I am REQUIRED to get the jab, so I finally gave in and tried CVS. I tried to call first to see if they have the brand that I want, but their phone system is SERIOUSLY messed up. I pressed multiple buttons, but other than a recording explaining the importance of the vaccine, nobody wanted to take my call.SO, I drove to the pharmacy, waited at the drive-up window for 8 minutes before someone finally came to the window who was willing to explain that I had to go to a DIFFERENT CVS if I want the jab. After enduring the phone system already, I just drove to the location at which the pharmacy tech assured me I could get the jab.I again went to the drive-up window, where I again had to wait, but this time it was only 5 minutes, and was assured that the clinic inside did have the vaccine that I want, so I parked and went in.Nope, theyre out. Not only are they out, the nurse explained that the pharmacy had already been appraised of the situation. She was kind and helpful, so I explained about the totally useless phone system and asked if she knew where I can get the vaccine that I want. She gave me the phone number of the county health department, the staff of which seems even less willing to talk to people. I waited, with the constant reminder of how important my call is, and after 5 minutes, I hung up.Forget about the jab. This nonsense is out of control. Everyone is using it to justify lousy service.
Terrible at picking up their phone, also my doc will send a prescription over and it won’t be done until I check in with them and add another hour to the wait while they fill it up when the whole point of me going to the pharmacy hours after my appointment that it should be ready by the time I’m there but Nooo I have to wait for another while!! Terrible….
The staff and pharmacist were very courteous & willing to help, it was so nice to have these helpful employees in times of need.
Great customer service. But the store is really dirty! Needs vacuuming badly.
Came here to get my COVID vax today. Everyone was nice. The store was a little busy for 1pm on a Wednesday. The person that gave me the vax did it in the chair I was waiting on in front of everyone. I thought it was strange that I wasnt pulled into a separate room. Also, I came in about to weeks prior because there was no information about appointment requirements and was sent away because I didnt have one which was an inconvenience and should have been made more clear online about that. Other than that, this CVS was great.
Horrible horrible horrible service. The guy Rick was RUDE! Let us wait 15 minutes to just to check in for a shot. Which only take 15 seconds. Go elsewhere these guys don’t know what they’re doing period! Completely ignore us standing there!
Paid an unfortunate visit to CVS at 3148 W 3500 S on Sunday, August 15 2021. I headed up the checkout with a cart(not basket) of stuff. The cashier(cashier # on the receipt, #0000077) wouldnt speak to me at all. Weird, but fair enough. I like silence too.One item, a little 4 oz. bag of popcorn, he didnt want to bag at all, and just handed it to me. Weird, but ok; I put it in the cart after he scanned it and handed it to me.I paid and put the sacks of stuff in the cart and headed out the door. THEN the door set off an ALARM message and even red lights beeped on and off on that framework at the doorway. A recorded voice instructed me to go back to the checkout. Weird, but . . . weird. All I know is Im not about to do anything to create suspicion or difficulty for anyone. I turned around and headed back to the checkout.I looked over the receipt and nothing in my cart was unchecked. When I said Excuse me and told cashier #0000077 that the door wouldnt let me out, he ignored me completely.Repeat.Repeat.Three requests for assistance ignored.Weird, but . . . maddening and embarrassing. Then another employee appeared down at the far end of the checkout counter. He seemed oblivious to my situation. A customer(bless her heart) pointed at me and asked him to help me. He came over and explained that thats what happens if you go out the door with a cart, and he let me go out to my car with the cart. Thanks, friendly guy. I didnt get your name.So this is what it entails to pop into CVS for a few things you need.
This is not the first time. I always call me prescriptions in 3 day earlier .If they have to call doctor for a prescription, plan on waiting at least 2 weeks before you get it. I am a transplant patient and guess what. I cant go this long without my meds.No one calls to let me know th. Call and put on hold for 29 minute just for them to tell me, still waiting on doc.
