I just read the reviews, and obviously this entire store isn’t the best. This stores employees are absolutely unprofessional. I called to speak with a lady in the photo department just had a quick question for her. She was extremely rude too me, and made extremely rude remarks as I’m speaking to her NICELY the whole time. Then I call the manager and all he says is “I’ll have a conversation with her”. Doesn’t apologize or even sound like he’s being serious. I will be contacting someone with more authority. And if you are looking to go to wall greens, avoid this location!
This pharmacy was unfortunately the closest pharmacy to my house with this price. Throughout my six-month treatment, I had a couple of stressful and frustrating situations while dealing with their pharmacist and pharmacy staff.First, they told me I could not receive my prescription because another pharmacy had “taken it off the shelf”, therefore, they were not able to hand it over to me. When I called my doctors, they were confused because it had definitely been sent there. When my doctor spoke to the pharmacy, they gave her a completely different explanation as to what had happened and fixed it.On another occasion, I was denied my prescription because when reentering my information into their new database system I was accidentally entered in as male, however, the pharmacist explained to me that she could resolve it. I let her know that because I had been through so many difficulties with getting my medicine it was the last day I would be able to receive it. I gave her a couple of hours but never heard back so when I called back for an update the lady said the pharmacist had left but she would let her know when she got back.When I received the text and call that it was ready, I asked to leave work to pick it up. Once I arrived they said it was NOT ready and they had also lost all of my insurance information while reentering my information. I feel that everything was performed hastily, with no regard for accuracy. I also wish they could have let me know that they had lost my information since the beginning.They do move very slowly and are not courteous of a customers time. I also feel like they will do the bare minimum to help you. A simple fax to my doctor would have helped me with days of so much back and forth between my doctors office and insurance. Maybe it isn’t their job but I do believe a pharmacist should care about their customers. There are considerate and helpful pharmacists who care and will at least try to help, so why not go there instead.
I took my teenage daughter in to get her covid vaccine. The pharmacy lady finished giving a vaccine to another person and then she called us over. She didnt even change her gloves after vaccinating the first person. I asked her if she had changed her gloves and she said she could if I wanted her to. I was shocked that they dont automatically change gloves in between people. I insisted that she changed them before vaccinating my kid. Who knows how many people theyve poked without changing gloves. How unhygienic!!
They didnt have the service we wanted wich was UPS drop of they had FEDEX drop off but that was ok we still found other things we needed employees are wonderful and friendly
The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They say it takes 30 minutes to fill a prescription try 5+ hours. Whether you go inside or through the drive-through you’ll be waiting for at least 30 minutes minimum. I am currently here now and have been waiting 40 minutes in a line with five cars ahead of me. This is my third time here today the sense of urgency does not exist here
I got Covid tested here Friday and was told I would have my results within 72 hours… the lab hasn’t even received my test yet. I have been unable to hold my son for days, I would super appreciate if your pharmacy did their jobs.
Takes FOREVER to do anything, had an appointment for a COVID test at 3 and it took a whole hour to be seen…
I love this Walgreens and there is a employee there named Nikki that always goes above and beyond her own duties to help answer or find anything. She makes this store very good quality. Thank you
They have no business running a pharmacy. Ive fought with them three separate times about prescription refills for a life long medication. Long and short of the story is, dont trust this place for meds, but if you want to buckle in for the ride, then get ready.The first time they called it was with the normal automated message saying your prescription is ready for pick up. Only for me to go in and find out that it wasnt ready. This was about a week early for my refill, granted, however it was on doctors orders that I got more because my dosage had been raised. I explained this to them, I showed them the note from my doctor, and they told me quote: Well you are not getting any more, so deal with it, youve had enough. I called my insurance and asked what was going on, they had no answers for me, called the pharmacy and got it fixed.The second time was a similar story, however just wait for this third time. Id gotten an order from my doctor for a new prescription supply, and the pharmacy said it wasnt ready yet. Fair enough, it was ordered a week early. I waited for them to call me back... Nothing, not a word, so I went in to speak with them and they said it was the insurance company again. So I called them, and they said theyd already paid out for the refill and to just put in a call for the prescription again and there shouldnt be any issues. So I did, and then got an automated call saying it was the insurance, AGAIN. I went in and explained the situation, and they said that there was nothing they could do. Keep in mind I was OUT OF MEDS AT THIS POINT. I had to call the insurance company right there at the counter and explain again what was happening. By the end, with a rude attitude, they gave me my meds. Oh but were not finished yet unfortunately. They gave me my old prescription that I had two refills on, the wrong prescription. I looked at the box and it now had zero refills. So not only had they gone against doctors orders for my new medication, argued about it until I called my insurance company, but they labeled my medication as having been filled twice, leaving me out of ever getting it refilled.Lucky, everything is worked out with my doctor and insurance company, so Im good. But for the love of God do NOT go there. This was a six month battle, and by the end I was considering taking legal action. Dont risk it, go to CVS. These people are idiots.
