I stopped at the store with my little chihuahua in my arms that is a service dog, for I am epileptic she can sense when I am about to have a seizure. As soon as I open the door A young lady I believe her name is Rachel pointed at the door and told me I could not have my dog in there with a very nasty attitude so instead of arguing I turned around and left. Shortly afterwards I called asking for the store manager, and was told she was not there, so I asked when the manager would be in I got told I dont know I was actually surprised when she told me the managers name. This young lady needs to work on her customer service skills, I also am very well aware of my right having a service animal, if I had announced that my dog like a service animal and I was still asked to leave I could be suing the store right now.

I am not sure what their deal is but they have signs that are clearly posted 2 for $3 for their peanuts but they do not honour it they will tell you a different price and when you tell theyre sign says $3 they tell you o well sorry. Ask for manager. I am not a lawyer but arent you supposed to honour price if you have it posted?

I Went to buy drinks at 7-11 for faster service and when I was ready to pay the employee was no where to be fondo wanted 5 minutes for him to come incide the store from smoking while there was a huge line waiting for him he was charging me the wrong price when I ask him to come check the price with me he got really rude on how he didnt wanted to do anything I ask him for my recit and he threw it on purpose that service was horrible

Always seems dirty. They like to talk to each other more then helping you. There is always some kids behind the counter touching everything and to me that isnt professional. I can understand a few times, but its every time I go in.

I live extremely close, so I stop in when im out to grab a drink. Most of the folks that work here are polite. At very least they arent a$$s. However; they have one woman working there who has to be the most miserable person ive come in contact with. Im not sure what she has going on in her life, but I hope she gets it figured out. Bout as friendly as a toaster.Ill go down the street to Maverick from now on.

This is my favorite 7-Eleven store.

So they have signs ALL over the Beer area saying that they now sell Alcohol 24/7 but they LIE!!!!!! Because Utah cant sell alcohol after 1 am. Why put up the signs if you CANT Do It!!!!??? Duh!!!!!!????

There is no doubt that this 711. Has a mass amount off traffic pretty sure doesnt slow theses 711 employees down.you know what as busy as it gets in there and all you guys got going on I appreciate your service and I just want to say thank u . to the people that made comments about how long it takes to get in and out of that particular 7-Eleven think of this high traffic areas take longer to get through you obviously have never been to no other gas station outside small City or you would think twice about the comment you made... turtles lives matter two........

African American employee helped service me for Uber eats very disrespectful on a pickup just pointed at the bag didnt tell me it was ready or not and proceeded to text someone while in the middle of helping me this happened at 1:45 p.m. on Sept 8th 2020. Very disprespectful.

Their coffee bar is always a mess. The machine is often times out of order, or only dispensing hot water. The coffee pots are empty or really low and the coffee cold, and the bar is littered with garbage, spills, and unorganized cups/lids. I get that the morning rush is chaos, but it would be nice if the bar was cleaned promptly and restocked sufficiently after the morning rush is finished.

Not the most engaged employees nor the strongest customer service skills but not terrible either.

Easily the worst store Ive been to. It is 30 seconds away from my house but I drive to farther locations.