The cashier Arlene was the nicest and friendliest cashier that has ever helped me she needs a raise
I have never once had an occasion where picking up a prescription was as simple as picking up a prescription. Today dealing with the pharmacy staff I did not once speak to the same person. I in fact had to call back 3 times. Of which the 2nd call I either was knowingly lied to Or sadly dealing with an incompetent misinformed employee whom for whatever reason couldnt perform a task that any other location of the same CVS pharmacy franchise has done many times. The 3rd call I placed was to give them the courtesy of letting them know the request I had was no longer necessary thus eliminating the extra work for them, as I had gotten to the bottom of what my initial concern was regarding my prescription. Its obvious they talk amongst themselves forming opinions and assumptions towards you resulting in rude attitudes and snarky remarks becoming short and dismissive. I have a caretaker who deals in managing my medication. My caretaker has to abide by rules that state Im only given such-and-such quantity as specified on each prescription bottle. Therefore when the pharmacy staffs result of being lazy incompetent or as Ive experienced before THIEVES. Intentionally or incompetently mislabeling quantity of medication to save on meds for themselves, printer ink, or digit/mental exhaustion pressing correct keys.(who knows) Luckily today the case for me was an occasion where the mislabled quantity a 30 of 60 quantity for 30 day supply in fact had a 60 quantity mislabeled resulting in my caretaker being only allowed to give me half the quantity bi weekly this month because of what the bottle stated. Laughably the way Im told the pharmacist could get to the bottom of the situation was to check the picture in which the technician has to take before youre given your prescription. What a joke anyone can take a picture of correct quantity yet deliver incorrect quantity and in my situation how would we get to the bottom of that. This experience clearly shows the only result you will get from this particular pharmacy staff Is Insulting dismissive and illogical.
Glad they added the two self checkout stations. It’s faster getting in and out with some Zyrtec.
It sad u have be on phone an wait 30 mins to one hour to talk to someone
Waiting in drive through for 30 minutes! Way to long!
The armed guard greeted me with a suspicious hello followed me and stared at me when I was looking at the overpriced beverages. I quickly decided not to spend my money there and dont plan on returning there anytime soon. Very unwelcoming and intimidating.
THIS CVS IS A SPEAKEASY! They don’t ask for ID. If they at first ask you for it but you “forgot it” slip them a 20 or two and they’ll let you slide. They’ve got me business for life. Thanks CVS
90 minutes to fill a simple prescription. It’s because the pharmacist has to have long drawn out discussions with people about things completely unrelated to the task at hand. Very frustrating how little pep they have in their collective steps.
One of my prescriptions the pharmacy doesnt usually have on hand, today however I needed it asap so I called in instead of ordering on the app to see if they had it or not. She said no so I asked if she could see which locations did have it so I can pick it up elsewhere. She wanted the pharmacist to help see if they can get a different insulin pushed through and if not she was going to call me with who had it in stock. This was a pleasant conversation with this gal. I didnt hear back so called in and the pharmacist answered the phone. He said they have 1 single pen, I get 15 for the month, and I would have to call around to see who has more because he sees other locations with it in stock. So naturally i get frustrated because the other locations are closing within minutes at this point and there is no getting it elsewhere tonight. I say, oh you guys drop the f*ing ball again, because lets be honest they are always dropping the ball almost every month when I pick up. So yes I used ONE cuss word, not directed at anyone specific. He LOST it and started yelling at me being completely out of control telling me that not to cuss and they are busy and I can call myself. Well if there busy than I should have been told that I need to call around myself so that I wasnt sit around waiting and wasting time before the other locations close. Communication skills are lacking all the way with this pharmacy. I kept asking the guy which locations have it and he continued yelling at me that Im cussing out his employees. I never once used another swear word! I asked the question a handful of times and each time he yelled about me cussing. He hung up on me finally. I call back and ask for corporate info, he refused it to me. I asked my question again and he went back to yelling at me about cussing. Again. Im not cussing Im just trying to get an answer. I get there and he has someone waiting to be a witness. I ask my question and he walks away, no answer. This witness starts being completely disrespectful as if he knows anything thats going on. It clicked that he was being over dramatic on the phone to get others to think i was cussing on the phone. They called the cops and said we are threatening the employees, while we were actually getting my toddler strapped in the car. He followed us out disturbing us and our child as we were leaving and than made a false report. I did call the pharmacist a name as we walked out because of the drama and scene that he caused for absolutely no reason. And apparently that was threatening calling him worthless. I had my husband come in with me because he heard the conversation on the phone and the guy completely disregard my question over 20 times. At one point I even had to tell the pharmacist to stop arguing with me and answer my question and he hung up on me a 2nd time for that. What was something so simple they went out of there way to make a big deal and even cause a scene. They are unprofessional have no communication skills, and think they are above everyone else and that they dont make mistakes. Everytime Ive ever mentioned a mistake made, they act like children.