The pharmacists have no idea what theyre doing. First time I came for my prescriptions, they gave me one of three, never once confirming the order and what meds were there. Second time, today, I expressed the exact name of the prescription I needed, still given the wrong one.
Got curbside pickup and the products lid was open and half of it was gone when I got it.
Worst pharmacy ever!! Seriously I will never have my scripts filled here again. I never bothered to go to the CVS across the street, but from now on that is where Ill go for my meds. SMH!!
Most of the employees here are great. Most of the time, the service is great.But its not your little pharmacy Techs job to lecture patients about how theyre drug addicts and tell them which meds they should and shouldnt be on. You are not doctors. This particular girl is not the head pharmacist. Her two cents on what medications someone should or shouldnt be on simply because theyre addictive substances is NOT okay. Most medications are addictive to some degree. If you think you need to lecture people about how they need to tell their doctor to take them off of these medications you DO NOT BELONG IN YOUR LINE OF WORK. You know who you are. Dont ever disrespect your customers like this again. I will gladly contact DOPL about your license.
This Walgreens is nice. All the times I have been there, its always had a good stock of supplies. The cashiers are usually pretty nice. BUT, like all Walgreens, the pharmacy is AWFUL. They take their SWEET Time on EVERYTHING. Usually the pharmacy drive thru is no less than 20 minutes.
This place has the worse customer service.You take a covi-19 test and your results are ready after a long period of time. Poor social skills towards customer
After I get my refill today Im leaving this is the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with if I could give them zero. Call see my prescription is ready I take seizure meds I just walked in Sub-Zero temperatures on snow covered sidewalks to find out theres not even refills on my prescriptions and they need to contact my doctor Im done this is the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with Im never going back and I will tell everybody I know not till deal with these people
The pharmacy staff is usually pretty good and have mostly had good or neutral experiences. However, recently it has been a bit of a pain in the arse because they continue to refill an expired prescription and wont give me my newly prescribed from a new doctor. This is for BC. Last time I went they forgot about me for almost an hour. I told them I would wait when they said it may be a 15 minute wait, not nearly an hour. And at the end of it I still didnt get the proper amount prescribed to me.
Ignored us at the pharmacy counter will never return. I suggest not waist of your time here. Happened today 9/14/2020 at 5:05 pm.
In the past 7 to8 months Walgreens pharmacy is going down Hill very rude sell me wrong syringes then wont return them when i ask for one thing they sale me another then they are rude about it act like its my fault I give up Im going to Walmart for now on I will never step a foot in that store again they are so rude rude rude I think they need to be educated and also have better customer service. Also you might wanna pack a lunch while they look at you and stand and fill pill bottles.
You can tell they’ve improved. The staff is super friendly and helped me with all my questions. Their wait time in the drive thru has improved tremendously.
I typically use the ladies room prior to shopping. This store has cypher codes on both restrooms. A lovely lady in the pharmacy call on the PA for door opening. No one showed. She was watching and called again. No one showed up. I left, my business was lost.If Walgreens has a has an issue with theft or vandalism this is their problem.There are other stores with open restrooms.
