Ive been bringing my car here for a few years. They have reasonable pricing for repairs and do a good job.

I brought my wifes Lexus to have a flex pipe welded to the original exhaust a few months ago. The team at Midas was great and did a top notch job.When my mothers exhaust broke at almost the same location, I told her right away to bring it to Midas. I called them when they opened at 8am and she had the car towed in. They fixed in the same day and also gave a free multipoint inspection letting us know she also needs some brake work. Lifetime warranty on their welding!They were not high pressure at all on selling the other services. They even sent me a picture to help explain the answers to their questions. Fully transparency, I am very impressed!Should I need more repairs in the future, I will definitely be a customer again!

All 4 of our cars in our household use Midas, mufflers, repairs, AC charge, etc. Oil changes are the most common. Sent my 18 yr old daughter there with her Saab 9-3 and they told her she had to have synthetic oil, and then charged her $86 after her 10.00 coupon.- They used 6.5 qts when it takes 5. We will never ever return unless they credit her - weve NEVER used synthetic and have owned 20 or more Saabs. . . . Jason the Director of Operations would not give us owners contact info. He left us no choice but to call the Attorney Generals Office.

This place is very professional and helpful. Needed a new tire so the fixed me up. Then I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. The guy was fine with me swinging by after we packed up the hotel and hit the road. Price check here first for tires.

Brought our car in for a maintenance oil change. Midas did not screw the oil cap back on tightly enough and now there is oil leaking everywhere in the driveway and the engine. Bringing this to another mechanic for a diagnosis. This is unbelievable and will be escalated to the Better Business Bureau. Never coming here again.

Friendly staff, conveniently located off Rt.9 westbound. At the right time and depending on needed service the wait is minimal. Ive had good experiences with this shop and would recomend.

I was passing through the area and unfortunately got a flat tire that wasnt easily fixed by pumping air into it. Russell and his team were able to find the problem and fix it quickly! When I drove away, I noticed something else wrong with my steering and when I called them, they told me to come right back. And again they figured out the issue and were friendly, informative, and efficient. Thanks!

Russell was great! At the end of the day on a Saturday, we went in with a concern about our car breaks. Even though it was late, he took the time to check it out, and when realizing the problem was severe, he insisted on staying late to replace the breaks and ensure our safety. He was incredibly pleasant to work with and we are grateful for his genuine concern for our well being. We were very impressed with the service we received here and will definitely return in the future.

Bad service

Its easy to dismiss national chains, but the fact is its all about the people at each one. Midas Westborough is full of responsive and skilled techs; I felt good about them right from the get-go when they thoroughly went through the exhaust issue I had, and came up with an affordable/do-able game plan - unlike the ridiculous one the Westborough Infinity dealer had changed me $150 - never will I go to that dealership again!Russell, the tech foreman, helped me understand the problem and his idea for a fix; and even went a step above and beyond when a bracket that had appeared OK before the estimate turned bad, and he cheerfully replaced without additional cost. Zack, the tech, worked with attention to detail that made me feel like I was in good very good hands.Ill now will make them a resource for my familys oil changes, brakes, and even tires. Very simply, they offer value. That, and a friendly, informed word from a guy like Russell is all I need.

I came in for a second opinion on my car after the Ford dealership was generally unhelpful. Russell and another gentleman (black hair) were nothing short of professional investigators - explaining to me how the system in question worked, what they thought the potential problems might be, why they thought that, and how they were going to go about fixing the system. We’ve all had bad experiences with shady mechanics, but this team really seemed transparent and honest!

Took my Honda Civic in for an exhaust issue and ended up overpaying for a muffler that rusted out after a year. The tech there said the car easily had another 60-70k miles in it considering the overall condition. Now that I’m getting the muffler replaced once again, I learned they put super cheap parts in my car and didn’t tell me there was another option. In my case a stainless steel muffler or something similar to a OEM Honda part would have been a better move, because the car hasn’t even hit 100k miles yet. Who wants to keep replacing a muffler every 1-2 years when you can put a part in that will last the rest of the car’s life? Maybe they just didn’t care, or wanted to see me back with more muffler issues? Can’t say. But it may be a safe bet sticking to basic maintenance at a place like this.

Dont actually know anything about the service but they certainly have good customer service. I called over here to see if they could replace my tire and when they didnt have it in stock, they referred me to another business that had a larger selection of tires. Seems like they really care about actually doing whats best for the customer.

The shop did an excellent job even on short notice! Reasonable labor rates, friendly service, next day parts availability: basically all you could ask for.

My husband and I have been coming here for >4 years now and will keep coming back so long as Louis is around. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at his work. His communication skills and customer service are outstanding - he thoroughly explains mechanical issues and general auto maintenance to customers. Louis is extremely helpful, fair and trustworthy - I cannot say enough good things about him! He is the reason we bring our cars to the Westborough Midas.

Went in for an oil change and ended up needing to have my oil pan replaced. The part ended up being faulty which was of course frustrating but not their fault and the service was excellent and considerate through the follow up getting everything sorted out. Kind and considerate group of people - recommend!

I like that place! Great customer service.I bring both my cars here for any small works / oil changes etc.I fully trust those professionals.The only reason I dont come here for bigger work - the logistics. If only they were able to organize the shuttle to the nearest cities - Id use that garage for any type of work.

Don’t recommend this place.The technician was not good and changed my ignition coil out of some reason and costed me a lot. Then it turned out the coil doesn’t agree with my car and I have to go to dealership to replace it again, and it costs much less than this place.I don’t think this shop did this on purpose to scam my money. I am just saying the technician is not good since they can’t fix my problem and charge me a lot more than the dealership.

