taken care of soon and then let me decide what work is done that day. I have dealt with Louis I think the most and he has always been nice understanding and very easy to work with. If I didn’t have a ride I was either provided with a complementary vehicle to drive home or if that was not available they would call an Uber for me to take me home for the time.

I was very satisfied with last weeks quick, thorough, professional, and friendly service. The woman who scheduled my appointment was polite, knowledgable and considerate of my needs. She explained various services and prices and arranged my appointment. Luis in the service center was phenomenal as always. I had a loaner car waiting when I arrived and was in and out of the garage in under 10 minutes. He called to give me an update 2 hours later, and again in the late afternoon when the car was ready- to my surprise. In addition to servicing that needed to be done, I needed some body damage repaired. Luis explained to me it could be fixed for a very low price vs. replacing the entire bumper which was the other option- therefore saving me $100s of dollars. This is why I love this service department. They are honest, experienced, and do an excellent job.

Would not recommend going here, and wish I never did. When I went in to test drive the jeep, I said it pulls to the right and its breaks need work. WELL after they rushed everything along with the paperwork, my trade in, and took my down-payment they said it would take a WEEK best case for me to actually be able to pick up the car. Now, after they had a week with this jeep, my signature and down-payment, they call Friday for me to get it. STILL PULLS TO THE RIGHT and they didnt touch the breaks. Not only that, but I paid for an inspection sticker..GUESS WHAT THEY ALSO DIDNT DO. Dont go here. They dont care.

Great experience overall! Very easy to booking the appointment online (I did mine via the Buick Owner App, but, I did see that it could be done directly on their website too). Great email/text confirmation/communications prior to it, and helpful digital check in option when arriving at the dealership. My appointment was primarily for an oil change and a mileage check up. Interaction with the service department was great - both upon arrival as well as later on with helpfully answering several questions I had about their recommendation of an alignment. COVID safety practices seemed to be adhered by all (social distancing, seating arrangement, mask requirements, etc.) and the waiting room was ample enough that I was comfortable waiting there for the duration. We will be returning for future service, and will definitely recommend to others.

I wouldnt by a wheel barrow from them. I picked up my vehicle to find out it only came with one key, had to replace the battery after 90 days, then the computer screen jumped from one screen to another. I brought the vehicle in for the computer and they said they couldnt find anything wrong. Then I asked about white specks on the hood of the vehicle,the sales person said well this is a second hand car didnt you see them before you bought it. No I didnt it was winter. Very disappointing!!!!!!!

One of the worst car buying experiences. I had brought all my own finances and wanted To purchase a $50,000 truck. Was told that the cost of the truck is now higher due to my own financing. Signed papers specifically stating registration fee would be paid in state by dealer. When courier service brought vehicle I was told I had to pay all out of pocket. All they did was fill the gas tank no detailing of vehicle.

Boyfriend purchased a truck from this dealership and it was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. They let him leave the lot with a truck that apparently had a safety recall on it for the brakes, no sticker and unregistered. Spoke to the GSM and showed zero remorse for allowing one of their customers to leave their lot with an unsafe vehicle. They care more about the sale of vehicle than they do the safety of their customers. Do not recommend this dealership.

I would like to detail my experience with Mrs. Heather Laflamme.After receiving an email quote from Mrs. Laflamme, I contacted hoping to lease the vehicle. She told me that the lease calculator was inaccurate and refused to give me accurate numbers. She then told me that I would have to speak to a manager to make the deal happen and went on to say that there were a lot of customers on the sale floor and a manager would call me back.I waited 2 hours and called back. At this point she appeared to be in a bad mood. Told me that customers on the sale floor took precedence over customers on the phone and again told me that a manager would call me.During the conversation she refused to acknowledge that I wanted the vehicle and wanted to close on the deal that day. Additionally, she refuse to answer the most basic questions and seemed annoyed at the interaction.Needless to say, after ending the conversation, I went to Bill DeLuca GMC in Haverhill MA and leased the same vehicle for a fair price. Earlier today we took delivery.As a customer, I am personally insulted due to the treatment I received. For the sake of your future customers, I hope Mrs. Laflammes attitude changes.

The Service Department is excellent! I walked in off the street with a serious issue on my Chevy Truck and they took me in right away. This was my first time ever dealing with the service department and they were amazing. Not only did I have a loaner for the night (a beautiful, brand new Buick by the way) but my truck was fixed the next day. The way they treated me during my emergency won me over for sure. When I purchased my car, I also purchased extra coverage on all mechanical, electrical and tires. So I ‘should’ be completely covered from any expenses or repair bills.This is not the case, I have had my car for 14 months now and I have had to have it serviced 6 times for noises, brakes, belts, transmission fluid, gear shifter replacement and I have just purchased new tires. This is a lot for a car that only has 46,500 miles on it.At each visit I have been told I have a bill as there are items still not covered under any of the warranties or the added coverage I am paying for each month.Very disappointed in my purchase.

Waste of timeI went here after stopping at 5 other dealerships looking for a new car.Very friend;y people, very nice - why the one star?they offered me bottom dollar for a trade and top dollar(list price) for the car and tried to hide it in the numbers.I made it clear - i drive about 3000 miles a yearI want a payment less than 250and I trade my car every 24 -,30 months.They quoted me a 39 month lease and a payment over $300I you want the least amount for your trade and want to pay full sticker price this is your place.

