I used to like going to buy deals on pants and shirts, but ever since they have became so strict about wearing a mask, no more will I give them my money! The location is pretty filthy and the inside wasnt so clean itself, yet they are so worried about a virus?! Ill give my money somewhere else.

Rude employees. Also, why do you require people to wear masks, and literally security is in this exact line kicking people out? Yet look at YOUR EMPLOYEE WHO DIDNT WEAR THE MASK THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE FOR 40 MINUTES WAITING, mind you in that 40 minutes she didnt acknowledge any of the customers once. After that long, I just decided Id take my stuff elsewhere even if it costs more. Garbage service for a garbage store

I really like this store! When I was a lot skinnier and my daughters were teenagers, this is where they had to shop. theyre both in their thirties now, but I still get clothes there for em...Some of there clothes are sexy😉 some are very sexy😏🤘 some are nice clothes, that fit you like a glove, they are comfortable!!😋😲👍 in the way-back a printing where they put stuff on shirts🥰 they do a very nice job theyre very professional! And they make you wear a mask!!! If you dont have one you can go to the cash register and buy one for a dollar thats the only way youre going to shot and they do have security at the door...

Awful, awful, AWFUL!We went in to have some screen printing done. It was 3:30 pm. The girl doing the screen printing told us she wasnt doing anymore because she was going to lunch. I pointed out the sign posting screen printing hours, which said lunch break was at 5:00 daily. She said she could take lunch when she wanted and called me some choice words in Spanish. We asked the manager if someone else could help us while she was as lunch and he said no despite what the sign said. The point for me isnt really what the hours were but how poorly we were treated.

Most likely the rudest employees Ive ever seen.Its seems they hate every customer that walks thru the doors, even if you try to be nice to them.Too bad because they have some great deals, but the experience is shadowed by the nasty employees they hire.

Definitely a decent place to take your teenager shopping for clothes some of stuff is overpriced in my opinion and FYI they close at 7:30 p.m. not 8:00 p.m. The employees were somewhat helpful I think the security guard probably needs a raise he was more helpful than most of the employees.

The quality of their clothes is excellent. Decent selection, but can never find my size. The snapback hats are dope and decently priced. 9 dollars and some change. They are nice and clean.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. I used to love shopping here because I am obsessed with our clothes and they usually have good prices. However, their prices have skyrocketed since they closed their other location. Even with the price raise, I still like to shop there. Except I went there today was my registered service animal who is a 6 pound fully trained service dog. I was asked twice about if he was a service dog or not and both times I offered to show the paperwork but was brushed off. Then I was told that I must leave the store even though my dog is a service animal which is illegal. I will never return to the store and I will ensure that nobody I know will go to shop here either. Go to Ross it’s worth the extra money and time finding what you want!

I loved it here visiting from out of town and the moment we walked in just beautiful greeted by the workers and security guard made us feel welcomed and overall beautiful store and it was for the low that was my favorite part.

I will never shop here again. I bought a pair of shorts there that I thought would fit. They do not have dressing rooms and when I tried them on at home didnt. When I tried to return them they didnt have the size I needed in the color I wanted so I asked for a refund. She said they do not do refunds. So I exchanged them for a color I didnt even want. Horrible clothing store matched with the same level of customer service!

This location is permanently closed. Factory 4 U is neighboring it and is very similar to GenX, but it is not GenX.I called this number to see if they had what I needed in stock. They answered as if it was Gen X and told me they had my items in stock. I drove 45mins to this location and it sucked to see the “For Lease” sign in the window. Since I already made the trip, I ended up going into Factory 4 U and they didn’t have my items in stock. They haven’t updated anything because they’re drawing in business by misleading people that Factory 4 U is the new GenX.

They have a large selection of clothes tons of t-shirts hoodies etc. For a good price.

When I walked in, there was a man who was working with his mask on his chin, not face, saying you cant shop here without a mask and told me I could buy one for $2. It just seemed hypocritical.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They talk in front of you like you are not there. The prices are okay tho.

Every time we visit Utah we have to come hear to get my husbands shirts and then our customized Utah shirts for our niece and nephews back home. They never disappoint.

Very Good service I like it

I needed several shirts printed, all with different images and they came out really well. I couldnt be happier. The guy handling the printing had a quick growing line while working on my shirts and he didnt let that rush him and affect the quality of the work. Great job!