This store has gone to hell...nothing stocked...disgusting mess everywhere...crew doesnt know how to help...go anywhere else and youll have a better experience...they have given up on customer service...I drive 20-30 minutes away a better company that still cares...mold all over the cooler shelves...THIS LOCATION IS DISGUSTING STAY AWAY....
Brendan and Garrett were super helpful to me even when it was super late and my card wasnt working at all. They bent over backwards to try and help me and were super patient and I could tell they cared about what they were doing and even after I figured out it was an issue on my end they were still super chill and gave me some pointers even though they gained nothing super awesome service
I went to pick up a Rx, they said they did not recieve the Rx. My doctor said it was sent. This weekend, 3 RX was prescribed and they filled two. I shouldnt have to call my dr. to find out what dose he prescribed, and how much to take even if I could purchase it over the counter. The two Rx I got, I cant get over the counter but the over the counter med they told me was prescribed I cant take more than 10 days as instructed on the bottle but my next appointment with my Dr. I was to schedule it 2 weeks out. I have to wait 14 days to see my dr. When a person is in pain, four days without the pain med is a long time to wait. I suppose, I could ask my dr what he actually prescribed, and how much to take per day. Hopefully I wont need the pain med longer than 10 days.
This place is understaffed. Avoid.
2 people working for a long line. And most of the stuff is not working. Avoid this place.
I came in to this pharmacy tonight and although they were understaffed in the pharmacy department, they did a great job. I do wish there would have been another technician that could take calls and such. But the staff did great. I was very impressed by the customer service and kindness of the checkout employee in the front of the store, Michael or Mike. He was very kind to everyone he interacted with. He makes everyone’s day brighter. Thank you all for a great experience for a sick sick lady, (me). Go team!
The pharmacy ruins this whole store. There is one daytime pharmacist there and a girl who always wears red lipstick that should be fired. They are HORRIBLE! It takes forever to get medicines filled. The store itself is fine, but truth be told......I’m going somewhere else to fill my prescriptions. It’s just not worth the hassle.
The store itself has friendly staff and good customer service. But the night shift pharmacy staff is terrible! Seems like they hate their job honestly. Very rude and ignorant.
The pharmacy crew today was amazing. I am in between jobs and did not have insurance. So, I brought in couple coupons . Brady patiently did price comparisons between the generic and brand name using my coupons. My cost was still to high. So he and I searched for other coupons. Finally Brady was able to find a coupon that saved me over 60% 100$ dollar saving in between jobs helps a lot. I am super thankful for his services as a pharmacist.
Their pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help us out yesterday and I really appreciate them. Will use always going forward!
They have a horrible staff in pharmacy. I am not sure if they have just forgotten people are sick or need medicine to survive or thry have their jobs and are treated badly but horrible servic . It takes 24 hours and sometimes longer Super disorganized staff they have no bag system they use to find your R . Sometimes it is not filled but they say it i . I gave up.I go to a local pharmacy and pay more but what good service I get! Oquirrh mountain is best!
Worst pharmacy ever. Emily is completely incompetent. Do not use this pharmacy they are garbage
Second time I’ve been in the store and and women blonde pharmacist working had her mask pulled down and nose exposed.
