Erik was a tremendous help with my past two visits at the service center. On the first occasion, I brought in my BMW 535i with a check engine light. I called early in the morning and he set up a check in with the technician within the hour. Raul was very thorough and quickly identified the problems- a sensor in the fuel tank and an axle boot that needed to be replaced. I did not have to lift a finger because Erik efficiently and meticulously communicated with the warranty company and kept me updated constantly. I recently brought my car in for the second time because I noticed an oil leak. They were able to replace the oil filter housing gasket the very same day and even added a tracer dye as a precaution. I especially appreciated their detailed explanations of each issue and the realistic time frame they provided. I would not hesitate to return as their service is exceptional! Thank you Raul and Erik!