I started a chat online about scheduling an oil change/tire rotation / replacement key appt and was told I would get a call back on Monday. I did which was great - she said I was set for my appointment on Thursday.Went in on Thursday, the guys who greeted me seemed very nice and friendly, but unfortunately they were not prepared. When I arrived they said they would check to see if they had a key in stock... This should have been communicated when I made my appt or a key should have been ordered on Monday. (mind you, I can get an oil change anywhere.. chose to get it there because I had to get a replacement key) then was told it would take an hour and 15 mins to get this done, which would have been nice to know when I set up the appointment. 15 mins later, the gentleman came out and told me that they dont have a key for me... Which is absurd. He then said he would go and take a look to see if they had one on their special order shelf... Another 25 mins later he came out and told me they did... another hour later he came out to say that theyre having troubles programming, would be another 10-15 mins. 20 Mins later I go to the front, am told it will be another 12 mins. There was another gentleman at the front who saw my frustration and offered to give me a rental but the guy kept saying, its 12 mins. Even the other guy said to me: we both know 12 mins is 20 mins and they couldnt guarantee that it would work... Im sorry but programming a key and an oil change should not take 2 hours (3 hours including the 20ish commute there and back from Ashland). If I knew I was going to be there for that long I would have gotten a ride, and/or brought my laptop with me. The team seems nice but overall their organization and communication very much lacks.

Horrible! Sales manager - complete joke! Looked at a used vehicle that needed a $2000 repair, he offers a $200 discount to then say my check is pretty much fake. They refused to sell me a car because I was not financing through them. I ended up at another dealership, guess what? Bought a car and my FAKE CHECK CLEARED!!! Talking about 20+ years of experience.

I recieved a flyer stating they were offering above market price for my current vehicle, actually listed a price they would purchase my vehicle for. I called the dealership and spoke with a man who was very pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival at the dealership the receptionist who was less than welcoming called up for the person I was speaking with and stated a woman is here to see you. The man came down and abruptly handed me off to another salesperson. Was I not worth his time? The sales person I was dealing with now with much younger and shared his entire life with me practically, I knew what college he went to, where he lived, and why he dropped out of school. He also shared that he had previously worked for at least 2 other dealerships. He told me that he had no life since all he did was work. He then stated I was lucky to get him because the car I was looking at was one he was familiar with since he had worked at one of their dealerships. After they looked over my vehicle they offered over 7k less than the flyer. It was explained to me that it is a marketing gimmick to get buyers in the door. He even said he did not know who signed the flyer; they were probably fired now. I had to ask for they keys to my vehicle three times he kept stating they are on his managers desk. He said if I signed something letting him give me another option he would get the keys to my vehicle. I felt frustrated and signed just to get my keys back. Of course all he did was move things around and increased the months on the loan to 7 years to get me to the price I needed, he also kept saying if I did not buy the vehicle it would be going to auction, not sure why this was relevant, but he said it to me several times during our negotiations. The difference in price was approximately $2,800. I told him several times where I needed to be price wise, but he kept saying he should not have to lose money and the vehicle would be going to auction. I declined and walked out. This is not the same dealership, they appear to have great customer service, but empathy disappears once it comes to negotiation. Very disappointing, I will be looking for a new dealership. My husband and I bought both of our vehicles there previously, my husbands vehicle was special ordered. The previous owners were more focused on customer service, such a shame.

This place is completely unacceptable. They are not only disorganized but dishonest. I drove an HOUR away from home to get there after speaking to their internet sells manager Heather about a truck that they had in stock. When I had arrived mcgovern gmc they had a lot of people in there and i waited before somebody had come over to greet us. When I had told them I was there with an appointment they have told me that there was a deposit down on the truck that we have previously spoken about from somebody who had driven it the night before. After that I had become upset and expressed my frustration. The salesman James had come back seconds later and said that there was no longer a deposit on the truck. We then test drove the truck. James then came back with an inflated sales rate on purpose because there was in fact a deposit down on the truck. The whole time they had wasted my time and played games.

I had an appointment @ 8am and I came just on time and the gentleman on the reception mentioned it will take 45 mins, I waited for 1 hour and 45 mins for my car to be done.After all they didnt do car wash as it usually happens with me in any other car dealer when changing oil, the tire pressure was low they didnt think even to add more air and some leaves inside where they changed the oil they keep.I dont know why I took an appointment and why it took 1 hour and 45 mins to do just oil change and no any car check up.

Purchase a 2013 Audi Q5 from this place, in less that 8 months the car Engine blew, it cost me $8000+ to replace the Engine. I called them, and I was made aware that they dont fix cars there and because I did not purchase extended warranty theres nothing they could do. The car had a preexisting issue that I was not made aware of and this dealership took no responsibility.I do not recommend nor will I ever go back to this place. and if you buy a car from them have your own mechanic check it before you leave.

Customers service are outstanding. My sale represenative James are very helpful, honest and willing to work with you if you are open and flexible. Especially the financial dept Kate and manager also work with you if you if you are work with them