Ive been sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes and no one has came this place is an absolute disgrace its 240pm seriously get it together. Brenda had the nerve to say youre not the only customer we have. REALLY
Terrible daytime staff at this location. I suggest coming at night or going somewhere else. Takes 20 to 30 minutes to drop off a prescription if you come before 10 pm. Night pharmacist is awesome but during the day go anywhere else.
Why does the Drive-through take so long!!! Do not recommend!
The young woman I dealt with at the pharmacy was awful. Sighing and rolling her eyes. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I got my medication relatively quickly.
While the staff is acceptable, the lack of caring about the environment is monumental. I picked up one script and the receipt is over a meter in length. Is that necessary?
There is always a line here which is fine. I attempted to call in prescription to save time. The lady on the phone was rude and wouldn’t look up a coupon price but would only give me an outrageous cash price. I’ll go somewhere else who knows that doctors and pharmacy visits are miserable but tries to make up for it in customer service.Post review addition: It seems I have been getting screwed here for quite some time. Two of my prescriptions are more expensive. One of which was $130 for a 30 day supply at CVS. When researching it online I found it at several other pharmacies for $23 for a 45 day supply. I will never go here again for anything. I would have never known or strayed had they been pleasant to deal with.
Normally this place is a joy to go to, and has incredibly helpful and cheerful staff. However, today we waited over 45 minutes at the pickup window of the pharmacy pinned between two vehicles. The vehicle in front of us had not been contacted once during that entire time. After calling them to make sure that the window was open and being serviced, I received a very snarky and discourteous response from one of their pharmacy techs, as if I was inconveniencing her for asking the customer in front of us to move forward so we could get out of line and go home. I understand that it can get busy, but if one of my employees took that attitude with a customer for a simple request, there would be major corrective action.
Always have outstanding customer service. Go above and beyond to help me every single time and its a bonus that its 24hrs.
Amazing staff, both pharmacy and cashiers. incredibly helpful and always a delight to chat with! the late-night staff are especially excellent.
Rude people. I come in and shop 2 or 3 times a day for the past 2 years or so. I came in tonight and had roughly 20 dollars worth of stuff and asked if they could break a 100. The person working the desk was very rude and said No we will not be breaking anymore hundreds a night. It was very condescending and rude. Ill go down the street and spend my 100 or so dollars a week i spend there at a different place
The drive through line is always forever long but the techs are always so nice and helpful! Ive never had an issue coming here. Its also 24/7 pharmacy and you gotta love that!
I really like cvs.. I enjoy their app, and their rewards system. Its helpful saving money on things I want and need. With a good plan of coupons and and a good idea of how to use their extra bucks product you could really save. Had 40% coupon from cvs and a manufacturer coupon save 65 percent on regularly expensive razors. Using the coupon wisely helps or getting extra bucks back on items I regularly buy is a plus
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never go back. Gave my husband the wrong medication after he went in and explained what he needed. They filled the wrong prescriptions and then got mad at him for being upset. This isnt the first time. You would think a pharmacy would not how unsafe it is to mess up medications. The pharmacist had the audacity to yell and my husband and try to belittle him. What a joke
Standard CVS, staff is very friendly and helpful. Theres an unmistakable vibe that theyre used to dealing with dishonest customers. Expected shelves locked up, workers pretty cautious and a bit hover-y. Understandable for a 24 hour drugstore.
Excellent customer service but they need more personnel, this is one of the busiest locations and they dont ever seem to be able to keep up with the customers.
We have had nothing but the best service at CVS. The pharmacists and all other staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The wait time to get prescriptions filled is better than any other pharmacy that we have gone to. They deserve a five star rating!!!
This store may have a 24 hour pharmacy, but the late night tech and pharmacist dont care. They will do anything to get out of doing their job. They had the drop off areas blocked off, making it confusing as to where I was supposed to drop off my script. Slowly they came over and asked if I filled there before. Not this specific location, but it was late and I needed a script filled. Is it percocet? No, its Concerta. Then I was told that the DEA said they had too many patients and couldnt have a new one...this only after hearing what I needed. No signs saying No New Patients were spotted anywhere. So CVS, do tell, are you having issues with being lazy or what? There are two 24 hour pharmacies in this valley, and you are near a hospital, so of course youll have a lot of new patients. I expect a true answer.