I love this store. They are always up to date with all the latest trends at prices that make even the most fashion challenged person looking amazing!! Great store, awesome staff, huge selection.

It was just okay. Some of the bras didnt have any sizes on them other than small medium and large. How can you tell what size you are if you cant try them on? The perfume that are knock off so you can smell them but if you dont have a sense of smell thats a little difficult.

This is the only place locally that I can go to get my pro clubs!

Not good. I couldnt find anything that I wanted. Went to two of their stores. Nothing, this is the last time I go. The brands that I like and go for are never in stock.

Absolutely horrible place!! I was double charged for a few items. I discussed this with the manager. She called me a liar in front of other patrons. Not to mention, 3 pairs of pants that I had previously bought my son either had holes or marks on them or ripped after a few washes. Everything in this store is very cheap.

I love the variety they offer in all sizes.The workers are helpful and prices are decent. The only thing is this place is called Factory 4 U on the outside of the building.Its NOT GEN X CLOTHING!Thats the only thing I would say wrong about this place is they havent updated the name on the building.

Anyone still demanding masks after months of nonsense when ANYWHERE else you go is fine to breathe and share oxygen with other human beings simply comes across as power hungry. It is a violation of our constitutional rights and there was only a few people even in the store maybe 30 feet away from each other. I was treated extremely rude and told I could just shop somewhere else if I didnt want to wear a mask. I have a medical condition besides the fact that there was never a suitable reason to FORCE people to wear masks. Theres a 98.5% survival rate and businesses have been fined over $17,000 for violating hippa laws. The manager/ owner should take these things into consideration to avoid lawsuits.

Ive been shopping here as long as I can remember. Love Pro Club crispy T-shirts and hoodies. Every now and then I take advantage of the T-shirt design shop. I always get compliments on my gear. Plenty of bandanas and and lids to match. Dont forget the weird named knock off shoes and 12 pack of socks that fit horibile and a suitcase. ✌

The fabric is cheap and the staff is not helpful.We went and needed help and asked for help we stood at the counter and no one ever came.Then we actually called while we were inside since no one would help and they said that the costumized t-shirt spot was closed on Saturdays. It wouldve been nice if someone there that works there we would have told us.Never again will just order shirts from online

This used to be my spot to get white tees. Ive checked multiple times for the last year, and unfortunately they happen to be out of the brand and/or size I usually get.They make t-shirts in house, so if you wanna make a custom t-shirt that can help with that. Ill be back soon to check for my white tees.

It had so many shirts at low prices. They also had a place where you could make your own shirt. I LOVED IT!

They have doubled prices on most products. tank tops were $3 now $6 t-shirts were $4.50 now they are $7.50 and up. save your money. everything I looked up you can find same price or cheaper on the internet. I just sat in line for 30 minutes to make t-shirts. While I was waiting both of the men behind the counter would look at me but not even acknowledge me. I did my best to stay patient, and after 30 minutes one of the men finally asked me are you here to make shirts? I responded Yes and then he proceeded to tell me they dont have the paper to print off shirts and to come back in a week. I literally just waited all that time for nothing. Then with a little bit better customer service I wouldnt even have this issue. Horrible customer service if I could give zero Stars I would. And looking at the other reviews its apparent lots of people have had the same problem.

They have good prices on most of the Clothing which they carry in Men, Women, & Children. They also have fitting rooms, which is always a bonus to try before you buy.

I waited in line to get screen prints for an hour and fifteen minutes. When I got up to the counter they couldnt pull the image off my phone so I offered to email which they apparently dont have the capability to do. I told him I could have someone there in 5 minutes to try their phone, after 3 minutes he said he didnt have the time and I had to come back tomorrow.

There were definitely a lot of Tshirts, but most of them were sporty and I had been hoping to find funny shirts with humorous sayings for my kids. We didn’t find them here, but they did have a lot of inventory.

Called in to check inventory on basketball uniforms. They confirmed that they had plenty. After driving 20 min I was told that they don’t have any by one of the employees. I went to ask another employee and she told me they have them in the back somewhere but that she doesn’t want to look because there are too many boxes. I asked to talk to the manager and the manager said he didn’t have time to talk to me even though I saw him sitting on his ass in the back of the store. Terrible customer service and terrible management.

Fairly cheap clothing but you get what you pay for. Lady at register was very grumpy.