Had a low tire pressure warning light on rental car and decided to stop by nearest auto repair shop which was Midas. Service person told me it would be a bit of a wait with several other cars in front of me (this was on a Saturday morning after the big Grayson snowstorm), but that I could go to Jiffy Lube which was 2 min away to get it checked out. Even though I didnt get any service done through Midas, I really appreciated his willingness to help me attend to the issue as soon as possible.

I have had my truck serviced several times here and each time I am more and more impressed. The work is done promptly and efficiently. Lou has given me lots of good advice about recommended maintenance and especially tires. I think I am done taking my truck to a dealer ever again except for recalls and warranty items. Why pay for the dealers fancy showroom? As long as your maintenance work is done by an ASC certified mechanic your warranty is valid. Thanks Lou youve earned a permanent customer

Chk out Russell @ front desk, real cool, upfront, straight talker, savvy, customer service-type guy that knows his mechanics & will treat u honest; youll b glad u did; drove right in for emergency care after 4p; caliper clip had fallen off brake somehow somewhere or other; they replaced, refixed, & rebolted whatever needed to be and had me out in less than an hour. Ohh..did I mention?! No charge... Five 🌟 and more!

This is the worst to worst to worst to worst place to even get your car for oil change. I gave my car for air conditioning not working and they told me that it was not working because there was a leak in the coolent pipe because of which the engine was also not getting cooled. I had then replace the leaking pipe and I paid them. After that they call me saying that the AC is not working to which I argues that was the first problem I came for and after spending more them 1k the AC is still not working. They do not know how to work on cars and the worst part is they do not listen to their customers issues.I would not recommend this Midas Westborough to anybody who loves their car and does not want to pay overcharges to get it fixed. Worst experience of my life and the worst service a service center can provide.

They were neglient with my husbands car, which got damaged beyond repair while under their care for oil maintainance. Very upsetting, never returning again.

They tell you what needs to be done on your vehicle before they work and they help you get the right price by taking the time to look around for what part you need awesome customer service keep up the good work guys

People in Westborough Midas are very experienced and Friendly. Price is one of the best in the area. They even worked outside of working hours tried to figure out my cars problem...

I cant say enough positive things about my experience at the Westborough Midas!! As an out-of-stater, they were extremely helpful and informative, and talked me through each step of my car repair. Plus, their estimate was over $50 cheaper than places I looked at first! If that wasnt great enough, they agreed to fix my car right after diagnosing the issue, even though they were supposed to close in five minutes, and were closed the next day. THANK YOU! I used Midas before and I was very happy, Westborough Midas is a different story. They cause to my two cars more damage, one was dead in the middle of the road because the connected the electric cable the wrong way and the other they cause issues with the breaks.Not Recommended

Theyve always been upfront about issues. Theyve taken me into the shop to show me whats going on and usually offer several options with varying price points

My car broke while we were visiting friends. Found this as the nearest place. They said if we change the thermostat, car will be fixed and will cost 550$ including parts, labor and taxes. They replaced the thermostat and nothing changed. Later, they said, need to change the water pump as well and said it will cost another 1600$. I paid around 550$ and left. I fixed my car from another place in Framingham. They charged me only 700$ for water pump. These guys are robbers. Dont go there. Their behavior is also the worst.

Best mechanic Ive found in the area. Easy to work with, and they regularly go out of their way to avoid charging me anything more than necessary.

Be careful because they will at least take out the undercover from your car. You car will become trash in their hands. The one in Shrewsbury belongs to the same owner, and it is as bad as this one. I wish I could post it without any star.

Great place. I get my oil changed there all the time and they are great with providing advice.HOWEVER, they have to start providing loaner cars or pick-up/drop off. LIterally every other shop does that now. They cant possibly expect us to wait 3-4 hrs while they change their brakes. I was at the store today and they said they did not have anyone to drop off. From a business POV they would have made $700 if they would have dropped me off 5 miles away.I will be only going to them for small jobs now that take less than 1 hour.

Have a 94 chevy blazer. Its almost impossible to work on, the amount of heat needed to break bolts on the thing. This Midas, has by far the best management and team I have ever seen. My consumer experience was a five out of five. I am a retired US Marine. When I was active I was a motor transport specialist, so identifying and knowing what my vehicles problems are were my job. I told them what I thought it was, and they came back with what was direly needed for sheer safetys sake. Thank you to the Midas in Westborough, MA for service that is certainly above reproach!Derek

Very very nice people! Im from the south & I gave 5 stars because (louis or louie?) Was very very helpful. I brought my car in for power steering issues. It was bad news for me but he was very straight forward and honest on what I should do. He also looked over my tires and told me they were dangerous to be driving on (2 of them) and they were- so I went and had 2 new tires put on. Id recommend westborough carwash & detailing & tires (behind jiffy lube) for used tires if your looking- thats where i got mine! I never noticed how bad my tires were. I would recommend Midas also for brakes! They did an excellent job changing my brakes! I cant express enough how friendly and sweet he was! :)

Im not sure what kind of operation these guys are trying to run over here with their groupon deal. I made an appointment and showed up this morning with my groupon to have them say that I need to have a card that they were supposed to send me in the mail. There is no mention of this on the groupon or anywhere on the deal. Apparently for some reason they feel the need to make customers jump through hoops in order to redeem a groupon and it sure would appear that they are successful in avoiding redemption of this deal. I think that this speaks volumes of how they might treat any of their customers.Save yourself the hassle and inconvenience and get an oil change elsewhere.

Brought car in to fix the brakes. They quoted me $900+. Took my car to another garage and they charged me $250.

Great price but extremely slow service. Somehow an oil change took and hour and a half...