I am absolutely disgusted and appalled at the service I received yesterday by the CVS pharmacist and technician. I have used CVS for years and typically when a prescription is sent over it will take no more than 1-2 hours before I receive a call that my order is ready for pick up. I have a 3 month old son who has been having difficulties breathing after falling ill. I have had him to multiple doctors appointments, he was given a dose of steroids to help open his airways and also prescribe albuterol by his doctor. This albuterol was to be given every 4 hours and if he was not getting better he was to go to Primary Childrens to be monitored. After not hearing from CVS for 3 hours I called to see if it was ready. When I called the technician that answered the phone was very rude and said that they were short staffed so the order would not be ready until 10am the following morning unless I wanted to stand in the store and physically wait for an hour. I tried to explain my sons situation and how I needed it within the hour and she did not care. I called back wanting to verify wether she said 10AM or 10PM and the pharmacist picked up to verify it was 10AM. Speaking to the pharmacist I then tried to explain my situation again and how this was a 3 month old baby who needed breathing treatments to which he responded you just think you need to but in line then? How could you even say that? I am not talking about myself this is a CHILD. Due to his response I then got very aggravated at the carelessness of these people who are supposed to be there to help you and after yelling at him he hung up on me. I called over to another CVS to see if they could transfer the prescription before they closed (this was at 8 they close at 9) She said that she was going to call over to see if they could close it on their end as it was showing in progress this way she could transfer it if they had the medication. No more than 5 minutes after the rude male pharmacist hung up on me the technician called back and said this is _____ from CVS pharmacy we are calling to let you know that your prescription is ready. Have a good day then immediately hung up on me! After her hanging up the technician from the other store called back and said that they did not have it at their pharmacy but that she had called over to my CVS and they were getting the order ready for me. I CANNOT THANK HER ENOUGH. I honestly believe the ONLY reason they filled it is because this kind woman called for me. WHY would you put up such a fight for something that took you literally 5 minutes to fill. WHY would a 3 month old baby being prescribed albuterol not be seen by a pharmacist as priority and something that should not be put off until the following morning and WHY if you could not fill my order until the following day, considering that was not normal protocol for a 24 hour pharmacy, WHY did you not notify everyone you were telling as soon as their script was sent in that if they were going to need it any earlier to transfer to another pharmacy. This would have given me the opportunity to make other arrangements before them closing. The pharmacist and technician that I spoke to are in the wrong line of work because they dont give a damn about helping ANYONE. When my husband went to pick up the script they told him they were sorry and that they didnt know it was a 3 month old. That is complete bull because that is the ONLY reason I was trying so hard to get them to help me and I told them that countless times. My baby is helpless and as a mother I am doing everything I can to help him. When he cannot breathe he is struggling and his little body can only handle so much. The two I spoke to are absolutely heartless and I am still in shock at how rude and uncaring they were. I will do everything I can to get this up to their corporate office as this is not the way a pharmacy should be ran!
If 0 was an option I would put 0. This place was rediculous today. It was busy which I u deratand the wait, however my first time calling they put me on hold for 22 minutes. Then after being on hold for 22 minutes theu proceed to tell me i need to call again because they needed that line, then gane me the EXACT number and extension i had just called and I had to wait 15 more minutes to get someone on the phone. Then was told to come in to get my perscription and after waiting 30 minutes, 15 minutes PER CAR in thw drive through. I had to wait even longer to get my perscription. The woman in the phone was not kind despite me being nice after the irritation of being on hold for over 37 minutes total. Very disappointed.
