I recently sold my car using the KBB cash offer option. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel(Danny) Heckman from the McGovern Automotive Group. Danny wasnt the first to inquire about my car but he made the best offer right off the bat, even higher than what KBB offered. The process was so easy. June 14, 2021A few days ago, my wife and I took delivery of a 2017 Range Rover from Autobahn. Of the two McGovern Dealerships I went to this Saturday Autobahn was by far the better. McGovern Buick GMC gave me a vehicle with a check engine light and a def warning light (diesel truck). Needless to say it didn’t go well. Autobahn was great part of the deal is the vehicle I’m purchasing is it getting painted because of several deep rock chips. I have been looking for a car for my wife for the last two months. Going to car dealership after car dealership it was exhausting. We pulled into Autobahn USA expecting more of the same games and issues. Well let me tell you this place is different! When we got there Igor found us and asked us a few questions and we were off. There were no games at all.Things I noticed1. Every car on the lot was in pristine condition2. Every car had zero curb rash on its rims.3. The service garage was spotless.4. Every member of the dealership staff treated us with respect and had time to talk to us. This was important to me because everywhere else we went we were overlooked.5. They had no problem not financing the car and letting us give them a check and finance our own way. The price was the same after they found that out no games no extra hidden fees just no problem whatever you want the price on the car is the price we paid.6. The built-in warranty from Autobahn is amazing. And I will be reviewing that as time goes on and we use the warranty.7. The tire and wheel warranty. This is something they should push more I dont have to buy tires or rims for the next 7 years. 🤯8. This one seems funny and its not something I noticed until we had already paid for the car and were going over it in the parking lot with Igor. They dont put any stickers from their dealership on the back of your bumper. Were getting ready to pull out and I took a look at the back of the car thinking about how I was going to get the sticker off that every dealership puts on and I realized there wasnt one there and then I looked around a lot there wasnt one on any car. I mean really who wants to look at a sticker on their bumper and they thought of that!On the initial day of looking we left Autobahn USA to make one more stop at a dealership in Mendon. At this dealership in Mendon we were treated the same as every other dealership around. Sitting in the car we called Igor back. I guess you could say we are the first customers in Autobahn USA history to buy a car from them from Imperials parking lot.If you looking for a nice used German or high luxury car and want to be treated like youre buying a brand new one go to Autobahn USA in westborough walk in the door and ask if Igor is working. I have been looking for a pretty specific truck for a long time. Arguably one of the hardest trucks to get your hands on in America. A 2016 GMC Sierra Regular Cab short bed loaded SLE with 4WD. After almost two years of scouring the web in search of this mythical truck I stumbled upon an ad for a dealership by the name of Autobahn USA Westborough that had it in inventory. I immediately reached out to the sales department with questions. I came into contact with the sales manager by the name of Anthony Carbone. This guy was absolutely outstanding to work with. Anthony and his team made everything so quick, easy, and comfortable that I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from them!Parts of the deal you should know. I live in Ogden, Utah. They are in Westborough, Massachusetts. That is basically across the entire country coast to coast (2,400 miles). I was doing this entire deal over the phone on a vehicle that I had never seen in person! This was something I told myself I would NEVER do. I always drive and inspect vehicles in person prior to purchase. So to say I was uncomfortable with the deal was an understatement! I was FREAKING OUT on the inside. This was crazy to me. But Anthony answered every one of my 10,000 questions and even took time to send me personal photos to my phone of any part of the vehicle I asked him to. He even put the truck on a lift to show me the underbody and frame! Unbelievable service! I was a car salesman for GM a few years back and I was super impressed with the amount of care and commitment from Anthony. I have an extreme amount of respect for him.There was a bit of a hiccup with the deal. After careful deliberation I decided to have the truck shipped across the country to me rather than flying out and driving it back home. This hiccup was with the shipping company. NOT THE DEALERSHIP! This was unexpected and unfortunate, however, I was one the phone with Anthony and again he went above and beyond the call of duty to correct for this error and made everything right. This is why I am giving the dealership and Anthony a 5 star review! He is a great guy and I would work with him again in a heartbeat. Not to mention the truck was impeccable and exactly what I expected! This dealership truly does offer a phenomenal product and backs it up with fantastic service.

I ended up buying the car and even after I had purchased the car he continued to help me through a insurance issue (my insurance company is awful) and right down to the pickup process. I recently bought a Mercedes from Adrian Hester and he was wonderful to work with! From the very start, he was responsive and even sent me a detailed video of the car as I was out of state at the time. He was responsive to any questions I had. He worked hard to expedite the registration and arranged to have the car delivered right to my driveway (2+ hours away). Upon arrival, the car was in beautiful condition. It was great being able to text with him (my preferred way to communicate).