Good place to get basic medical care
If I could give them a zero I would. Over the course of the last 6 months they have REPEATEDLY given me a run around. Telling me on the phone my meds were ready only to drive there and be told they were not. Or that my insurance approved, but they wouldnt approve it (as Walgreens). They also have told me they needed to order my meds and when they will be there and then when I got there they told me they needed my doctors approval first. Today I called to ensure (sue to past issues) that my meds were again not ready and they refused to transfer them, even though the girl I talked to 3 days ago said she could transfer the meds. Inconsistent and blase are how they treat their customers. They might be closest to me, but I WILL go somewhere that CARES about patients and their LIFE Saving meds.
Went to get a simple eye drop skript which they said the could fill and have by the next day. Next day comes and they inform me they arnt able to order it anymore even though the previous day they put the order in and said they could have it. How can you order something and then say you cant order it?
Nice store, The mens room is really bad though. Definitely needs some help. Walked in and walked right back out.
Has good deals from time to time, customer service is great. Pharmacy is horrible, unless you like waiting 30-45 minutes to get a script filled. 4 stars for the store. 1 star for the pharmacy.
I ordered graduation announcements at 4:58 and at 5:15 I received an email saying my order was ready, and they where well done and the staff was professional. I cannot thank Heather enough for her assistance, I even came and ordered announcements for my Nephew the next day.
I would recommend going to the Walgreens about a mile further north on 5600. This particular location is dirty and the cashier is never to be found.The pharmacy is the worst. They have lost my prescriptions, given me the wrong medications, and are very slow. Because of them, I went from using Walgreens exclusively for years to now I only go to Harmons. I get much better service at Harmons, as far as pharmacy service

I had the Pharmacy automated call me 2 or 3 times to tell me my anti depressants were billed to the Insurance and ready for pick up. (I’d been 5 days with out them do to some mess up.) I went to pick them up and they said the “system” wasn’t working I needed to check later. When I checked later the person at the pharmacy was very condescending to me. I asked if they could give some samples until I can get them, they said “pharmacy’s aren’t allowed to give out samples” I know of a couple that do. So I feel frustrated, lied to and sick because I don’t have my medication.. FRUSTRATING!!

I like the seasonal area and the pharmacy, the pharmacy staff is really helpful. The cashiers are not usually the friendliest/outgoing but I did get one who was awesome.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in all my year. To fill your meds here is easily 3 times higher than Smiths, Walmart... anywhere. A prescription that normally costs 25.00 will cost you over 100.00 dollars here. They do not fill changes to my prescription of Imitrex that my doctor calls in so that I have Imitrex everyday. Without my med.s I have debilitating migraines, I have to call in sick and can lose my job. Every prescription is incredibly expensive! Hands down.... the worst pharmacy
This is for the one on 5600 and 4100. Would’ve been nice if they had updated their hours online before I pulled in. Nice store but a little annoyed.
They always have good coupons for photo prints and they get done fast

AWFUL SERVICE. I waited twice in the photo section for up to 20 minutes. The second time my photos were already done and just sitting there with no employees in sight. I pressed the help button more than twice and no one came.
Drive through for prescriptions took 30 minutes tonight. What a joke!!!!!! Definitely going to look to switch where I get my prescriptions filled. Horrible service!

If you are going to the pharmacy make sure you plan to spend a WHOLE day here. They are so slow and incompetent. They also only filled part of my prescription and wouldnt let me get the rest of it. Shouldnt the amount of medication be between my doctor and I?
Wrong medicine at pharmacy several times and now there vitamins are fake
Pharmacy only had a partial of my prescription but charged me $45 for full prescription and told me I could pick up the rest in a few days, I forgot about it for a couple weeks, so when I went back to get the rest, I was told I waited to long and now I would have to pay $45 for the remainder of the prescription, which sounded crazy to me since I already paid for it once, but they wouldnt budge.