Such a unprofessional pharmacy here. I got my prescription sent over to Walgreens. They didn’t accept my insurance so I went to cvs. The pharmacist told me he was gonna call and get my prescription send over to them. That I would receive a txt message when my child’s medicine was ready. I waited for the txt message. I never received it. So the following day I call to see if it’s ready and they tell me that they never called or had my child in their system. So I call he’s doctor to get a new prescription sent over to cvs pharmacy. So I waited a while. And I called again and they said they were 75 prescriptions behind. That they would send me a message when ever it was ready. So i finally get a txt message saying it’s ready. So I go pick it up and once I get home I see the medicine does not look like it usually does so I called and they tell me I gotta take it back and they gotta it prepare for my child. Like really? I always go to smiths. And I will stick with smith. So unprofessional! That’s for sure.
The employees are amazing, great Customer Service. Love it.
That’s so Races don’t come in anymore people that’s really bad service they ask you for ID to go to the restaurant for you kids only Mexicans 3500 S. 3200w don’t buy anymore and that kind of places
Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I work near here and the staff is the worst. Ive been in at least three times and each time surpasses the last in customer service worsts. The last time topping them all.Just had surgery and needed some meds post-op. Obviously couldnt drive so my grandmother went in to fill my prescription only to have her come out angry. The pharmacy tech had apparently disliked the fact she called in my prescriptions and when she inquired of them when we were told to come in she was scolded and told well there are people ahead of you and if you dont calm down or Ill kick you out was his reply. This woman is the sweetest person I know and anything she said certainly doesnt warrant threats. Pretty consistent with all the other times Ive visited.I feel sorry for locals that rely on this establishment for their medical needs.
I always get treated with respect by all the workers and all of the pharmacy. I love coming here and recommend it to everyone.
I first transfer my many prescription medication to CVS after having such had service from Smiths Food & Drug, but now CVS is doing the small things Smiths never did... I have carpal tunnel syndrome and cannot remove child proof caps, so when I sent up my account I talked to them and they said it would be no problem to get caps that are not child proof. Well twice now I have been given child proof caps, so I miss doses of my medicine waiting for people to be home to help me take the cap off. On a third occasion, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru and then another 45 minutes inside before I went to find a store manager to go back into the pharmacy to get my medications, there were two people in the pharmacy working and 10 people waiting for medication(s) that were already called in/dropped off hours before. If I could give this place less than 1 star and still review it I would.
Michael at cvs (yeah just so happens haha) is an AMAZING cashier as well as worker. Greets everyone and is so friendly and knows exactly what he is doing. Was willing to work with me despite my questions and made everything so easy and painless. 10/10 reccomend not only cvs and their prices but this dude as an employee. 🤙
-Had a very important un-scheduled depression medication that while in town visiting family I unfortunately ran out of. I approached the pharmacy on the 22nd of December 2018 with all the information to transfer the prescription. While I was there, they told me they couldnt get to it, but will have it done by the following business day. I returned the 23rd only to hear they forgot to fill it, followed by promises they will do it by the following day. I returned the 24th only to find out they had not touched ANYONES transfer requests and said Ill have to wait for them to get the transfer completed. I had my pharmacy call them while I was standing there, only to hear the pharmacist tell my hometown pharmacist he will not be doing any transfers at all and hung up on her!!!! I then told him he was extremely rude, deceitful, and very unprofessional. The only response I got from him was a snide no problem bud, have a good day followed by a call from my pharmacy telling me to go somewhere else for the same reasons I just listed. This pharmacy has kind techs however both pharmacists I met are extremely unprofessional ignorant people. Avoid at all costs!!!!!-Go down the street to A-Fresh Market pharmacy, 10 minutes talking with the pharmacist Chase and I had my prescription transferred, filled, and in my hand! Very professional.
Was given the wrong prescription, because they were out of the one I was supposed to get. When I noticed it was wrong, I asked if I could get the right one. The pharmacy manager said its the same thing, like how Excedrin headache and Excedrin migraine are the exact same thing. Turns or after talking to my doctor, they most certainly are not. The one I was given lacked the key ingredient I was prescribed and needed in the first place. They may be getting a lawsuit, and certainly will never again have my business, and Im letting everyone I know to avoid them like the plague.
The staff members are very nice, but the pharmacy has messed up my prescription every single time and I have to keep coming back to get it fixed. I have gone to this pharmacy 4 times to pick up my (wrong) prescription and as nice as they are about it, it keeps happening. They always fix if for free, but it is still such an inconvenience to keep going back right after I get my prescription and I shouldnt have to worry about getting the wrong thing every time I pick it, ESPECIALLY in the healthcare field. Now I know we are human and botch on occasion, but I dont care who you are and how nice you are about something, it is very unprofessional to botch so frequently, especially in the healthcare field (above-mentioned).
My visit was very frustrating I felt like I was being harassed she called herself the manager!! As soon as I walked in speaking Spanish on my cell phone. I was automatically followed throughout the entire visit. I had to just walk out of there she was hounding on me so bad looking inside my purse, following me down the isle of the lotion! When Im trying to figure out what lotion to buy, she tells me not to open it, theyre not samples? As if I was going to use every bottle of lotion in the aisle!!!! She hounds on you. With a fake grin on her face she will go up to each person in the store one or two times and say, Have you found everything youre looking for? To me I felt like somebody was having a bad day!!! According to the other reviews they work a lot of hours! She was deffently in a bad mood!!! As a woman if somebody is going to be buying makeup of course you want to spend the time and make sure you buy the right one! Do they have time limits in the makeup department now? And to top it off they advertise soda 3, 12 packs for $9 and you go to the soda aisle and they dont even have soda in stock!!!!!!Wow!!!!
Pharmacy is an absolute joke! Every single person I have ever spoken to act like Im just being a huge inconvenience. I just need a little help and some answers and Im treated extremely rude! Im very mad! Excuse me for needing medication. I have done a lot of business with this store, but after my experience today I am taking my business and money to a different pharmacy. Very Unprofessional.
Sat in the pharmacy drive-thru for over 15 minutes before knocking in the drive-thru window only to be briefly acknowledged by a pharmacy technician for .2 seconds before he hurriedly brushed me off to attend to the customers inside. HORRIBLE.
I called into this CVS pharmacy today, the call took a total of 3 minutes! This is including the automated system to be able to speak with someone in the pharmacy. I was waiting on hold for the Walgreens for almost 20 minutes without any answers. It would ring, hold music, ring, hold music, so on and so forth. Ive never been happier to get a human on the phone and have them answer my questions so effeciently!
Another cut rate chain pharmacy with lackluster customer service.... Not impressed....
I thought CVS would be better than Walgreens for prescriptions but unfortunately that is not the case. I drove all the way out to West Valley because its a 24 hour location but they informed that my prescription wasnt in stock and I should have been notified by a staff member. Oh well I guess youll come back later but actually call next time. CVS is a good place to kill an hour of your life. Its so frustrating how little inventory is kept of crucial medications. Back to Walgreens we go, at least they keep things in stock.
Always a go too. Its near my house
I went for a night gaurd for my teeth. I did not notice the box was opened when I bought it until I got to work. There should have been two braces and ended up only being one. I pulled the only brace out and it looked like someone had used it and then returned it. They put it back on the shelfs. I asked for a return and he said the money would be back on my card right then and it is still not on my card hours later. Grossed out and not impressed.
Other people have mentioned that the pharmacists can be slow to help you and can be quite dismissive. This is true. Ive had bad experiences about three times. Ive sat in a long drive through line and was eventually lectured about being an idiot and not pressing the call button. I actually called the pharmacy on my phone and was also dismissed. On a second occasion, I walked in and was greeted by the same rude man who informed me that my prescription was not ready even though I had been told it would be ready well before I arrived at the store. It took and additional twenty to thirty minutes before anything was ready, and he continued to talk down.Recently, Ive been picking up prescriptions here without hassle, but Im still not acknowledged as a customer at the pharmacy or inside of the grocery sections of cvs. I think other locations or their competitors like Walgreens would be a better place to go.
The pharmacist wouldnt sell me insulin needles because I didnt refill my prescriptions there. My dog is diabetic and this was late on a Sunday evening. They are one of the few pharmacies that are open 24 seven. When I explained to him they were for my dog he basically called me a liar and treated me like I was a junkie looking for needles to shoot up with and he was an ass about it. I wont be ever going back to CVS.

Every time I visit this pharmacy my experience is far from professionalI continue to send my prescriptions here only because is close to work, I will be changing that soon. They lack customer service skills. I’m pretty disappointed.
My doctor called in the wrong prescription. (Right medication, wrong delivery method). I understand how the problem happened, but when I asked what could be done to try and get it in the right delivery method (vials vs cartridge) and they basically said We did exactly what the doctor prescribed - your problem now. When I probed about verifying with what my previous prescription was the same response - not our job. I understand that the mistake was not 100% on them, but the complete lack of customer service in trying to find a resolution was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. I would have settled for I wish there was something that we could do - I would suggest calling your provider / doctor / etc. I sure hope someone at their corporate offices is reading these reviews to understand how poor of a job they are doing. I pulled all my prescriptions and will never go back. With all the other reviews I have read it will only be a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt or worse from this TERRIBLE pharmacy.
My experience at this pharmacy was great. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and service was fast.
I vowed not to go back after so much wasted time I went back thinking what could go wrong after calling ahead prescriptions were ready Even with no one in line I had to wait with no one acknowledging my presence until I finally spoke upEven with them around the corner to where I live I will go to old pharmacy farther away
Great store. Amazing service
Slowest pharmacists Ive ever seen in my life been here for 40 minutes and still nothing very slow people
Lying about limiting regulations imposed by the DEA. Yeah no. Proximity to a hospital, and their being one of the few 24 hour pharmacies in the valley.
Worst pharmacy ever... They never have prescriptions ready or they are filled incorrectly. Also the employees in the pharmacy area are rude and the pharmacy manager is a jerk who does not care about anything or any one.Dont use this pharmacy for your prescriptions you will hate it and want to strangle them...
Worst Customer service I was in the drive-through for almost an hour been on the phone for 30 minutes and after 30 minutes of hangs up.. pharmacy always take way to long
Always a problem with prescriptions mostly having to wait in line to drop it off and then wait in another line to pick it up. Store is grossly understaffed for the amount of business they do. I talked to the manager and she explained that corporate wont allow them more hours. All about the Benjamins isnt it.
I have been at the window for 45 minutes and still havent been helped. I will never come back to this store
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I get that they may be busy, but seriously, no one deserves to wait -for 20 minutes of them ignoring us-for anyone to come to the window, just to be told the Rx i called in almost 3 hours earlier is not ready and will still be another hour until it IS ready!!! Theres like 5-7 people in there working almost everytime i go there!! No reason to be that behind!!! If i could give NO stars i would!
Why is the male pharmacy tech with the thinning red hair so judgemental, rude, and dismissive as he rains down his morality on the earths poor souls who come to him, hat and money in hand, looking for help? CVS should be ashamed of themselves and so should he.
Being a regular customer and a former retail employee from another store will make my review a bit bias. I like shopping here, but I can agree that this store has a very low staff, It saddens me to hear most of them are going overtime and are tired. Not what any customer want to hear, however I still sympathize with them. There are sketchy customers here and their, be on the look out.
The overnight pharmacist is horrible. He refuses to fill legit scripts when there is a clear medical history in their system. Horrible service, rude and just lazy.
The pharmacy was crazy busy, but I dropped a prescription off for fill and it was done in 15 minutes, a second prescription was not available, but David the pharmacist took the time to check alternatives in prescription and over the counter
Great service thats open 24hours!
Displays they have 1 hr photos available, doesnt have a working camera. Dont come if you need a reliable service.
This place is amazing
So glad they have a 24/7 photo department, I work all day so it was impossible to find somewhere to print some last minute photos
This pharmacy is horrible their pharmacy people are very rude and slow but the thing that is the most upsetting is when a pharmacist tells you that you do not a specific medications you have been taking for many years and can make someone very ill if missed the pharmacist think they are doctors and can tell someone they dont need a medication thats pathetic and potentially very dangerous
The place is a joke
Got my prescription in 10 minutes!
Convenient and professional service!
